This book was like stepping into a Hallmark movie, and I loved every second of it. The small-town UK charm was so vivid, I genuinely wanted to be there with them—sipping lattes, picking pumpkins, and soaking in the community spirit. One of my favorite parts was how the townsfolk pulled together to help Willow save her farm. That sense of unity and heart gave the story real warmth.
I usually prefer faster-paced reads, but the slower rhythm here worked beautifully. It gave the story a gentle, comforting flow that matched the cozy setting. I didn’t expect the spice in the romance—personally, I felt it could’ve been toned down—but that’s just me.

Willow has some tough choices to make. Throw a hail Mary at her family farm or take a huge buy out and start over somewhere else. She's going to try to make a go of it, of course. With the help of the guy who wants to buy her farm, no less.
DNF at 38%. I could not make myself pick this up anymore. The characters are so boring. Frankly, the only character that I care about is Maple the dog. I swear, I have never seen the word autumnal used SO. MANY. TIMES. UGHHHHH!!!

First autumn romance of the season, and honestly, I’m not mad at it. I do have a few gripes but nothing to deter readers from picking this up. The dialogue can be a bit cringy as Willow is a frustrating character. She’s described as a dreamer and go-getter, but then falls apart at the first sign of a problem. It was a little aggravating reading from her perspective at times. I’m a big enemies to lovers/rivals to lovers fan but the tension was hit and miss throughout this story. At times, I could feel the chemistry and others, it was a miss. The last gripe I have is the overall conflict of building the pumpkin patch. The skepticism surrounding the idea from the townspeople and Willow’s friends seemed highly unrealistic to me because who doesn’t love a pumpkin patch?! Especially for a town so big on autumn, it was such an unrealistic idea to have so many people doubt Willow’s plan to save her farm. HOWEVER, despite all the gripes, I still really enjoyed all the fall vibes in this. The descriptions of pumpkin spice lattes and maple flavored treats had me drooling for fall goodies. It was very Hallmark-esque but in the best way. I could definitely see myself enjoying Pumpkin Hollow if it were to exist. There’s also a fun playlist at the end that I highly approve of 🎶 This is a great autumn read and I recommend to those looking for a fun, spicy romance to pick up.

This book was not for me. I found the main characters annoying and the plot contrived. There was too much talking during the sex scenes and the obstacles that kept the characters apart were ridiculous.

Such a cosy small town read perfect for autumn xx
Quick easy read...I loved it loved the characters and the plot and I cannot wait to read more of these autumn reads xx

I just finished a read that absolutely screams autumn: Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow, and as a fellow fall lover, I adored it! It had that sweet Hallmark movie vibe, and honestly, how do we not have more autumn-themed stories out there? The setting was on point, and I totally had a soft spot for Dylan! Now, Willow? She could be a tad too stubborn at times, but overall, I liked the characters (Maple and Sabrina were adorable)
Some moments felt a little forced, and there were times I thought it was wrapping up, only to find out it wasn’t quite done yet. That said, I really soaked up all the cozy vibes and that warm feeling of people banding together. And I'd love to visit Pumpkin Hollow. It also had a nice mix of romance, drama, and quite an amount of spice. Overall, I enjoyed it, but I’d say it’s not my top pick from Victoria Walters.

Thank you netgalley for providing me with an arc in exchange for an honest review. I loved the premise, so I had high hopes for this, and it didn’t disappoint! I adored everything from the plot to how it unravelled, the characters, it had me hooked from the beginning 5/5 stars.

Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow is a heartwarming, cozy romance full of autumn charm and small-town magic. Victoria Walters creates a lovable heroine in Willow, whose determination and spirit make her impossible not to cheer for. The slow-burn chemistry with Dylan is sweet, playful, and utterly satisfying. Perfect for fans of feel-good romance with a dash of seasonal fun.

Super sweet and cozy! I enjoyed this book!
If you’re looking for small-town Fall vibes then definitely pick this one up soon.

Victoria Walters’ small town romance is charming & cozy as it engulfs all the wonders the Fall season brings with it. The plot is set around a farm needing saving, beautiful Birchwood trees, pumpkins & a FMC determined to save her home. Walters makes sure to infuse strong determination in her female characters. And with all this, there is a sweet & charming romance in the book.
Willow, loves for farm; Birchwood Tree has been her home & a place she loves best. Not only is she passionate about her home but she is full of passion about the autumn season. As Willow becomes aware of the trouble her farm is in, Dylan Henderson appears offering to buy her farm. Willow has no intention of that ever happening. Willow lands on an idea to create a pumpkin patch to draw people to the farm & raise money to save it. There is a sense of intensity, determination & creativity in Willow that she is an easy character to be drawn too.
As her vision comes to life, Willow tries to understand Dylan. She believed he was there to take the farm, yet it seems he is actually helping her to make it a successful. Again Walters’ creates such as easily to love character despite everything. The romance between Willow & Dylan develops slowly but there is intensity behind it.
For anyone in love with all things Fall, this is definitely the book for you!

This wasn't a bad book the read if you want a palate cleanser but it's not a book I would gravitate towards. I wouldn't DNF the book but I wouldn't read again.

2.5 ⭐
This was like reading a Hallmark or made for TV movie where at the end everyone has a happy ending.
The characters romance didn't have a lot of story to it and at time just felt too perfect even though they were supposed to be enemies.
A cute Autumn read to get you in the mood but nothing about the characters stood out to me.
Thank you to Netgalley for the advance copy of this book.

Thank you, NetGalley and publisher, for approving the request.
Victoria, i loveee your novels so much, and this one was cuter than the others I read. The cozy fall vibes descriptions in this were so comforting. We don't have fall here where I live, but it made me want to celebrate and live in some autumn-themed book.
Our FL, Willow, is willing to do anything to save her farm from Dylan, who came to buy the whole place to start home projects with his brother's business, but we all know that's not gonna happen. No matter how cliché this trope is, I always enjoy reading banter between two rivals, plus the tension between them. They turned out to be friends fast enough, but still, there was some tension.
I love Dylan and how green flag he was. I liked Willow too, but In the end,, she starts to sound like a pick me and attention craver to me, so i skipped her struggle about saving the farm. I did get the idea tho how everyone helps them get through the difficult time.
Overall, it was such a cute and cozy romance to read this fall.

The first autumnal book is finished!
I love this book because it shows the importance of fighting for what you love and deserve. It’s about Willow, who will do anything to save their farm from bankruptcy.
What I like:
- Small town.
- Everyone knows everybody.
- supportive neighbors.
- Cozy autumn vibes.
- mentions pumpkin spice lattes and other seasonal drinks and pies.
- Pumpkins
- and a lot more.
But what almost turns me off is the lengthy discussion of just the preparations for the pumpkin patch's opening. I became somewhat bored. Just a bit! I still couldn't put it down.
Also, I'm not particularly invested in the romance subplot; I didn't feel the strong chemistry.
The book had a slow start, but when it picked up around 75%, I was so entertained that I didn't realize I was nearing the end. The book flows particularly well near the end. It's beautifully wrapped up!
A cozy, comforting, and warm-hug book to read during the fall; pair it with your perfectly blended pumpkin spice latte and expertly baked pumpkin pie.
Thank you to NetGalley and Boldwood Books!

Willow's father wants to sell their farm as its not doing well and they cant afford to keep it running so he talks with a construction company but Willow want to give her everything for one last time to see if they can keep in running so she asks her father and the guy from the construction company, Dylan 6 weeks which is till the end of October. Willow and Dylan also struck a deal that he will stay on the farm and see how important it is for her and help her in some ways.
I think this book has a great setup and the autumnal vibes are all there. The process of Willow figuring out what to do with farm, which is a pumpkin patch is described in detail as it is the main plot of the book. I enjoyed that part. I liked the community and how sweet and supportive everyone was. The city guy and country girl trope was done well.
The only thing that slowed the book down a bit was the repetitive conversations. I would have liked to see some other sub plot instead it would have made the book a lot more interesting.
Overall a good book to get into fall mood.

This book was a cute fall read! I would say it was lacking in many areas though. I feel the characters were just so elementary to me, and the constant forced tension was a bit much. I think it’s a cozy read which I totally get that everything seemed predictable. I feel like the spice could have been done better. But overall I enjoyed the read, just wish it had a bit more depth to the characters and the spice.

🍂 I was absolutely smitten with Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow. The cover was so warm and cozy. It was so warm inviting. 🍂
The whole entire vibe was everything. Fall is my favorite season. I enjoyed the characters. I love how determined Willow was to save her families farm. Dylan’s character at first made me nervous. I disliked the thought of the farm being bought out by a developer.
I definitely had the hallmark feel from this story. Kelly has just 6 weeks to try and save the family farm. Both Willow and Dylan went through changes within themselves during the story. Which was really great to see.
Victoria Walters did such an amazing job writing this book. The whole entire atmosphere of the book was warm and cozy. Definitely a must read.

This book makes me want summer to just be done already so I can cosy up with a pumpkin spice latte and apple pie and just keep on reading!
To start with the cover is beautiful! And I feel it really highlights all the cosy vibes the book gives you. I’ve been to pick pumpkins every year at our local farm for the last 5 years and I’m going to be disappointed this year I won’t be at pumpkin hollow picking them!
The characters are just amazing. I loved Willow so much and loved her imagination and determination to make everything turn out well. Dylan was a surprise because I thought I would hate him - I didn’t and he soon became one of my favourites. Willow’s dad and best friend Sabrina also add such an amazing extra layer of great characters and I got really invested.
What a fabulous autumnal book that I won’t forget for a long time!

I’m craving the cosiness of Autumn at the moment so I read this book at the perfect time!
Love and Lattes and Pumpkin Hollow is a cosy romance set on a farm in a small town of Birchbrook where everyone seems to love autumn.
The book follows Willow who lives on Birch Tree Farm with her dad and her dog Maple. They’re struggling to make ends meet and when her dad gets an offer to sell the farm, he seriously considers it.
Enter Dylan - a city boy working for his brothers company, determined to make his family proud by sealing the deal on the farm sale to redevelop the land. Willow however isn’t about to let her family home be sold so easily and makes a deal that if she can create an autumn/pumpkin trail and turn a profit, she will save the farm and Dylan has to stay and help out.
Along the way of creating ‘Pumpkin Hollow’, there is tension between Willow and Dylan, obstacles setting the plan back and a small town full of people wanting to help when I seems like that farm can’t be saved.
I really liked the characters in this book. Willow is a strong and determined woman on a mission to save her home and livelihood and although things don’t always go her way, she muddles her way through. I enjoyed the banter between her and Dylan and I liked the chemistry between the pair.
This book was an enjoyable and easy read. The storyline was fun and uncomplicated which led to a perfect autumnal read! I’m craving a pumpkin spiced latte after reading this and I need the recipe to Dylan’s hot chocolate asap!

Willow and her father are desperately trying to save selling their beloved Farm and not resort into selling to property developers. Her dad has agreed to meet with one set of developers to see what they can offer. However, Willow is having none of it and is racking her brain on how to make money for the farm during the Autumn and Winter months. Being a huge lover of the season, as well as the local town, she has the idea to develop a pumpkin patch on the farm. It may just work! Willow is definitely up for the challenge, however she doesn't have much time at all and no pumpkins as of yet!
City boy Dylan begrudgingly works for his brother and father, but he equally wants to impress them. With his sights set on developing the farm, he hopes he can....however he then meets feisty and very determined Willow! She suggests her idea of turning the farm into an Autumnal and Halloween experience, so Dylan and her father give her 6 weeks to prove that it will work, bring in the money, therefore they won't have to sell.
This was such a cute read, with some real pumpkin spice 🥵 perfect for the upcoming season! Willow, yes she was a dreamer, but a very determined one! She has a lovely relationship with her father and home is where the heart is and it lies at the farm. Dylan too was a sweetie. They may have initially been opposites attract, but he was smitten with her from when she told him the wrong directions to the farm lol
Definitely recommend this story!
