⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Pumpkins, Passion, and a Whole Lot of Heart
This book is the perfect cozy autumn escape—like wrapping yourself in a warm flannel blanket with a warm cosy drink in hand. From the first page, I was completely charmed by Willow Connor’s determination, stubborn heart, and fierce love for her family’s farm. Turning a near-empty field into Birchbrook’s first pumpkin patch? It’s an underdog story with heart, humor, and just the right amount of small-town magic.
Willow is a protagonist you instantly root for—resourceful, passionate, and just the right amount of chaotic. And then there’s Dylan Henderson, the clipboard-carrying consultant who starts out as the enemy and ends up being so much more. Their dynamic is full of sparks, banter, and unexpected tenderness that had me grinning like an idiot. The chemistry? Impeccable. The slow-burn romance? Worth every page.
The setting is a character in itself—crisp leaves, hayrides, cozy barns, and a town full of lovable skeptics who slowly rally behind Willow’s dream. It feels like a Hallmark movie, but with smarter dialogue, more emotional depth, and a heroine you’d actually want to be friends with.
This story is about more than pumpkins—it’s about resilience, taking risks, letting go of fear, and finding joy in the mess of it all. A five-star read that’s equal parts heartwarming and hopeful. Don’t be surprised if you finish it and immediately want to visit a pumpkin patch (or start one of your own). 🎃🍂❤️

A fun coffee cozy filled romance. This book is perfect for curling up with a cup of coffee and pumpkin treats and diving right in. The story is so sweet and I loved it. Highly recommend!

This was pretty much a fall hallmark-esque book. I think the dog and the dad were the only characters I liked in the book. I felt like willow was so whiny and never listened to reason. Dylan was okay but the man for most of the book didn’t have a backbone, I did like when he finally stood up to his brother. I don’t know if I liked the romance aspect, it seems like it was pretty much insta-love and the “hate” was so forced.
Thank you Boldwood Books and NetGalley for letting me read a free copy of this book in exchange for a review

This is a cozy fall themed lovestory that will give you small town vibes with a wonderful extended cast of characters. I really enjoyed the premise of trying to save the farm and the fish out of water businessman, Dylan, wanting to buy the farm instead. I struggled at time with the main character, Willow. Most of the conflict in the book seemed to be centered around her anxiety/self sabotage and it was frustrating as a reader being told about all the reasons she couldn't trust Dylan or why everyone thought the farm would fail. At times, it seemed like even the supporting cast, like her best friend Sabrina and her Dad, felt the same. I wish more time had been spent developing Willow and Dylan's relationship and showing their chemistry versus discussion as to why they couldn't make it as a couple. Ultimately it was still a sweet, feel good book with a little spice and could be a fun read for the fall. Thank you NetGalley and Boldwood for the ARC.

«Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow» is a warm and comforting read that wraps you in cozy vibes, pumpkin spice, and the hope of new beginnings. Willow is a determined and lovable heroine, and her mission to save her family farm by turning it into a pumpkin patch in just six weeks is both ambitious and heartwarming.
Dylan may start off as the classic city guy with a clipboard, but as the story unfolds, his chemistry with Willow shines through. Their opposites-attract dynamic is sweet and swoony, with just the right amount of tension and tenderness.
Why not five stars? Some parts of the plot were a bit predictable, and a few of the side characters felt a little one-dimensional. I would have loved to see more depth or surprises in the storyline.
Still, this was a thoroughly enjoyable read — perfect for fans of small-town romance, autumn aesthetics, and feel-good love stories.

Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow is a sweet, cozy, and heartwarming romance that delivers all the fall vibes with a healthy dose of charm and chemistry.
The story follows Willow, who’s trying to keep her family's struggling farm afloat after the loss of her mother. Things get complicated when Dylan Henderson shows up, working on behalf of his brother’s real estate company, offering a generous sum to buy the land for a new development. But Willow isn’t ready to give up, and instead proposes a bold plan to open a pumpkin patch—even though they don’t have any pumpkins yet and fall is six weeks away.
What follows is a fun and flirty enemies-to-lovers setup, complete with a high-stakes bet: if Willow can turn a profit in six weeks, the farm stays. If not, it’s sold. Dylan, despite his original intentions and thanks to some goading from Willow, agrees to stay on the farm and help during this trial run. He brings the business savvy and social media strategy, while Willow brings the hands-on grit and passion for the land. Their dynamic is classic opposites-attract, and their chemistry grows in a natural, feel-good way.
The setting is charming, the banter is fun, and the progression from tension to romance is just the right pace.

“Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow” is a sweet and cozy read, perfect for fans of small-town charm and feel-good romances. With definite Gilmore Girls and Hallmark Channel vibes, the story delivers a comforting autumn aesthetic complete with coffee shops and quirky townsfolk.
That said, while the setup was charming and the premise had potential, I found the plot fairly predictable. I don’t mind a familiar formula when it’s well-executed, but for me, the writing style felt a bit choppy and made it harder to fully connect with the characters or get swept up in the story. The transitions between scenes weren’t always smooth, and at times the dialogue felt forced rather than natural.
Overall, it’s a light, cozy read that some readers will absolutely enjoy, especially if you’re in the mood for something seasonal and sweet. But personally, I found myself wishing for more depth and flow in the storytelling.

Thank you Netgalley and Boldwood books for this Arc.
This was short and sweet, it was slightly too hallmarky for me but it makes sense as it is quite similar to the dream Harbour series. I liked the premise and the main characters personal growth throughout the book, plus their first interaction is petty but funny. My favorite character is ofc Maple.
the writing was slightly too descriptive for me.
its a simple quick to read book for in between some more high fantasy or mysteries.I do like the big city boy and small town girl as i dont read a lot like that but i liked it.
Overall I would give this a solid 3.25 ⭐️

It's a lovely and cosy autumn read that invites you to curl up with a hot chocolate under a big blanket and get into the autumn spirit. I must admit I’ve never been a huge fan of this season—mainly because the weather gets worse and it's followed by winter. However, this book not only made Dylan fall in love with autumn, but me as well. So this year, I’ll be looking forward to the leaves turning red, orange, and yellow—and maybe there’s even a pumpkin patch nearby to check out.
I loved this opposites-attract romance, set at Birch Tree Farm. The first interaction between Willow and Dylan was really funny, even if it was just a little childish. The moment that got me hooked was the pact they made, because I already knew it would eventually lead to feelings. It was so nice seeing them work side by side and watching Dylan slowly lose his polished city demeanour. I especially enjoyed the quiet moments they shared, like going over the spreadsheet in the cottage or their dinner at the hotel.
Birchbrook was a wonderful setting—I’m a huge fan of small-town romances where everyone supports each other and you’ve known most people your whole life. It was also lovely to see how the pumpkin patch brought the community together, even winning over some of the more sceptical residents. Willow receiving all that support right before the patch opened was heartwarming. None of it would have been possible without the help of Sabrina, the Pats, and so many other kind people.
The relationship between Dylan and Nate was tense from the beginning and only got worse after the pact with Willow. It was sad to see that Dylan never really fit in with his family or felt he could make them proud. Still, that doesn’t excuse how he acted after the phone call. The things he said about Willow—mean and untrue—were heartbreaking. He should have been honest about his intentions and feelings much earlier.
One moment in particular was just swoon-worthy. I’ll just say: diamond necklace.
Overall, it was a sweet and enjoyable read. I’d recommend it to any autumn lover or romance fan. It’s really worth your time.
8 out of 10

I love a good small town, fall book, and this gave me both of those. But I felt like it lacked the chemistry I’d want from the fmc and mmc. Willow and Dylan felt too forced and I struggled connecting with them but I loved the fall vibes. Overall, it was a cute and easy read, thank you NetGalley for this arc.

All the fall vibes I wanted ! I wish I would have waited for the fall to read this but that’s okay I still enjoyed myself and am so thankful for the ARC

Enjoyed this yummy story full of pumpkin spice which is my favorite so of course it made me drool.
I couldn't put this wonderful book down. I felt like I was in the story along with these wonderful people.
Eventually they became family.
I didn't want the story to end I was so into it.
The setting made me feel like I was there of course.
I loved the way Walter's made her characters realistic with real emotions especially when Dad tried to do something that he felt that he could no longer handle. Which I don't blame him at all.
Stubbornness is what this story is about Stubbornness and hanging on to what's right.
I loved that about this beautifully written story.
The slow burn romance had me going as well. I kept turning the pages and wasn't one bit disappointed.
I loved the story from Willows point of view. My absolute favorite in a book!
She's my favorite character. I loved that she is stubborn and she gets what she wants. I kept rooting for her.
Dylan I felt off kilter about at first. I felt that he was sneaky and worming his way around to get what he wanted.
Y'all just have to read this story to see if each get what they wanted or not.
It's so very good ! Once you open the book you won't want to put it down. Believe me.
5 stars for this amazing read that kept me turning the pages.
My thanks for a copy of this book. I was NOT required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are mine.

Willow, is so full of herself, so set in her ways and is so stubborn that she can't see what she wants is actually putting her dad's health a risk. She's so blinded because she 'needs' to keep the farm instead of seeing that her dad needs to sell as he can't keep up with the farm anymore. But could it be different if she had Dylan by her side?
Another good read from Victoria as she celebrates all things autumn and Halloween.

This story is about willow who is trying to save her family farm and comes up with the idea to have a pumpkin patch in the winter even though the farm doesn’t grow pumpkins.
She teams up with Dylan who is a property developer who wants to buy the farm to turn it into housing and she convinces him to live at the farm and help her for 6 weeks and if she doesn’t succeed she will sell to him.
I liked the setting, the farm and the town sounds so beautiful and I’d love to go to the pumpkin patch.
What didn’t work for me was I just didn’t understand why Dylan would agree to this, even the characters kept questioning that. I think if there was a build up to their relationship to give him a motive to help the concept would’ve worked a lot better.
Overall it was a cosy but slow paced read

Absolutely wonderful book! Love this turn in genre for Victoria! The plot was lovely and I love anything autumn related so I knew it would be a hit with me instantly! Willow is an absolutely fabulous character

Very cute and cosy romance read
A charming, feel-good autumn romance set in a cozy small town. When Willow tries to save her family farm by launching a pumpkin patch, she butts heads and hearts with Dylan, a property consultant sent to convince her to sell. What follows is a sweet opposites-attract story filled with fall vibes, flirty banter, and heartwarming moments.
Perfect for fans of low-stakes, seasonal romance. Predictable but comforting like a pumpkin spice latte in book form.

Who doesn’t love the autumn? 🍂 When the leaves start to change colour, the darker nights draw in, leaving you snuggled up with hot drinks, delicious seasonal treats and maybe a good book to read.
Well that is this book all wrapped up in a warm hug. It’s got great characters, a wonderful canine companion and pumpkins galore.
Willow and her dad live on a beautiful farm, but times haven’t been kind to them and Willow must find a way to secure the farms future. In strides Dylan, keen to agree a sale and prove his place in his brother’s property business. But what happens when you really get to know someone? Realise what is going on in their world? When you take a step back and look at what is important to you?
This story deals with heartbreaking loss, but also peoples resilience to keep going, to do what they can for themselves and those around them. It shows the importance of getting to know someone properly, taking the time to listen and see everyone’s situation is different, even if you have gone through similar events.
The characters are really well developed and I love the chemistry between them. Maple the dog is definitely just as important too. There’s a real sense of community throughout this whole book and Willow’s friendship with her best friend is so lovely to see. There is a few spicy scene, but as I always find with this author, they are really well written and fit perfectly into the story.
The writing throughout is sensitive, the ideas within are novel, and the end may bring a tear to your eye.
The scene is beautifully set and by the end you will want to visit the farm and see all the autumn delights for yourself.
All in all a must read, whether you think you are a fan of autumn or not, because you just might be a little bit in love with it after this wonderful story.

Willow needs to come up with a plan to save her family's farm and convince her father that she can indeed do it in just 6 weeks. Dylan is working with his brother and they want Birchwood Farms to build a housing development in the idyllic community. Willow and Dylan strike a deal that puts them on a path that could potentially change both of their lives. She wants to open a pumpkin patch as a way to boost the farm's profits after the summer growing season ends and she has 2 weeks to get the funds, find a local farm to provide the pumpkins since she doesn't grow them, and convince people to spend their time at a pumpkin patch during the month of October. Dylan agrees, convinced she'll change her mind or the plan will fail, and the farm will be sold to him in the end. Willow goes all in on the "keep your enemies close" plan and puts Dylan up in a guest cottage and puts him to work helping her bring her plans to life. Can they succeed at saving the farm or will Dylan work against Willow to win?
First, I enjoyed the autumn backdrop of the story and wish I had a pumpkin spice latte and a cozy blanket while reading this. The characters were good, I liked them enough to continue on with the story despite having some issues that kept me from really enjoying this book. The writing felt very choppy and is the reason for my 3 star review. Willow and Dylan lacked any real sort of interactions that led us to believe they were attracted to each other with the exceptions of a line dropped in once in a while. Some witty banter and sexual tension would have added a whole lot and made the spicy scenes a bit better. I think some words were over used, I should have counted how many times "autumnal" and "penultimate" were used. I get it's a autumn story, but not everything has to be autumnal. It irked me enough to mention it.
I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this one to my friends, but, if you're looking for a cozy story that is quick and seasonal, this would suit your needs nicely.
Thanks to Boldwood Books and NetGalley for providing me with an ARC. This opinion is entirely my own.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really enjoyed this book as a lover of Gilmore Girls and Laurie Gilmore. Saving a family farm when times are tough becomes even harder for Willow when Dylan shows up determined to get her to sell the farm to him. I loved the playlist of songs at the beginning of the book and will definitely be listening to that. The autumnal vibes really just put me in the best cozy mood. It makes me want to visit a pumpkin patch myself even though that isn’t an option where I live.

Out of all of the romance series that I have read, I think my absolute favorite is “small town romance.” Not only do you get to fall in love with the characters, but you get introduced to this quirky, fun town that you wish you could visit. Reading the description of this book, I know it would be right up my alley.
This booked hooked me from the very beginning. It has one of my favorite tropes, “Enemies to Lovers.” I liked how the story naturally progressed. I wanted both of these characters to “win,” and I loved how that was accomplished.
All in all, I absolutely loved this book, and cannot wait to read more books from the series as they are published.
**I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.**
