What a cute little small town romance book. I want to reread it in autumn cause it had such nice autumnal vibes. Such a cosy book, and loved the chemistry between Willow and Dhylan.

🧡 Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the first book I’ve read by the author, and I loved it. First, I loved the blurb of this book and the idea of the story. Just like the author, I love Autumn more than any other season. A heartwarming story that makes you feel the spirit of autumn and reminds you that love can appear through the most beautiful coincidences! I really enjoyed the author’s writing style and format, and it was such a wonderful reading experience. The book radiates hope and happiness, and every page made me want to keep reading the next one. A must-read you definitely don’t want to miss! 🎃🍂🪵

If you enjoy small town romance, cosy autumn books and love the style of The Pumpkin Spice Cafe; then this one is definitely for you!

Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow

Strong Hallmark movie vibes from this gorgeous autumn read.

I did wonder a little whether it was set in the UK or the USA and perhaps that was intentionally a little ambiguous at first. Then the autumn/jumper/wellies/pub/university mentions clocked up and I settled on it being in the UK. Knowing help me picture the story better, you know?

I liked a lot about Pumpkin Hollow and was rooting for Willow as she worked to save her family’s farm from being bought up by the Hendersons. I loved all the cosy autumnal details, from the baking and coffees to the talk of the leaves changing on the farm.

I’m definitely ready for Autumn now!

This is the most perfect Autumnal read! In fact it has got to be one of the best and if you read anything this Autumn make sure it’s this book you won’t regret it.

From that very first chapter you will just fall in love with this book and be completely absorbed in it.

A super cute autumn romance. I loved Willow's passion and determination to save her family home. The setting of Pumpkin Hollow was so cosy! And the romance was perfectly done. A great read!

If you're looking for an autumn Hallmark-esque read, then definitely pick this one up!

We follow Willow, who lives and helps run her family farm with her dad. When Willow discovers that the farm isn't as profitable as it once was, she's shocked to find out her father is considering selling the land to a developer. When Dylan shows up to offer them the deal of a lifetime, Willow is immediately dismissive of the idea. She can't fathom giving up her home and all that her family has worked for. When she gives Dylan an ultimatum to give her six weeks to try and turn a profit, they agree to a pact to help one another. Dylan is willing to stay and help on the farm, in addition to giving Willow business advisement while Willow agrees to hear Dylan's proposal of the sale if things don't go to plan. Little do either of them know, these six weeks are going to change everything for the both of them.

This sounded like such a promising, cozy autumn read. Unfortunately, it was a struggle for me to get through. I'm not sure if it was the tropes at play, such as enemies to lovers or a bit of insta-love, but I just wasn't the biggest fan. The miscommunication between Willow and Dylan is so infuriating at times that it made me consider not finishing the book. But I persevered and I think it was ultimately worth it to finally see everything play out in a happily ever after way. Although, at times I think Willow and Dylan were both unlikable in their own ways, which made it a bit difficult to root for them. I think the thing that saved this story for me was seeing the dream of Pumpkin Hollow come to life. The experience sounded like a great thing for the community and I honestly didn't understand why this wasn't a thing they were already doing for the farm. I also didn't understand why everyone in town was so against the idea when Willow came up with it, when the rest of the town was into autumn and Halloween. Overall, this turned out cozy enough, it just was very frustrating to read at times. I think if you're looking for a fall book to dive into, definitely give this one a shot and hopefully it works better for you than it did me. I would say this falls more towards a 2.5 stars, which I rounded up for the fall coziness.

*Many thanks to Netgalley, the author, and Boldwood Books for a free copy in exchange for my honest review.*

Willow is desperate to save her family farm, and has the idea to create a pumpkin patch to raise money. When Dylan arrives, with an offer to buy the farm to develop the land, Willow challenges him to work with her for six weeks - if she can raise money, she will keep the farm, if she cannot, she will sell. What follows is a predictable romance story, with some uncomfortable added spice - I just didn't feel it fit the story, it was attempting to be a cosy romance, and this just felt shoe-horned in to me.

I liked the Autumnal and Halloween descriptions, but I wasn't too sure where the story was supposed to be set - the topic is very American, and some of the ideas seemed straight from the US, but I think it was based in the UK. All that said, I did like the love/hate relationship between Willow and Dylan, and of course Maple the dog stole the show for me!

As an autumn girl at heart, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book. Victoria Walters has an unique writing style, cozy and full of heart.
Willow Connor is trying to save her family’s farm by turning it into the town’s first pumpkin patch — minor detail: she has no pumpkins and very little time. But she’s got grit, a dream, and a very aesthetically pleasing vision board.
Enter Dylan: city guy, clipboard, very “we should sell this place” energy. Naturally, they clash. Obviously, sparks fly. She bets she can turn things around, and he agrees to stick around and watch her try.
The romance is sweet with just the right dose of spice and the townsfolk are lovable.

📚 Perfect if you’re into:

• Big fall vibes
• Gilmore girls
• The pumpkin spice cafe book
• Enemies-to-lovers slow burn
• “Save the farm!” tropes
• Cozy reads
• Forced proximity

This book is set in a small town where Willow's family owns a farm that they are at risk of selling due to finances. She comes up with an idea to save her family's farm while working alongside the man who is trying to buy her farm to build condos.
This is a classic Hallmark story, city guy comes in to a small town. I did enjoy the tension between Willow and the MMC Dylan but the chemistry fell flat at times. I wanted a little more depth from the characters and the writing. This may just be a me problem but her impulsiveness gave me major anxiety.
Overall, this book put me in the cozy fall mood and made me want to go snuggle up with a book and some chai tea. Read this book if you are trying to escape the summer heat and transport yourself to a cute small town in the fall.

I love a good fall romance and this one had all the feels. It made me wish it was fall right now instead of summer. And of course drink a pumpkin latte. A pumpkin patch is my favorite. Add in a love story and its just great! And I always love when a character is given a challenge and succeeds!

I can’t let go of the Summer yet, but this is a good reminder of all the good things found in Autumn.
Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow is a lighthearted romance with an enemies to lovers theme. With some fun characters including Willow’s dad and dog Maple, Willow has a plan to make good on her dad’s failing farm.
Willow is one of those characters you instantly know you’d like to be friends with - hardworking and a little too honest at times - she’s loyal to a fault. Having to
rely on the community doesn’t come naturally to her but it was lovely seeing her confidence grow as Pumpkin Hollow began to take shape.

From the very first chapter, this book felt like being wrapped in a cozy autumn blanket. I’ve always loved books set in small towns, and this one captured everything I look for: community spirit, charming local businesses, and that magical hint of pumpkin spice season just around the corner.
Willow instantly won me over. Her determination to turn her family’s farm into the first pumpkin patch in Birchbrook made me root for her from page one. I loved how stubborn and hopeful she was. Dylan, on the other hand, surprised me. At first, I wasn’t sure I’d warm up to him, but watching his walls come down and seeing how much he cared in his own quiet way made me love him too. Their chemistry felt real, not rushed, but slowly built with little moments that made me smile.
What I enjoyed the most was how much the book made me feel. There were scenes that made me laugh, a few that made me tear up, and so many that made me crave a latte and an afternoon surrounded by crunchy leaves. Victoria Walters writes autumn so well, I could practically smell the cinnamon and hear the rustle of pumpkins being picked.

Thank you to NetGalley and Boldwood books for this early copy. This is a lovely cozy autumn romance read, fmc opens a pumpkin patch to try and save her farm but makes a pact with the mmc who is trying to buy it from her, he stays on the farm to help but is he really helping??
It’s got all the things I love about autumn, the banter is great, the village set up of the characters is great, I hope it’s not the last we see of this town.
The pace is great, you know what’s coming but it’s still exciting when it happens.
The characters are so well written, you’re really rooting for them throughout.
There are spicy scenes but it’s not overly descriptive.
The vibes of this book for autumn are excellent, it makes me want a pumpkin spice latte and go walk round some pumpkins.

I LOVED this book! I'm such an autumn pumpkin girlie, so this was right up my alley. I adore Willow as a character, a dreamer and a doer, trying to save her family farm. Dylan has such amazing character growth, and really learns what he is looking for in life. A fabulous small town romance that will make you want to curl up with some hot chocolate and whipped cream!

2,5 Stars

The writing was good, easy to follow. Could've used a little less autumnal. Thought that an enemies-to-lovers was an instant love to me. The first opportunity they had to jump into bed, they did. I love a good spicy scene, but I felt the chemistry between the MMC and FMC wasn't believable.

I just loved this book! It made me long for Autumn, the leaves changing colour, dark nights and cosy jumpers, scarfs and hats. This book was so heartwarming, I just love these books when people all come together to help and do what they can for you. I loved how this book made me feel all warm and cosy. I just loved Willow, her dad and of course Maple. I loved the two Pats, Paul and Sabrina and of course Brian.

I would highly recommend reading this book if you love a heartwarming read that will definitely get you ready for Autumn and all that is good about this time of year.

I would like to thank Boldwood Books and NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book early.
