Oh, this book had such a possibility of being amazing. Fall themed, good family and friends, pumpkin patch, saving the family farm… all the makings of a beautiful story. However, it was not written very well. The amount of grammatical errors throughout made it so very difficult to read and was unnecessarily confusing. Long, drawn on sentences, descriptions repeated again and again and again (ie. birch trees were gold, blue eyes, how much she loved autumn, etc), and just an overall sense of rushed storyline made this story fall flat. The instalove was also unnecessary, as the two didn’t know each other well at all - a normal person wouldn’t fall that hard, that fast. Overall, the story again had a great premise, just very poor execution. Thanks for the opportunity to read!

If you like Pumpkin Spice Cafe and the Dream Harbor series or you’re a Gilmore Girls lover, here’s a quick and cozy story about a girl and her dad trying to save their family farm. Set in a cozy autumn village, this tale takes you through plenty of emotions.
Thank you Boldwood Books, Victoria Walters and NetGalley for the ARC. All opinions expressed are my own.

Pumpkin patch? Check. Cozy town? Check. Full-on chemistry? Think….Hallmark! 3.5 ⭐️
This one was so cute and cozy. Small-town fall vibes, family farm stakes, pumpkin lattes, and the ultimate autumn aesthetic wrapped up in a sweet story. It had the bones of a perfect Hallmark movie, with our heroine Willow trying to save her family’s farm, and our city-slicker consultant Dylan who may or may not fall for both the land and the girl. 🍂
I really liked the premise and the setting….seriously, give me a book set at a pumpkin patch and I’m in. But while the setup was strong, the romance itself felt like it needed a little more spark. The chemistry between Willow and Dylan didn’t always hit, and some of the emotional beats felt a bit rushed or underdeveloped. I kept wanting a bit more tension, more banter, more oomph.
That said, it’s definitely a cozy, low-stress kind of read! Perfect for a rainy fall day when you want to escape into something sweet and seasonal. Predictable? Sure. But sometimes that’s exactly the vibe I’m looking for.
Thanks to NetGalley, Boldwood Books, and Victoria Walters for the ARC! 🎃📚✨

I adore this series and the fact that it is perfect for cozy season! The storyline and characters were amazing. Loved this cozy book!

This book was a fairly standard rom-com, offering a familiar and predictable storyline that fans of the genre might find comforting. It gave off classic Hallmark movie vibes, though the execution felt a notch below that level in terms of depth and character development. The writing style is simple and straightforward, nothing too complex or emotionally layered, so if you’re looking for an easy, cozy read without a lot of surprises, this could be a good pick. It’s the kind of book you might enjoy on a quiet afternoon when you’re in the mood for something light and uncomplicated.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy to honestly review.

A lovely cozy, autumn romance read. Get the pumpkin spice lattes ready as you will definitely want one when reading this book 🎃🍂

2/5 is being generous. This seemed like such a fun, cozy idea, and I’d really hoped I’d love it, but I didn’t even like it and although it’s fairly short, it took me forever to finish. So, what went wrong?
Here's a handy list of the most important things I disliked:
- I feel like half of the sentences in this book are repetitions of themselves, like the author thinks the reader is very stupid, or has nothing to say and is trying to prolong in any way possible,
- the pact they make is stupid and no one in their right mind would agree to it, because there was nothing in it for the MMC, it just felt dumb and forced,
- (slight spoiler) I stopped rooting for the MMC immediately after what he'd said on the phone and completely lost interest in seeing them together, because as much as lying is bad, I can sometimes understand it, but there's a difference between simply lying and using such vile words to do so; no, thank you,
- the spice was really bad,
- the FMC was really, really dumb and annoying, and the MMC had no personality.
I liked the idea, some of the side characters, and the setting, but that's really it. Of course, it's just my opinion, and someone else might absolutely love it.
Thanks to NetGalley and Boldwood Books for letting me read the ARC!

A cute read that has you dreaming of crisp autumn days, especially if they are on an idyllic farm. It’s a classic enemies to lovers trope but is cutesy enough that you don’t mind some of the cringey moments, if you like the Gilmore Girls, then this is the vibe this book gives.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Cozy, Charming, and Full of Heart
Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow by Victoria Walters was an absolute delight to read. The character development stood out the most for me—thoughtful, warm, and layered in a way that made each interaction feel authentic and endearing. The entire book felt like curling up with a cozy cup of pumpkin spice coffee and a warm hug on a crisp autumn day.
There was just the right amount of emotional depth and romantic "spice" to keep things interesting without overwhelming the cozy atmosphere. Walters has a great talent for setting and tone, and I can definitely see the potential for more interconnected standalones set in this charming world. I’ll be first in line if that happens!
Highly recommend if you're looking for a comforting, feel-good read with heart.

This was such a cosy read and put me in the mood for autumn. You can feel through the pages how much the farm means to willow and how much she’s willing to do to save it.
The story between willow and Dylan was everything… how hesitant she was to trust him given his original motives, the way he stands up to his brother in the end and finally goes after what he wants was everything it needed to be
Really good and cosy read ♥️

Love and Lattes at the Pumpkin Patch.
Are you keen for a cosy Autumn romance?
One that brings you the comforts of a pumpkin spice latte mixed with the feelings and emotions of a hallmark Christmas movie.
Well this book is it for you.
Its seasonal comfort wrapped up with a neat Christmas bow.
Willow's family farm is on the rocks and Willow has just 6 weeks to save it. Her dad wants to sell, Dylan the property consultant wants the family to sell, but Willow is determined to try everything in her power to save it.
There's opposites attract as city man and country girl as Willows resilience shows.
There's a fun and heartfelt dynamic that fits into the cosy seasonal vibes.
There's a guaranteed happily ever after, and there's plenty of fun and enjoyment within the story.
Its defintely what you need to start off the fall season, and bring in the hallmark vibes.
There's some times where the writing is a little choppy and predictable, but overall the story is very enjoyable.

The perfect book to read on a beautiful autumn day with a pumpkin latte in hand. I found this book such a cosy read. I love the characters and the dynamics between them: I do love an opposites attached storyline. I love small town romances

willows family farm is not doing so well. In the summer the fruit farm does well but the winter months are not good and there bearly getting by.
her dad decides he is not fit enough anymore to run the farm and gets someone in to look to buy it.
When dylan Henderson property developer turns up at the local cafe asking directions willow happens to be there and sends him in the wrong direction.
He finally arrives at the farm and willow is not happy and asks her dad to give her 6 weeks to try to get the farm to work through the slower months.
Dylan agrees to wait and decides to stay at the farm till then to hopefully make willow change her mind.
Theres a spark between them from the start but he's the enemy

I enjoyed this book. It was fun and had all the best autumn vibes. I do feel like the FMC is very immature on the one hand and then totally mature on the other. Very confusing. I do think that the MMC is really sweet and totally relatable.

Hallmark-esque fall story about a young farmer struggling to save her home. Willow and her dad are facing financial difficulties and receive a letter from a developer offering to buy their land. Willow is fiercely resistant to leaving, while her dad believes it might be the best option and agrees to meet with the developer. However, the developer’s younger brother, Dylan, arrives to make an offer on the farm on behalf of the business. Despite Willow’s objections, she decides to try a last-ditch effort by establishing a pumpkin patch to save the farm. She convinces Dylan to stay for six weeks to help with the pumpkin patch, agreeing to sell the farm if it fails. This unconventional agreement results in Willow receiving a significant amount of free labor, while I’m not sure about Dylan’s perspective. The story is presented as an enemies-to-lovers trope, but the characters are not particularly antagonistic, and the romantic tension is lacking. At best, this book is suitable for library rentals.

This one is for anyone who loved Pumpkin Spice Cafe 🍁🍂
Feeling like Gilmore Girls, LOVE AND LATTES AT PUMPKIN HOLLOW brought all the fall vibes in the form of an opposites attract, small town, cozy romance.
It might be nearing 100 degrees outside but Victoria transported me to a cool and creepy October day.
WIillow is completely headstrong while Dylan is a big softie.
LOVE AND LATTES AT PUMPKIN HOLLOW gave me everything I wanted in a autumnal romance - pick this one up August 4!

thank you victoria walters, netgalley and boldwood books for the opportunity to read and review this book before it’s release on august 4th 🥰
<< brief synopsis:
willow is a local farm girl who grew up on her family farm that is weeks away from being torn down and developed into a new housing estate by the henderson brothers that are willing to give her and her father, adam, a large sum to get them off the property. dylan is our main MMC and one of the henderson brothers desperate to get his hands on the farm but develops a love for the outdoors after making a pact with our FMC>>
love and lattes at pumpkin hollow is a stand alone novel that gives all the warm and cozy vibes you’d ever want for an autumnal read. the book is a single pov told from the FMC’s perspective that features all of my favourite tropes: enemies to lovers, forced proximity, she falls first he falls harder. it has a real hallmark movie vibe which is an absolute guilty pleasure of mine so i was hooked right from the get go!!
willow is our main FMC and she is a very headstrong and determined farm girl who has a chance meeting with our MMC dylan before he’s due to arrive on the farm to evaluate it. i could tell dylan meant to be written as the villain in this book but i really liked his character’s personality as i could see the good in him, especially when he made a pact with willow to help with her pumpkin patch before they decided if the farm was to be closed for good.
i was hooked on this story before i even finished the first chapter, both characters are so so likeable and i personally felt willow was really relatable as a fellow country bumpkin 🤭 despite willow’s reservations towards dylan and his intentions, she soon realises that he is the trust worthy person she wants him to be, despite a slight hiccup that is soon resolved (see it as a third act breakup 🫣)
there was spice in this book but only in 3 chapters, so if spice isn’t your thing don’t worry because it’s easy to skip those chapters without missing much of the storyline depending on your reading preference.
all in all, if you’re looking for a quick and easy read that gives all the cozy vibes you need in time for autumn, i would absolutely recommend this book to you 🥰
ps if there’s going to be an amy and steve spin off book in the future i will absolutely not mind 🤭

This novel is cute and cosy. The main character has the same name as my daughter willow. The determination of the main character is unyielding. This book was like watching a hallmark movie. I give it 3.5 stars.

This was such a sweet, easy read — like wrapping your hands around a warm latte on a chilly autumn day. Set in the heart of Pumpkin Hollow, it’s full of seasonal charm: hayrides, pumpkin patches, and small-town coziness.
The romance was light and lovely, the story predictable in a comforting way, and while it wasn’t a personal favourite, I still really enjoyed it. A perfect pick for anyone in the mood for something gentle, heartwarming, and full of fall vibes.
Thanks to Victoria Walters, NetGalley, and Boldwood Books for the ARC!

"Look at me, please.
Have I ever once said I don't want you to ask me for help?"
Okay, so I totally devoured that ARC last night, and seriously, it felt like I was chilling in a Hallmark movie, sipping coffee, watching some small-town farmer and a super hot city guy totally fall for each other. Ugh, did I mention how much I freaking loved it?! Cherry on the top- they are enemies!!
The book's name pretty much says it all – it's set in autumn. And here I am, in the middle of summer, suddenly craving all things fall! That's how much this book got to me. Oh, and you can bet I'm trying a pumpkin-spiced latte once the season hits, for sure!
It's such a cozy romance, packed with awesome banter and all the flirty vibes. The story just makes you feel right at home. It's kinda rare to see a guy (the MMC) just totally change his life path to stick with the woman he's head-over-heels for. He doesn't expect her to ditch everything for him; instead, he's right there by her side, helping her chase her dreams without even being asked. A softie who's completely gone for his girl? I LIVE for this plot! Honestly, it's a 4-star for me. Would've been a solid 5 if Dylan hadn't pulled that dumb stunt with his brother, and if Willow had just, like, talked to him properly. But still, I'm loving this book more and more!
Autumn really is the season for second chances, and honestly, I wasn't really a believer until now. Before this, fall always felt kinda gloomy to me, but this book totally made me see things differently!
If you're looking for a book with a guaranteed Happily Ever After but zero predictable vibes, this is IT! It'll make you fall in love with nature and with love all over again.
xoxo
