Super cute and such a cosy autumnal read! I can see this being very popular when the fall comes around! Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy of this book.

Cozy and cute more pallet cleanser type of read definitely would recommend but not a favourite. Side note this felt very similar to other books I have read.

Thank you so much to Victoria Walters and Boldwood Books for the eARC of this title. If you liked The Pumpkin Spice Cafe, You will LOVE this one! It is a cozy fall quick read. It is a perfect read for September/October. While overall the story of Willow and Dylan was great, there are some bits that could have been written a little smoother. Overall it was a great read and will recommend to my followers.

Such a heart-warming, cozy read! I enjoyed the chemistry between Dylan and Willow. Willow was really holding on to the "we are enemies" trope, even though they were both falling for each other. I enjoyed how things would seem to be smoothed over between them, only to have a small incident remind her that she isn't supposed to be getting along with him. A simple plan to save the family farm (which at times didn't seem simple) turned into a love story that had the perfect balance of angst, romance and spice!

I was hooked ever since I saw the cover, then the title added to it, and then the book was even better than both!

I’m a big fan of all things fall/ autumn, and based on the cover of this book was hoping it would be heavy on those vibes, which it absolutely was!

The story begins in late September and runs throughout October. It felt very much in keeping with the season.

I loved Willow’s pumpkin patch idea to save her struggling family farm. The alternative is selling and Willow can’t bear to think of leaving the farm and village she’s called home her whole life.
Rather than just chuck a few pumpkins in a field she really goes all out- researching, talking to suppliers and fellow farmers, and making it a destination with plenty of activities and photo ops. It sounded just like somewhere I’d like to visit!

Dylan is representing the company who want to buy Willow’s farm and ends up making a pact with her to stay until the end of October whilst she gets the pumpkin patch up and running, with the intention of convincing her to sell. I struggled to warm to Dylan at points in the story and I do think the reasons for him staying to help with the pumpkin patch were a bit weak. I didn’t feel much spark or chemistry between him and Willow really and the spicier scenes were pretty cringey.

I really liked Willow, the side characters and the autumn/ pumpkin vibes though and this is a lovely seasonal read, just not quite the romance I was also hoping for. I’d definitely recommend it as a nice October read.

Thank you to the author, Boldwood Books and NetGalley for this ARC!

OMG I loved this book! It was very swoony and romantic and made me wish it was the Fall season already. Perfectly pairs with a pumpkin spice latte!

I loved reading the other series like this book, but by a different author, and thought, why not give this one a read? Well, it wasn't as juicy as the others, but this one did steal a place in my heart, too. As hot as it has been where I live this summer, this book made me want to go immediately to fall and the cooler months and pumpkin everything. For those who love a good fall book to read and a good series, this is the one for you.

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to the author, the publisher and Netgalley for allowing me the privilege of being able to read this book I really appreciate it!

Now I have to say this, this isn't anything like the 'The Pumpkin Spice Cafe' at all. What this book is though is what the 'The Pumpkin Spice Cafe' lacks, which is the embodiment of autumn. If your favourite season is the magic of fall, you will feel it in every part of your mind and body in this book I promise you that. It will also make you absolutely want to find somewhere that can make you an apple cinnamon latte because gosh did I ever want one so badly reading this book! Those feelings fall evokes, the feel in the air, the fun that could be had, the beauty in the changes it's here in this book and that's what saves my review.

This is more a love story to the wonder, and joy that is the autumnal season, rather than a love story between two characters. But it does have one. The problem is, is that well you're going to want to root for this couple because you can just feel how well they'll work, when they're together is a different story. Well the imaginary sounds fun, the way the sex scenes are convayed comes across really awkward, and it kind of breaks the excitement. Even though both characters have apparently done all these things separately many times, it really just comes across as if they've never done this before at all. There's also a lot of take by the main character, and not much give. That's not even just to the "male main character" (which I say this way because sometimes it feels like he's more of a side character than a starring) it's honestly to everyone Willow interacts with. Which is another issue for me because she doesn't really interact with anyone, they interact with her. If this had been written in a dual pov way, I really think some of these issues might have been rectified but it's not and I really wished it was. However what happens on her birthday was absolutely beautiful and I loved that so much!

I know a lot of this sounds unkind, and almost like I didn't really like this book. But I did, I really enjoyed it. If someone was to ask me what book I could name that felt like fall, this is it a million percent. That's why I'm not rating this as a love story between two characters, I'm rating this as a love story to fall. That is what this book is, through and through which I know the author hoped to convey. She did and she did it so well!

Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for making me feel like I'm in the middle of my favourite season even though I'm in the middle of the horrendous heat of summer I truly appreciate!

This book was so stinkin cute! It’s absolutely the perfect cozy romance for Fall! The atmosphere was top tier and I just fell in love with these characters and this town!!!

The idea and the setting of the book were really nice and cozy. I enjoyed reading how Willow designs and plans the pumpkin patch. And the farm sounded so cute.
Unfortunately, the story between Willow and Dylan gave me nothing . I didn't feel any tension or spark between them. Everything happened far too quickly.
But it was still a good cozy book perfect for autumn

Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow is a cozy autumnal romance set in the charming town of Birchbrook, where Willow Connor is determined to rescue her family’s struggling farm by creating the area’s first pumpkin patch—with exactly six weeks and zero pumpkins to her name. Enter Dylan Henderson, a pragmatic property consultant enlisted to persuade Willow to sell, but instead, he strikes a deal: he’ll stay and help her farm in exchange for observing her efforts—and maybe discovering something worth more than profit.

The novel's “autumn vibes, opposites-attract chemistry and a guaranteed HEA” are pretty well done throughout. The story’s seasonal setting, with pumpkin patches and cozy harvest scenes, serves as a lovely backdrop for personal growth, community spirit, and heartfelt connection.

This is a shorter book so the romance seems slightly rushed, however it is still satisfying. Personally I wished for more pages to savor, its brisk pacing kept the story engaging and is a great quick comforting fall read. The personality-driven narrative and the community’s support of Willow’s pumpkin venture add authentic warmth to the plot.

Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow delivers everything fans of cozy small-town and autumn romance crave: seasonal ambiance, charming characters, lighthearted banter, and a sweet, uplifting romance. It’s an ideal pick when you want a romantic escape that's as comforting as a pumpkin spice latte.

I would like to thank Netgalley, Boldwood Books and Victoria Walters for the E ARC of this book.
This is the first book in a new series by Victoria Walters.
Willow finds out that her beloved farm that she runs with her Dad is in financial trouble and that her Dad is considering selling the farm to a housing development company. When she encounters Dylan Henderson she is not impressed by the way he looks down at her, she gets angry and makes him an offer – stay with herself and her father on the farm for 6 weeks and help her develop part of the farm into a Pumpkin Patch that people will flock to. If at the end of the 6 weeks she hasn’t made enough money to see them through to next summer then they will sell. Dylan agrees and soon finds himself at odds with his family but more in tune with himself.
As they work together sourcing all they need for the Pumpkin Patch they are drawn to each other. Could they really work as a couple when in essence they want different things, or do they?
When disaster strikes Willow is devastated until her friends and townspeople come to help and make sure the Pumpkin Patch opens on time but will all the help save the farm?
I was sucked into this story, the characters were well written and the story line engaging. Willow leant a lot about herself and what she could and couldn’t do. She realised that she did need help and eventually asked for it. I liked seeing this development. Dylan was a lovely man who really was unsure about what he wanted to do with his life, he knew he was unhappy working for the family business. Seeing him come into his own was nice, I am glad he made the decision he did.
I am already looking forward to book 2 and seeing what happens next.

I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised by this one like I was with The Pumpkin Spice Cafe… unfortunately the writing was blah and I just couldn’t get into the story. If you really enjoy cozy reads you might like this one.

Thank you NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for an honest review. I hate to say I did not enjoy this book very much. As someone who LOVES fall and all things Gilmore girls this book was extremely predictable. Why would you not think of selling pumpkins in the fall when you love all things fall?

I don’t want to be too critical since authors put a lot of work into their books and I want them to know I appreciate that. For this one I just need to mention the writing style threw me off. This felt like a pre teen wrote it. The unnecessary wordy descriptions, the repeating of words/things in the next line after already saying them. I know this is an arc so hopefully it gets a better edit before being published. I ended up having to DNF more than 50% in because I couldn’t take it anymore.

This book gave me all the cozy fall feelings, even if I was reading it during a heatwave. I didn’t expect to like it that much, but it actually made me feel warm and relaxed. The whole small town vibe, pumpkins, coffee, and a bit of romance, it worked really well together. Willow and Dylan had good chemistry. They were total opposites, but that made things more fun to read. I liked how Willow stayed strong and didn’t give up easily, even when everything seemed hard. And Dylan at first, I wasn’t sure about him, but he grew on me. He had that quiet charm, and I liked how he changed little by little. The romance wasn’t too dramatic, which I appreciated. It was sweet, simple, and sometimes funny. A happy ending. Thank you so much to the author and Netgalley for giving me the opportunity to read the book in advance, I received this for free and I'm leaving a honest review

What better way to pass a hot day in July than by reading a Fall themed book? Full of all the autumn themes you'd want, Fall leaves swirling, pumpkin picking at the pumpkin patch and oh yes pumpkin spice drinks. If you're not a fan of those you're missing out.
He's a city slicker intent on buying the financially failing farm, she's a farmer's daughter, it goes back in her family for generations.
Sparks fly when Willow Connor and Dylan Henderson meet, he's determined to prove to his brother he can make the sale, and she's just as determined to keep the farm in the family and prove its worthiness and financially stability.
With six weeks to turn a failure into a win and come up with a big plan to change the landscape of things and show not only the towns people but her father she can do it she better put her thinking cap on quickly. She never thought she'd be dreaming about pumpkins while dreaming about the enemy and how his kisses would be.
Fun, romantic and lots of Fall vibes. Great character development, so charming. Loved the main characters.

I was given a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own.

Overall, this book was an okay read for me. I loved the premise and setting for the book! I enjoy all things cozy and fall, so that drew me into the story. However, the writing didn't work for me. I felt like the main characters didn't have any chemistry or any actual conflict, other than the fact that the MMC was trying to buy the FMC's farm. I wish this book was in dual POV, so that we could see Dylan's POV. Willow wasn't really an enjoyable character to read, and I had to suspend my disbelief quite a bit while reading this book.

For example, I'm not sure why it never occurred to Willow to start a pumpkin patch at her family's farm, even though they live in a small town that celebrates fall every year. I'm also not sure why Dylan would agree to Willow's challenge in the first place, since it required him to stop his daily life for six weeks just to work on the farm and potentially buy it. I also was unsure of where this book took place: US or UK?

Anyways, I would still recommend this book to people who want a cozy fall read. Thank you to Netgalley and Boldwood Books for sending me an advanced reader copy!
