This was such a cozy, feel-good read! Willow’s determination to save her family’s pumpkin patch is inspiring, and the chemistry between her and Dylan is just the right amount of slow-burn swoon. The small-town setting, autumn vibes, and heartwarming moments made it a perfect escape.

Willow loves Autumn. She loves her Dad, her dog Maple and family home, Birch Tree Farm. They had enough work to survive the summer season but didn’t have enough money to see them through the winter. Dylan arrives from Henderson’s they want the land to develop. Willow has six weeks to save her home and livelihood.
Brilliant first book in the Pumpkin Hollow series. In true Victoria Walter’s style, it was easy to get into. The characters and plot were believable. Cannot wait to read to read book 2. I’m looking forward to Autumn now.

A cozy autumn read, it didn't quite hit the mark for me but the vibes were there.
The writing was a little bit flat for me & I didn't quite care about the main characters as much as I wanted to. It didn't hit quite the same as 'Pumpkin Spice Cafe' book series which was what I was hoping for.
But it was a light hearted, sweet read all the same.

This was super cozy and cute!
The romance was decent, the trying-to-save-a-family-business trop a classic and the vibes perfect to read this in autumn.

Thank you Victoria Walters and NetGalley for this ARC in exchange this is my honest review.
Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow by Victoria Walters is a warm, cozy, light enemies to lovers small town romance.
We start off with Willow trying to save her family’s birch tree farm from going under. Her father wants to sell and Henderson Homes has the solution. Unwilling to give up Willow comes up with the idea to create a pumpkin patch for the off season making a bet that it’ll be successful in 6 weeks time with Dylan Henderson and if not she will sell him the farm. In a twist of fate not only does Dylan agree to the bet but he agrees to stay on and help her with her pumpkin patch. Both want to make their family proud, who will win the bet?
The book is good. I liked it. It’s a cozy autumn read. Walters creates a fun cast of characters that I hope we get to learn more about in the future. Willow is a bit tiresome constantly wanting to succeed and that “this is her only chance to get it right” tirade. I get it, life is hard you might loose the farm. Also it’s not really an enemies to lovers… Dylan isn’t an enemy, he is a solution to their failing farm. The pacing was very slow. It dragged. I felt it needed to match the pace of the fast pace timeline of the romance. More focus on Willow’s feelings towards Dylan over unnecessary filler, or focus on the conflicting feelings of the farm and fer feelings for Dylan.
That being said I did enjoy this book. The pacing picked up at the end and I enjoyed watching Dylan and Willow’s growth. I find consent in romance books to be incredibly sexy and I loved how polite Dylan was about it. Consent is sexy, I loved it. Finally, I love a small town rallying to help each other and a happy ending and this book certainly delivered!
Overall, I rate this book 4/5 stars for its easiness and cozy feel. Buy or preorder by August 3, 2025.

This is the exact definition of a perfect, cozy autumn read. Family and fall vibes everywhere. I really liked the characters, as well. Will definitely be recommending this to my book club to read in September or October.

A heartwarming, richly woven story that wraps you in all the feel good autumn vibes. It’s exactly the kind of book you want to curl up with on a crisp fall day a perfect Hallmark movie moment, filled with pumpkin spice and a sprinkle of cozy, spicy charm. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone craving that comforting, seasonal escape

Enemies to lovers. Small town/second chance romance. Spicy scenes. Autumn scenery. This was a really cute, cozy, hallmark-like book. The characters were likable, the tropes were the best, the romance was cute. I really enjoyed this one. It was at times cheesy but isn't that the point of these quick read books?? I took this at face value and i was not disappointed. Looking forward to more in the series. Great for a palette cleanser or a quick read.

The pumpkin spice cafe kinda inspired me to request this ARC. It’s definitely a cute story, of course I love a good HEA but it’s just an average 3.5 star read. Sometimes you just find a book so predictable, I did enjoy the book nonetheless, something was missing
It is definitely a good nice read, Willow’s positivity and determination too was something to admire
-cozy vibes
-small town
- forced proximity

Lovely feel good book. Reminded me of a hallmark movie, just missing the festive season. The plot was good and played out really well. Great illistrations in the book. Had me feeling like i was right there. Wasn't the most exciting book ive ever read. But still enjoyed it

This was such a cosy read, I really enjoyed it!!
The farm has meant a lot to Willow Connor, it's her sacred safe place, well it will be if she can save it! She has 6 weeks to prove to her dad that she can save the farm, by making a pumpkin patch.
She has two options: succeed with the pumpkin patch or sell the farm and say goodbye.
She doesn't want to give into Dylan Henderson, the hot property consultant, and his plan to turn the land into properties, so she makes him a deal, stay for 6 the weeks and watch/help her turn this around and if it works they won't sell but if it doesn't work, they'll agree on the sale. But he seems to be helping more than not, will he be able to walk away when it's done? Or is there someone else he'd rather stay for? .😉
We have small town, enemies - lovers, cosy autumnal vibes 🔥
I really did like this book but there was no chemistry between them and there was no tension or sparks and the conflict was kinda silly, like there was no communication in how they were genuinely feeling about each other, so it made for a lot of confusion for them both (which I wasn't a fan of) I also didn't feel attached to the book at all, like I don't think it'll be memorable!! 😭😭
I did really like the story and the plot of this book! I think if the couple were written differently and the story flowed better and was a bit smoother, I would've definitely loved it a lot more! But I would recommend if you want a cute and cozy read! 💗
Thank you to Victoria Walters & Boldwood Books for the ARC of this book! 💗

This book got me craving for a pumpkin spiced latte, and summer hasn’t even really begun yet!
As autumn paints the town of Birchbrook in a characteristic gold, Willow sees more than falling leaves, she sees a chance to start over. Begin again. With her family farm hanging by a thread, Willow makes a wild promise: she’ll open the town’s first pumpkin patch in just six weeks, and that with not having a single pumpkin at hand.
With the odds stacked against her, and the whole town observing the events with raised eyebrows, Willow’s last hope comes in the form of Dylan: a slick city consultant who thinks selling the farm is the only logical move, but when Willow dares him to stay and witness what her determination looks like, he surprises them both by accepting.
‘Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow’ is both heartfelt as it’s humoristic at times, and I loved how Willow’s grit met Dylan’s logical approach in the most charmingly funny way. Yes, reading it sometimes feels like watching a Hallmark movie, but in the best possible sense. It’s warm, cozy, a little predictable, and the autumn vibes are absolutely everywhere. A perfect read for anyone that loved The Pumpkin Spice Cafe!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love and Lattes of Pumpkin Hollow by Victoria Walters
This is the first time when I liked the second half of the book more than first half. Half in terms of numbers of pages. The story is about a girl who works hard to save her farm whereas the guy is all into buying the farm from her. The land is huge and the work is also large and so is their banter. Its all about saving the legacy and proving their worth.
📚 Story started quiet abruptly and for the first 50 pages I didn't feel connected to it. For example where the characters met there was no spark, no zest that you generally feel when they meet. It looked plain.
📚 However, as the story went ahead, the spark sparkled, feeling blossomed and by the second half I was anticipating a good love story.
📚 The story is from female point of view which makes the male character a bit shallow. I felt like I don't know him. A little bit of depth would have been helpful. The depth was missing even in their conversations as they started talking all about it since their first car ride itself.
📚 At the same time, the story and every small detail about the pumpkin patch was thoroughly considered. The description was point on and I was able to visualize the pumpkin hallow very easily.
📚 The plot worked through various stories, interlinking them towards each other.
Overall a good and quick read for the people who love autumn and pumpkins!!

Thank you so much to the publisher and NetGalley for allowing me early access to this book.
I absolutely love fall! I loved the blurb of this book and the idea behind the story/plot.
I wanted to really love this book. I tried so hard. I even took more time with it and read more slowly than I normally do to ingest it fully. Sadly though, for me, it really just fell flat.
The storyline felt rushed.
To summarize: It seemed a bit like a Hallmark movie but add in vulgar language and explicit/graphic sexual scenes.
I try my best to give all books a chance. I just couldn’t love this one.

Thank you NetGalley and Boldwood Nooks for the ARC!

This was my first book by Victoria Walters and it was super cute. The perfect fall book full of pumpkins, cozy vibes, autumn and romance. I loved Willow and Dylan’s story. This was super sweet and now I can’t wait for fall!

3.75/5 stars.....This book definitely gives cozy fall vibes and I’m here for it. I’m not a spring/summer girlie so I’m just counting down the days for when I can put my fall/winter decor back up. The FMC was gave grumpy/guarded heart vibes but I’m glad the MMC was able to get through that to win her over. This was a very quick read too.

I enjoyed this and it would make the perfect autumn read (as you may expect from the title). I'm not convinced by the reason Dylan stays on at the farm initially (bit too far-fetched for me) but if you can swallow that, then it's a nice, cosy romance.
