This book is narrated by a cat and will make you both laugh and cry. Looking through the eyes of the cat, it explores grief, loss, health and hopelessness, finally dealing with coping mechanisms and the resources available. I recommend it most highly.

Outstandingly hilarious, heartbreaking and surprisingly profound novel. Frankie the stray cat is a strong narrator, and I loved seeing the world through his eyes. It covers strong topics: mental, health, depression, grief, loss, hopelessness and could so easily have been twee or sentimental - but I genuinely both laughed and cried. A unique and special book.

What a little firecracker of a book. A funny, hopeful story following a tomcat and a man who is battling depression.

This is a short book so I don’t want to say much more for fear of spoiling something, but I loved every second of this beautiful tale and it gave me hope.
