The beginning of the book was a little hard to get into the storyline; however, by the end I really enjoyed it. The dynamic between the main characters was unique, in the sense that Kira was more emotionally distance and Mattia was always wearing his heart on his sleeve.
I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a twist on a love story around a wedding! Thank you NetGalley for eARC!

I enjoyed this book, but I did feel it could be better. I thought the first book was better than this one, I still enjoyed it, just thought it had more potential.

This is the second book in the 'A Winter Wedding Series' to be honest I didn't realise it was a series when I requested the book I was just dazzled by the snowy cover. I still enjoyed the book as a standalone but I think I would have got more out of it had I read the previous book,
'An Italian Wedding Adventure'. as I believe the MC in this book Kira is best friends with the bride from the first, so there were a few references I didn't get.
Firstly the book is set at a destination wedding in Salzburg, Austria. Which honestly, just sounds like an amazing dreamy location. Kira works for a destination wedding agency, and as such it is her job to escort a VIP guest to the chalet resort. Due to heavy snow she is stranded with the stranger, who happens to be an eccentrica Italian opera singer, Mattia. The pair couldn't be more opposite, but you know what they say....
This was a really enjoyable read. The pair were quire obviously meant for each other and it was lovely too see their love blossom on the page.
Thak you to NetGalley and Boldwood Books for a copy of this delightful book in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own,

This was such a cute, lighthearted, wintery romance! (I especially recommend it for anyone looking for a snowy winter read that does not highlight Christmas.)
Mattia, the main male love interest, is so sweet and gentle. Kira has some pretty serious baggage she has to work through. They have to work together to get to, and eventually get through, a semi remote winter wonderland resort wedding.
In the beginning you do kind of get dropped into the situation fully formed already so as long as you just go with it you’ll be fine.
Note: This book really charmed me with its classic “but the heat has gone out!” situation. ✨
Thank you to NetGalley for the advanced copy.

Its Kira's job to escort wedding guests to destination weddings, but she is snowed in with her latest guest, Mattia. she finds herself very interested in him. part of a series but can be read as a standalone.

Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for gifting me with an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.
Got to love reading a winter based story in summer, not even kidding. There's something about being able to immerse yourself in story that you aren't currently living in. e.g. fantasy worlds, different countries or seasons. This was a really sweet story where the MMC was the strongest character in my opinion. He was very sweet, had the best growth and just a good character development, which made the love story aspect strong. I do believe FMC could have had a stronger character development but still enjoyable :) Overall, would highly recommend!
3.5 / 4 stars!

Thank you NetGalley and Boldwood Books for the ARC!

A Winter Wedding Adventure was a cozy and charming read, but it didn’t fully grab me. I liked the unique winter setting and the chemistry between the main characters, but the pacing felt uneven and some parts dragged. While there were sweet and heartfelt moments, I found it a bit hard to stay fully invested. Still, fans of slow-burn romance and wintery escapes may enjoy this one more than I did.

Thank you to NetGalley and boldwood books for this early copy!
The whole premise of this book was very cute, an Italian opera singer and adventure guide at a mountain ski resort, ah sign me up! The male lead was very swoon worthy with his low voice and sparkling eyes. I loved how he fell first and that he felt like Kira was his safe place.
I didn’t feel 100% connected and invested in the story line to give me ‘that feeling’, hence the lower Star
Rating for me.
Enjoyed the addition of the sensory sensitivities for the main character, that hit close to home for me.
Overall an easy romance to read!

It turns out that A Winter Wedding Adventure by Leonie Mack is part of a series. I hadn't read the previous book but that didn't affect my enjoyment of this one. And I did enjoy it very much while I was reading it. Mattia, the male lead, was delightful and the way he and Kira interacted with each other was fun. Added to that it's set in Tyrol, not far from Innsbruck, one of my favourite places. So what's not to like? Nothing at all, I'd say while I was reading it. I was caught up in the bubble of the winter destination wedding. Standing back from it, however, I think there were too many coincidences and unlikely events. And I found it hard to believe in Kira, or Mattia's sudden change in behaviour. However, treated as a fairytale, this is a delightful winter read.

Great read! I found this book so much fun. Just the escape I needed. I found the characters relatable and likable!!

This book told the story of Kira, an opera singer, and Mattia, an adventure guide. Their different personalities worked well together, and I liked how they connected. The snowy Alps setting was beautiful and added an interesting challenge to the wedding planning, with weather playing a big role. The story showed both Kira and Mattia’s points of view, which helped me understand their feelings better. Mattia grew a lot emotionally and was very caring. The romance was sweet and believable. Still, I enjoyed the book and found some nice sentences to remember. Thank you so much to the author and Netgalley for giving me the opportunity to read the book in advance, I received this for free and I'm leaving a honest review

Who would read a book set in the Alps in winter during the hottest time of the year? Me, obviously. For some reason, I always end up reading summer books in winter and winter books during summer. Don't ask me why; I wouldn't know.
I loved Mattia. He's so caring and wholesome... It was hard for me to love Kira just because it was the same problem over and over again, and I was hoping for more character development. I think Mattia did most of the emotional work here, and that isn't necessarily bad. I just prefer to see each character growing and improving themselves.
It was a nice read, not bad, not boring, though it wouldn't have hurt to have more funny and cute scenes to make me fall in love with it. I still have a few highlighted sentences, and that's always a good thing.

A very light-hearted romance that will captivate you with its story and characters.
Kira and Mattia's personalities complemented each other so well that I found myself rooting for them to kiss from their first interaction. They vibed perfectly together, and I could sense the profound impact they'd have on each other by the end. A charming forbidden-ish romance where the "wedding planner" and a "bridesman" fall for each other? It wasn't in my plans, but I'm SO glad I gave it a go. The third-person narrative allowed their perspectives to blend seamlessly, which enhanced my enjoyment of the book as a refreshing change from what I'm used to. Very well executed.
I had never read a book by this author before, but the title immediately piqued my interest. Going in blindly, I never expected to enjoy it as much as I did. I loved it! I became so invested that I now wish for a follow-up novel focusing on Ginny's journey to find love.
Thank you, NetGalley and the publisher, for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

The story itself is a tender and emotional one but I had zero connection to any character and parts of the book had me confused. Just not the book for me.

Loved this love story of Kira, adventure guide turned wedding planner and Mattia, the clumsy, eccentric, and sensitive (in a good way) opera singer. Set in the snowy mountains of Austria, you'll fall in love with the characters and the scenery.
Thank you, NetGalley and Boldwood Books for the e-ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I really wanted to love this book, but I just couldn’t connect with the characters. Both leads came off as a bit annoying, and some of the overreactions, like freaking out over a hotel fridge and not just unplugging it, were hard to overlook. While the wintery setting had charm, the character dynamics didn’t quite work for me.

A Winter Wedding Adventure, by Leonie Mack, is the second in a series and is just as good as the first one. I wasn't sure how she was going to work Mattia, a sensitive opera singer, into a destination adventure wedding, but she did it! And, she made him a key player. I flew through this book and enjoyed every bit of it. I'm looking forward to book 3!
I appreciate NetGalley and the publisher for providing the ARC ebook that I read and reviewed. All opinions are my own.

okayyyyyyy um..........where to start.
the third person thing threw me off and had me confused the whole time.
i love knowing how the characters feel and conncecting w them but like yall i felt so disconnected.

Oh my goodness. lm just gets better and better. I am so enjoying this new series - the wedding planners and outdoor pusuits specialists have combined and the resulting combination is amazingly successful - but we have an obstacle filled train to navigate first.
Kira is an outdoor specialist and we met her in the last book. She comes across as a bit hard, a bit aggressive and a lot accomplished in her skills.
In this book, she is tasked with looking after the bride’s friend Mattia, an opera singer with a number off tricky qualities - not least his sensitivity to sound.
I absolutely loved Mattia - a bit of a cinnamon roll, beta guy who turns out to be exactly the kind of man you want to fall in love with.
Kira swiftly became a firm favourite as I got to k ow her and understand what lay behind her attitudes and behaviour. Watching these two tangle, challenge and develop feelings for each other was so rewarding.
The coordination of a high end, special, wedding was examined in depth and never became routine or boring. lm has the gift of creating fabulous characters, caught up in a romantic journey in the most engaging of settings. I loved this. Another wonderfully emotionally satisfying book from Leonie Mack. Highly recommended.

Adventure guide Kira Watling is definitely not a natural with guest lists and flower arranging, but the destination wedding agency she works for always goes above and beyond. Her job is simple: escort an important guest from Salzburg to a gorgeous mountain chalet wedding venue. What should be straightforward becomes complicated when heavy snowfall leaves her stuck overnight in close quarters with her very handsome, very eccentric charge, Italian opera singer Mattia. Clumsy yet sensitive, Mattia is unlike anyone Kira has ever met. After an evening exploring Christmas markets and navigating snow-covered mountains together, he gets under her skin in a way no one else has. They can't ignore their unexpected attraction, but Kira has a job to do, and while Mattia is open to love, bitter life experience has taught Kira to guard her heart. Continually thrown together by wedding disasters, Kira finds her resistance to commitment challenged by her growing feelings for the charming opera singer.
