Sheer is A Passionate Hollywood Romance and I am sad that it is last book in Exposed Series. Sarah Robinson brings a captivating story which you won't be able to put it down.

Highly Recommend this to all readers.

Grant and Simone's story was a great way to wrap up this series. Their romance that started off with a deadline became so much more than either of them thought it would be. Their story was shorter but it hit all of the major points it needed to. My favorite thing about this story was the end and how Ms. Robinson wrapped up all of the sisters lives in it. It was well done. Great way to end this series!

Let’s talk. I found Ms. Robinson by chance with her novel, Not a Hero and I fell in love with her. She writes emotional, heartwarming stories with characters that I can relate to. I know, most reviewers say that but with this series centering around Hollywood, these sisters could be you and I. They love, lose, lust, cry and bleed just like us. It is just a bonus what they do for a living.

Simone was a trip at times. Other times, my heart broke a little bit for her. Always taking care of everyone and everything but never herself, I could identify more with her than Aria or Teagan. When she challenged to finally take care of herself first, I cheered. Grant was the perfect partner for her. Despite the requisite non-communication about his secret, he was always challenging her in her personal life. That’s what makes this book and for that matter, Ms. Robinson’s books in general. Her heroines are fierce, smart and don’t need a man to complete them in any sense of the world. I just hated that Simone had to go through something near the end of the book. What a wench…

Grant is one that characters that I fell in love with from the start. He, being a Kiwi (sigh), I half pictured him as the baby between Chris Hemsworth and Karl Urban. I love/lust after Karl Urban but I digress. I just wish that he had been honest with Simone from the beginning. He had plenty of opportunities but since he is a male…. One enduring quality about him is that challenged Simone but she challenged him, too. The leotard and the silk work. OMG, I was howling.

This series is about family and the importance of it. Ms. Robinson wrote this book and the rest of the series with a mirror to our faces. Again, no matter what your profession is or how much money you have, to all boils down to the family. Ms. Robinson gets that and it shows in her writing. Teagan still cusses like a sailor and Aria is still the mother figure. I loved how Ms. Robinson brought them in the be there for Simone but they never pushed her. If I had one thing to say…I missed Reid.

If you read only one series this year, picked up this one, Exposed: Nudes, Bare and Sheer. It shows the power of love and family are the most important things to have. You will not be sorry.

***the epilogue is EPIC***

Sorry for the shortness but it’s hard to talk about this book without some spoilers. 😛

Good conclusion for this series; I wasn't sure how I felt about Simone's reaction to learning about Grant's baggage (and that was some serious baggage he was bogged down with). Not my favorite of the series, but it was still an entertaining conclusion.

Sheer is the third and final book in the Exposed trilogy about the Reynolds family from Sarah Robinson. Each books focuses on one of the Reynolds sisters and with Sheer, we finally get the youngest sister Simone's story.

I really enjoyed Sheer and recommend it to readers who love fast-paced romances. Simone and Grant have a connection pretty much from the moment they meet. While it was not your typical meet-cute, I did laugh out loud at how they met. I liked them as a couple but did think Simone should have asked more about Grant's past and he should have been more forthcoming.

Grant and Simone had amazing chemistry pretty much from the start and only grew hotter the more time they were together. Seriously some smoking hot sex scenes from the very first, and it totally worked for this couple. I have to say I enjoyed them getting to know each other along the way but again felt like Simone shared way more than Grant every did and won't lie about it bothering me some as I read the story. I had a feeling it might come back to haunt him later and wasn't surprised when it did. While I completely agreed with Simone's anger and actions initially, I have to say she totally kicked butt when needed to help Grant out in a major way.

Sheer wrapped up the Reynolds family saga perfectly. I especially loved we got to see Simone interact with all of her family and even better we were given a gift of seeing this family in the future. Sarah Robinson was a new to me author before this series, and now she is on my auto-buy list of authors. Again, she writes really fast-paced, sexy, and emotional romances that end up being like crack once you start reading.

Rating: 4 Stars (B)

Sheer is the final act in the story of the Reynolds women. Simone has her part to play. The singing siren seems to have met her match in the music composer.

I liked the idea of this story more than the execution. It came off as rushed and a means to an end. I felt like Simone was being pushed to a conclusion.

Loved this book but it still didn't hold up to the first one.

If you've read the first two, than you know what has happened. I really loved Grant and Simone's chemistry they were amazing together whether they were in bed, or acting.

The series is finally complete and I loved them all but the first was by far my faviorite! I can't wait to see what lies in store for us next!

Oh I will so miss this family!! This story is the youngest daughter of the Reynolds clan named Simone. Simone is the singer of the family and she is cast to film a live version of a musical. Grant is the music composer that the show has brought in to reinvent the musical. Their first encounter is filled with some tension but they get to know each other based on a time line. Grant was keeping secrets and Simone was unsure of who she was, so their journey together was a little rocky. I really enjoyed the series epilogue and will miss this family of independent women!

This specific video review will be included in the October 2018 wrap-up.

I struggled with this last book in the series. I liked the main characters of Simone and Grant, but I never really felt like I got to know them until their feet were held to the fire in the final 20% of the title. For that reason, this one was a little off the mark for me compared to previous titles in the series, falling just a little short. I did thoroughly enjoy the included series epilogue. It is perfection... It is real, raw and the best possible way to end a story. For that reason, I marked it back up a little to a 4.

I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

4 STARS FOR SHEER!! Another great story in the Exposed series. Grant and Simone's story is broken, but beautiful. Their story has all the feels and will keep you flipping pages. I believe this is one book and series any romance read will want to 1-Click.

The first couple of chapters were confusing and somewhat boring. I was ready to put the book down but I believe that every book deserves a chance. It did get better and I was so excited for Grant and Simone to get together. However I want to know what happened to Serena!?! There was so much based on this story line and then I was left hanging. I pretty much knew how the rest of the story was going to be but I wanted vengeance for Grant!! His ex needs to pay for what she did..

The EXPOSED series concludes with Simone and Grant’s story. As the baby of the family, Simone has always been the one to take care of everybody else. When she meets Grant, he shows her it’s ok to put herself first. Even though SHEER may be my least favorite out of the three, it is still a very good series and I strongly recommend picking up anything by Ms. Robinson. The series epilogue was beautiful and will leave you with fullness in your heart.

Sheer is the third and final book in the Exposed series with the Reynolds' sisters. While they can all be read as a standalones, this final book sort of brings everything altogether.

Sheer is Simone's story - the baby of the family. Her biggest rebellious behavior is her tattoos and streaks of colors in her hair. She's always been the one to look for everyone else and make sure everyone else is happy.

Grant comes into her life when she has finally ready to focus on herself and her career. They both agree to something casual because he isn't staying long and she herself isn't too trusting of men to want anything more.

I enjoyed the plot line of this book but I feel like we were missing more to it. There were parts that felt rushed and sometimes both Simone and Grant were acting out of character. They both have no problems communicating with each other in any aspect of their lives but it's how they react to situations that felt less like them. I felt like things were resolved too easily for how dramatic and important the issue was throughout the book.

Overall, this book was just an ok read for me. It was fairly fast paced but too quickly resolved. I definitely wanted more from these characters and how everything played out.

The entire series is a good read for anyone who enjoys very low drama and sweet endings.

I've thoroughly enjoyed the Exposed series by Sarah Robinson and Sheer was a great way to finish it off.

I liked Simone and Grant a lot - though I must admit, at first, I wasn't sure that I was gonna be a fan of our leading man.

Their connection and attraction was not a given following their initial meeting but when they did get together they were HOT!!! They had fun, worked hard and didn't let their relationship get in the way of the film they were involved in but the one thing that bugs me massively is the biggest issue they had - lack of communication... well, actually, Grant was the one with the communication problem (but, as always, if we didn't have that plot device we wouldn't have the angst that came with it!)

I love catching up with the other Reynolds sisters and those epilogues were fantastic!

A solid 4 star read and one I'd happily recommend you read - but do go through the series in order!

I received a copy of this book from NetGalley to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Sheer is the third and final book in the Exposed Series from Sarah Robinson.

Grant Mercer is on the run from his secrets. This was supposed to be an easy assignment-travel halfway across the globe and compose the musical score for an upcoming Hollywood movie by one of the biggest production companies in Los Angeles. One and done like dozens of times before. I wasn't supposed to have my entire life crumble around me the moment my plane took off. I wasn't suppose to meet her. Intriguing and covered in ink, Simone enters my life like a storm, leaving only heartbreak in her wake. I should keep my distance. Hell, she should keep hers. Instead we did the exact opposite.

Simone Reynolds is mending a broke heart. Just months after finaling in one of television's most watched singing competitions, I should be riding the high of my life. I should be celebrating starring in a musical film predicted to rock the box office. It's hard to bask in my success when my family is suffering a loss we never saw coming. And then there's Grant-brooding and rugged and an absolute pain in my butt as he messes with my movie. He's as broken as I am, but the perfect harmony is only a leap of faith away.

Sheer is about the youngest Reynold's sister Simone. Simone is just finding her own success through music. She has always put her family first and is now focusing on herself and her career. This brings her face to face with Grant and he is a broody one for sure. However the sparks fly for these too and this book is filled with passion and heat. These two are certainly smoking hot and this book was a really good ending to this series. I loved every second of it.

Sexy Seductive and Orgasmic. Sheer bring even more from Sarah Robinson then ever before!
Grant and Simone will leave you begging for more after the very last page. I couldn't put this one down! AMAZING!

Thanks to the author for a copy to read and give my honest opinion.

My first read in this series and my first by this author. Five star entertainment! So I didn't read the first two of this series but as far as I see it they are about different characters and can be stand alone. Simone lost her television competition only to be picked up by a new show that is being performed live. This live production is a remake of an old show but Grant is hired to remake the show into a more modern edition with new music. With some things in his past he meets Simone at a hard part in his life but could she be his future?

What did I love? This was a cute read and I loved Grant and Simone. Some of the facets of the story were glided over which made for a quick ending. There relationship was fun and lovable, but realistic.

Would I buy this book? I would and it made me want to read the first two as well.

Thoughts for the author? This book ended quick, almost too quick which was really the only downer. I would have thought the ending could have had better closure. Still a lovely book.

I really liked the ending to this series. Grant and Simone are amazing characters and their story had me hooked from beginning to end. Lots of drama and emotion. Steamy chemistry and an entertaining story. I liked it.

Overall, I generally enjoyed the story of SHEER, but there were a few things that kept me from loving it. SHEER is the third installment to the Exposed series. It's definitely a low angst and quick read.

I've been curious to hear about Simone and Grant's story, they were able to hit it off right away and found themselves in a casual thing since Grant was only around temporarily. With Grant withholding a pretty big secret, I wasn't looking forward to the aftermath of it all. I loved how Simone was firm in what she believed in and wanted, she knew that she was worthy of everything good in her life. Even though what she had with Grant would be temporary, she still went in any way and took it one day at a time. I think neither one of them expected their feelings to quickly grow for one another, so I was curious to see how they'd make it work. I really loved how deep their emotions were for each other and as days passed by, I was getting nervous for when they'd have to say good-bye. I kept screaming, just communicate and find a way to make it work!

I wish the book was a bit longer, so there would be more development in their relationship. I didn't mind the insta-love between them, just wanted to see more of the romance as we watched their relationship grow. There were some time jumps in there that gave me pause, but not enough to really hinder my reading experience. Once Grant's huge secret was revealed, it kind of went quickly from being resolved and then being OK with it. It always felt like he was forgiven a bit too quickly.

Sarah Robinson fans and fans of this series will still enjoy this story!

Finally, the last book on the Reynolds women! Simone is the little sister of Aria (NUDE) and Teagan (BARE), and now she has her turn. After many years attending to her family, she’s now about to start her career. She won third place in the “American Voice” contest but was a clear audience favorite. She’s now slated to lead in a musical re-do that will be filmed live. If she aces this project, then her next step will be Broadway.

Grant Mercer is newly arrived from New Zealand. He’s a world-class known music score writer and he’s been hired to update the music for the film that Simone will star in. When they meet, Simone is hanging upside down from a white silk, rehearsing one of the scenes for the film. She falls and Grant catches her but then gets blasted for breaking her concentration. The start of a great romance!

After some bickering and posturing, they got right on with their affair, but Grant was hiding a secret. Grant’s past life still had a lot of unfinished business and he was not free to pursue a relation. Nevertheless, they ran hot until they didn’t.

Grant had to face his problems and deal with them and Simone had to deal with her reluctance to be all-in with a man, caused by past failures. The love story was lovely, if a little predictable, and it was a great read. The feelings this couple had for each other were too much not to make them work to succeed as a couple. I loved seeing the sisters with their families, and watch as they deal with the loss of their father and help their mother overcome such a tragic loss.
