I’m totally captivated already. And so looking forward to the continuation of this story. It’s reminded me of the likeable characters and great writing and I’m desperate to see what happens next. Cassandra Clare does not disappoint. Hurrry up December 4th.

I loved this sampler, straight back into the Shadowhunters world, Cassandra Clare's writing is so wonderful I cannot wait for this book already have it on pre-order. All my old favourites present and felt back at home like I had never left.

I'm a huge Cassandra Clare fan and this world is one of my favourites to keep coming back to! I think this series may be my favourite out of them all. There is so many interesting characters especially the Blackthorn. I had kind of forgotten what had happened in the last one but this sample refreshed my memory and made me excited to continue it! I am hooked already and can tell this book will be a whirlwind of emotions!

I don't know this series and was really curious.
It's a wonderful beginning and I look forward to reading the book and the series.

Cassandra Clare I eagerly await this 3rd instalment. I just love these books. I think they are definitely my favourite series. Just devastated it’s a teaser nd have to wait for the full edition.

I do enjoy these books a lot more than her other novels but there is something I don't like about her books that lessens my enjoyment and after reading the sample I don't think I'll continue as I have lost interest.

This is amazing! I cannot wait for the book to come out! I am so excited for it!

Cassandra Claire is nailing it again with this story and I am here for it!

I don’t really know what I can say about this sampler other than... HURRY UP December 4th! 
The sampler was only small but it managed to break my heart all the same. Plus the decision ty and kit make in this sample are going to have some serious repercussions for everyone! I need to know they’ll be okay!  But I also know this is a Cassandra Clare book, so who knows.. I loved it. And I’m terrified.

I'm a huge fan of this series so when I saw the opportunity to read a sampler I couldn't resist and I was not disappointed. The only disappointment I felt was knowing that this is only a sampler and I need to wait a few months for the actual book!

I was reluctant to read a sample of this novel, knowing that I would feel annoyed at the lack of length, but it was shorter than I expected. It certainly gave me an idea of where the trilogy is going, and I'm incredibly keen to see where it goes in the end when it comes out. But I have readers remorse. I wanted more and it was such a disappointment not to have the whole thing.

The 'Queen of Air and Darkness' is one of my most anticipated books of the year, and after having read the sampler - the way to small sampler, in my humble opinion - 82 days seems far too long for me to wait. I mean, how on earth am I going to even make it to December? I need this book in my life ASAP.

This was a strong beginning of a much-anticipated novel for me, so I thoroughly enjoyed reading this sampler! December cannot come soon enough!

A very intriguing first look into the final book.
So many things to happen and possibly happen. 
How will Emma and Julian survive? Will Ty be successful in his new plans?

I was over the moon to be selected to read this sample of the soon to be released Queen of Air and Darkness. I have been a lover of the works of Cassandra Clare for a while and it started with Jace and Clary. This sample was just enough to wet my taste buds and make me hunger for the rest. 

This book weaves the lives of Shadowhunters both good and bad together in a way that leaves you breathless. As I have read most of the other books in the series I found it easy enough to follow and I knew recognized extended characters from previous books in the series. I am glad they are having life breathed into them in this book of the series. 

This is definitely not a standalone read, to understand the world of the Shadowhunter you will need to have read the other books in this amazing series. But trust me, that would be a pleasure, not a chore. This series is amazing.
The sample was deliciously descriptive and my favorite quote from the book which I intent from this point to implement in my life is, "Better to ask forgiveness than permission."

I will be hitting the pre-order button and all I can say is...roll on December!

This sampler (which is different to a physical one I had already received) shows us some of the immediate consequences that occur just after the events of the previous book (lord of shadows). Without giving too much away it tells us where a few of the affected parties are, what they’re doing and to some extent what their goals are which make it a great set up and tantalising snippet!

Cassandra Clare's writing is as amazing as always and this sampler is definitely a great preview of whet's to come. Can't wait to get my hands on this book.

I love this series!!! Each book just gets better and better and I get more and more invested in the characters! I love this universe so much, it's well built, the plot is epic and I cannot get enough of this author. Cannot wait to get my hands on the full book!!!!! Excellent sampler :) thanks NetGalley.

This is a fantastic sneak peak of a book I wholly anticipate to love! Cassandra Clare is fantastic at truly understanding the connections between people and I believe Queen of Air and Darkness will illustrate this stronger than any of her previous titles. Roll on 4th December!

I knew requesting and downloading this sampler was going to be a mistake... 

When I first saw the sampler on NetGalley, I was in two minds over whether to request this or not. I have been Cassandra Clare's Shadowhunter world since just prior the release of City of Glass and, barring the last 3 books in the Mortal Instruments series, I have tried to read all the books and enjoyed them hugely. 

With the Dark Artefacts, I was in two minds over if I had outgrown the world and whether to continue reading the series after the dramatic ending of Lord of Shadows and the rumoured page length of Queen of Air and Darkness (around 720 pages). 

After reading this sampler, it has made me realise that I want to see where this is going and that I'm not ready to say goodbye to the Shadowhunter world. Plus, reading the sampler and remember what the shocking cliffhanger of Lord of Shadows and the one of two elements that will be driving force of Queen, I am now quite excited over what's going to happen next. Looks like I know what I'll be reading at Christmas...

I'm so hyped right now.
This sampler was the best thing ever, I honestly can't wait to have the physical book in my hands on the 4th of December. 
Cassandra Clare never fails to make me laugh, cry, and put a big smile on my face. She honestly can do no wrong in my opinion. 
My favourite characters were (almost) all in these first few pages, so I could not ask for more, really.
