Organized to Kill by Jan Christensen is about Tina and Hank. They attend a party at Hank’s house and a dead body is found in Hank’s bed. Tina and Hank immediately become suspects. Hank has a background in federal and police procedures and tries to investigate. In doing so, they find a few more bodies. I found the plot to be a fast read. The book can be read in one sitting. Thank you to Net Galley for allowing me an advanced copy of this book. |

I enjoyed reading this book with all its twists and turns leading you in different directions but building up to the final conclusion. Recommended to those readers who enjoy reading this genre. |
Classic Murder Mystery This is a cozy murder mystery done in the classic style. Although part of a series, this book can stand alone. The plot is intricate with lots of suspects and motives. All of the suspects have great motives and serious secrets. The mystery is all cleared up at the end of the book and it is unlikely the reader could guess the final resolution. This is the first book by this author that I have read, but it won't be the last. I received this ARC book for free and this is my honest opinion. |
Organized to Kill by Jan Christensen is the 4th book in the Tina Tales Mysteries. I have read all the books in the series, but you can easily read this book as a stand alone. I enjoy this series, and the twists and turns they always provide. Tina Show is a professional organizer in Newport, Rhode Island. Tina and her boyfriend Hank host a party at Hank's house. After everyone is gone, they clean up and head to bed, but there is a dead man in the bed. When the police are called Tina and Hank become suspects in the murder, along with everyone else at the party. After another body turns up in a burned building, Tina and Hank are determined to get to the bottom of the murders. Wow this book was an adventure, and I can't wait for the next book in the series. Organized to Kill is a more serious cozy mystery, than others I have read, but it keeps you reading page after page. I always find uniqueness in Jan Christensen's books which keeps me coming back for more, please keep them coming. I received this book in exchange for a fair and honest review. |

While this could be classified as a cozy mystery as it doesn't seem to fill all the regular mystery checkmarks, it is a bit gorier than cozies usually are. And there is definite sex included as well. Overall it was a good story line. I had a hard time figuring out who the bad guy was, but did come to the right conclusion just prior to the big reveal. So at least it was at the end. Overall, definitely a decent read, but if you like your cozies clean you may want to pass this one by. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy to review. |
A nice cozy mystery, well written, and enjoyable. The cast of characters is likeable, the plot is fast paced and entertaining. I look forward to reading other books in this series. Recommended! Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC |

Really enjoyed this book. Unusual, sometimes quirky characters, exciting mystery, great organizing tips. Really hope this series takes off, because it has a lot to enjoy. Can't wait to see what the next in series has to offer. Solid 4+ stars. |

A good, clean mystery with a good plot. A very well written story with excellent pace. There are teasers at the end of almost every chapter, and the organizing tips are like a little salt instead of dead meat. A warning though if you have a problem with keeping up with a lot of characters; here's plenty! |
