This was an interesting crime mystery but I didn't really get absorbed into it. I didn't find the characters compelling and felt the pace was a little slow. |
A new author to me and I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the characters. I found it easy to follow, not what I would call a gripping page turner but nevertheless an interesting read. Thank you to Netgalley and HQ Digital for giving me the opportunity to read this book. |
Remember Me by author D.E. White is a twisty turny novel about a girl missing, who’s childhood friend returns to finally uncover the truth about that dark horrific night in the woods. A great, gripping thriller! Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for an arc copy of Remember Me in exchange for an honest review. |
She was only a kid when her best friend vanished without a trace. But that doesn’t mean that what happened to her is a secret, or at least not between the eight people who were in that Welsh wood fifteen years earlier. Now Ava Cole is an adult and she’s ready to find out what happened to Ellen, Ava is a highly trained detective and she won’t stop until she has all the answers, no matter what the fallout might be. This is a suspenseful mystery with a strong female protagonist |
