This is an interesting series. I think the author is having fun with her Christmas whimsy. Bringing Gloria and Christopher Pringle together was almost like oil and water. But...after she's unsuccessful as a matchmaker for Christopher he realizes that despite all their differences she is perfect for him. But will he convince her her of that? When I first started reading this book I had an image in my mind of who Gloria was and what she might look like. She was so quirky I thought of her kind of like a ditsy fairy godmother type but somewhere along the way she morphed into a smart prevoctive but still somewhat insecure woman.. This was a fun and enjoyable read and a well done romance. |

I really enjoyed the interaction between Christopher and Gloria and all of the potential wifes that the Gloria found for Chris. The realization that Chris came to regarding what his brain wanted for a wife and what his heart found instead was fun to experience. Great descriptions of the town and the people there. |

Christopher and Gloria. I love these two. It took a while to reach HEA, but I love how they were both willing to compromise for each other. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series. |

I was not sure about a series of books about a town dedicated to Christmas but after three books I am a believer. These stories are great and really keep the spirit of Christmas with you. Christopher and Gloria are total opposites when it comes to reading and following through with your dreams and whether it is better to be noticed or not. Theirs is a slow burn romance but when it happens it combusts. The epilogues are great!!! |

I was looking forward to this couple's story and it did not disappoint. Another wonderful, heartwarming Christmas tale with a hero and heroine that are truly opposites. I did not see how they could get together for a HEA, but of course they did. I would recommend this story to anyone who just wants to enjoy a story to take them on an adventure in the village of Cresswell. It seems that each story gets better than the last. I cannot wait to read Virginia's story. I have enjoyed her character throughout the entire series so far. She's one of a kind for sure. I received this as an ARC from the author and the opinions are my own. Don't miss out on this enchanting series. |

Christopher and Gloria are as opposite as they come. So much so that I actually feared that it might be too difficult for them to find a way to be together. I love a hea. |
This is my fair and honest review in exchange for this ARC. I do follow Erica Ridley but that is because she tells such exciting tales. I am not much for "Christmas stories" but I must admit that I have read every one of these. Where else can you get a town nicknamed Christmas, a bevy of less than average females and dashing men who sweep them out from under the mistletoe? Just delightful! |

Another restful afternoon reading the newest in the Christmas series. How I wish I could visit that village which is full of joy, goodwill and lovely characters, all wrapped into a delightful story. I’m now eagerly awaiting the next book in the series. |
