J.S. Scott's latest story in her Accidental Billionaire series will catch your attention from the first page and keep you reading till the very last, likely wanting more. Aiden and Skye are believable and fun to read while the story moves at a good pace. If you are looking to read some steamy scenes, you'll find it in this book while enjoying some lighter parts as well. The Sinclairs are a fun family and this book can be read without reading the previous book. However, once you read it, you will want to check out all of her books, they are that good. Highly reccomend this book to anyone who loves Romance or even wants to try reading a different genre. You won't be disappointed. |
Who does not love a second chance romance? They have not seen each other for over nine years to which life has dramatically changed for both of them but these changes were not all good. This is book two of “The Accidental Billionaires” but book one for me. I enjoyed the book but did have some questions as to Skye’s behaviour in the early part of the books as I learned more about her, later on, I did question some of her actions. There were enough secrets, emotional turmoil, alpha male, heart-warming moments, tension, hatred, sorrow, forgiveness and love to keep me tapping the Kindle to read more. As per normal J S Scott heats the pages up and gives us what we need in a wonderful story that I would recommend to others. Our Alpha male was Aiden Sinclair a once poor young man doing his best for his family how had his heart broken at age 26 by a still too young 18-year-old. He had plans for their future but he kept them to himself as he left for two months on a fishing boat to earn money for his brothers and sisters. He turned home to find his love had married another man, a rich man, she had left without a word to him and he was broken but did not search for answers. His future changed in many ways he later comes into an inheritance that made him and his sibling Billionaires. Skye Weston had returned home to Citrus Beach in California with her daughter after she devoiced he dinner tar ex-husband and with the passing of her mother, she was running her old Café. She had been avoiding one person since she returned but tonight her luck ran out. Aiden Sinclair was sitting at the table of her best friend’s house I should have guessed as he was her brother after all. <i>“He was the thorn in my side. He was the only part of moving home after almost a decade away that I hated He was dangerous.”</i> Could she keep her secrets safe about her past? A past that she could not recover from but had to for her daughter Maya sake. Why did she hate me she was the one that left not me? Aiden wanted answers after all this time and he was determined to find them. But will this lead to him being happy with what he finds? <i>"He didn’t react. He didn’t move. But I could see the shock and horror in his expression.” “Don’t cry. Don’t let him see that you have emotions. Don’t let him see your weaknesses.” "I didn’t want it. I didn’t want to feel it I didn’t want to want him. And I shouldn’t after all these years.” "She was strong. She was independent. She was definitely resourceful and smart. And I wanted her even more than I had when we were barely grown.” "I was FREE when I was with Aiden. I was wild when I was with Aiden. I was me again when I was with Aiden."</i> I have voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book given to me by Netgalley and the Publishers. This is my honest and personal review of this book. |

This is the second novel in J.S. Scott's The Accidental Billionaire Series. You don't have to read the first, Ensnared, however it will give you a little bit of background. ENTANGLED is Aiden Sinclair and Skye Weston's story. Aiden and Skye were lovers, Aiden left town for two months for work, expecting Skye to be there when he returned ... she's not. Skye has left and is set to marry another man. Now ten years later Skye returns, but not alone. Can broken hearts be repaired? Will Aiden get the women he has always loved? The previous ten years have not been kind to Skye, she made her choice and had to live wit it. She returns a completely woman, fear closing down all of her emotions. The moment she encounters Aiden she realises that everything she felt for him ten years ago is still there. However she's too scared to risk taking a chance. Aiden, no longer the poor fisherman he was a decade ago, is now a billionaire. A man full of confidence, drop-dead gorgeous and very, very alpha. Even though Skye broke his heart and he's still angry with her, his love for her has never ceased. This was a truly wonderful story. Heart breaking at times, but it showed the strength one woman had to survive the worst of times. Ten years apart will never change the love within a heart. Skye and Aiden were young and in love but as one of the elder Sinclair siblings he needed to work to help support his siblings. He was heading off on a commercial fishing trip for two months, but they believed that they would just pick up where their relationship left off when he returned. When Skye received some surprising news she was convinced to leave town and wasn’t there when Aiden returned. Ten years later she has now returned to Citrus Beach to run the café that her mom left her and to start anew but she wants nothing to do with Aiden due to a misunderstanding. Will they be able to work through the misunderstanding in their pasts and how will Aiden react to the secrets she holds? This is a sweet and sexy story about love, family and second chances. |

Entangled by JS Scott JS Scott has done it again. In book 1 of the Accidental Billionaires series, Ensnared, we are given a sneak peek at a family tie that none of the Sinclairs were aware of. Jade Sinclair had gotten a DNA match on a website that connects bloodlines and it left us wondering which of her brothers had a child he knew nothing about. This book, Entangled - book 2 of the Accidental Billionaires series answers that question. It shows us just how easy it is for “life” to get in the way and how quickly circumstances, and good intentions, can change your whole world. Aiden Sinclair and Skye Weston fell in love at a pretty young age and when Skye found herself pregnant and separated from Aiden because of his job, with a horrible home life and a mother who forced her into choices that she would not have chosen for herself. Now, 8 years later, with Sky and Maya now moved back home, secrets and misunderstandings come to light and a new family is finally formed! I love how things get resolved pretty quickly as far as the secret not staying hidden and drug out forever in this book. Trust me, that doesn’t mean there isn’t tension with the whole situation, there is. Eight years is a long time to be apart and life isn’t always a bed of roses. Life was really hard, not to mention dangerous for Skye and protecting Maya was always first and foremost for her. Family has always been everything to Aiden and he’s willing to do what it takes to make Skye his again and to be the best father he can be to his daughter. JS Scott writes another family story that delivers all the feels from heartwarming to heart pounding, and leaves you wanting more. Entangled is sweet yet sexy, relaxed yet tense. I’m not sure how she does it, but I know I can’t wait what she has in store for the other Sinclairs! |

This is the 2nd chance love story of Aiden and Skye and their adorable daughter Maya and you have some very heartwarming sweet moments. I am a huge JS Scot fan and I have read every Sinclair Billionaire book to date. That being said this is my least favorite story, however it’s still a quick and good read but I needed a bit more to make it believable. I think more emotional and character development was in order, and I did not feel connected with either Aiden and Skye. I actually managed to put the book down and read it the next day – unheard of for me and a JS Scott book. Spoiler – I felt Aiden was not a strong alpha male like the other Sinclair’s. Skye was too forgiving and I would have liked to see her character develop into a strong woman, after all she survived a mafia marriage and brought down the family, why wimp out and let Aiden walk over her? I received an ARC copy for my honest opinion |

I love this series and all the new Sinclair's we've met! This is Aidan Sinclair's story. It's a wonderful second chance romance as Aidan is reunited with his first and only love, Skye Weston. When they were younger Aidan thought they had it all. Sure money was in short supply but he was certain their love could withstand the separation his upcoming commercial fishing trip would inflict. He was so wrong. When he returns Skye is gone and she's marrying another man. Now almost ten years later Skye has returned. They are both very different people but the spark between them still burns brightly. Can they put the past behind them? I definitely recommend you grab a copy and find out. |

I loved the Sinclair series and the accidental billionaires series is just as amazing. J.S. Scott is definitely an author I one click all the time because I love everything she writes and this new addition to the Sinclair series is no exception. This is a second chance romance and it is emotional from beginning to end. Both Skye and Aiden were in a relationship when they were young but a misunderstanding se[arated them. 10 years later when they are reunited again and he finds out the truth and everything changes. Neither of them is the same people they were when they were younger. Will the love they still have for each other be enough? A beautiful book worth reading! I can't wait for the next book in this series. |

Love this series.Love the Sinclairs.Love Skye and Aidens amazing intense beautiful emotional broken love story Ready for Seth |
J.S. Scott's newest series, The Accidental Billionaires, have been addicting! I love these new Sinclaire's because they are trying to get comfortable and live with their "New". Aiden seems like a grumpy alpha, but once you get under his layers, I fell for the big ol' softy. He was amazing with Maya and new from the first second he needed Skye in his life. These two have it rough from the start many moons back. This story will reach out to you and keep a pull. The emotions the characters deal with will seem into your heart. The beginning had me hoping. The middle had me wondering with angst. The end was just...exactly what I needed! You cannot go wrong with this series! Don't forget, this is a JS Scott book. Jan definitely brings it with the chemistry and steamy moment! |
Entangled enthralled me. It was such a gripping and wonderful book. the story of Skye Watson and Aiden Sinclair takes your breath away. Young sweethearts, a misunderstanding and shocking turn of events 9 years later - this book has it all and so worth reading. |
Book 2 in this new series from J.S. Scott, and this is Aiden and Skye's story... Aiden was a fisherman when he had an affair with Skye, after 2 months at sea he returns home to find she has left to marry another man. Fast forward 10 years and Skye returns with her daughter to her hometown after her mother dies and leaves her the cafe to run. She wants nothing to do with Aiden, and has carried 10 years of animosity towards him around with her. But of course they end up meeting as she is involved with Aiden's sister's wedding to the billionaire Eli Stone (book #1) and can't believe her hostility towards him, when she was the one that left him!!!! Obviously something here doesn't add up and they need to sit down and have a chat about it lol! It turn out that Seth, Aiden's brother, might know more about this than he has previously revealed. Also Skye is coming to the conclusion that Aiden might really not know the reason why she had to leave in the first place, when all this time she thought he knew!! Oh dear, lots of secrets and truths to be outed here! A good second chance read with some great characters, with drama and angst, love and romance, and of course family love and loyalty. I enjoyed this one, can't wait for the next in this series. |

Entangled by J.S Scott is a 5 star read. Skye Weston fell in love with her best friends brother when she was 18 and she was sure he felt the same, but when she really needed him he wasn’t there so she married a man who was no good for her. But now she’s divorced and her ex-husband is in jail, so she returns home to run her dead mothers restaurant and raise her daughter. Aiden Sinclair helped raise his younger siblings doing everything he could to make sure they had everything they needed, when his family are surprised to hear that they are related to a wealthy family and all end up being billionaires. Aiden fell in love with his sisters best friend but after 2 months away at sea he found out that she was to be married to someone else he was surprised, but when she returns to town 9 years later he finds it odd that she seems to hate him. Digging into things he finds out the real story of what happened and tried his best to persuade her to give him another chance. I love all of the Sinclair family stories and this one is really great too, I would highly recommend this book to anyone. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book through Netgalley. |

Entangled is the second book in The Accidental Billionaires series by J. S. Scott. It's a spin off of her very popular and successful The Sinclair series. This is a second chance at love story which happens to be my favorite romance trope. Jan's incredible talent never ceases to amaze me. I'm a sucker for her touching and captivating stories. Her characters are multi-layered and complex and what's most important so relatable. Although they are rich and privileged they still have doubts and insecurities like everyone else. You love them despite their flaws and mistakes. Aiden Sinclair was a commercial fisherman leading a simple and hard life until he suddenly became a billionaire overnight. He has inherited a vast amount of money and is now filthy rich. But things were much simpler when he was still dirt poor. Aiden loved his job and fully intended to come back from the sea to his girlfriend Skye so they could move toward something permanent. But when he returned from a two-month fishing trip he made the painful discovery that she had moved away and was marrying somebody else. Skye’s back in her home town Citrus Beach after nearly a decade to run her family's Café. She’s a single mother of a beautiful and bright daughter named Maya. Skye wants nothing but to forget her painful past and start anew. But that's nearly impossible when gorgeous Aiden is around to remind her of her biggest regret. All these years apart haven't put a damper on their scorching hot chemistry. But Skye has been keeping big secrets which could potentially break not only his heart. Skye and Aiden were two absolutely admirable and wonderful characters. They loved each other dearly since they were young but unfortunately some miscommunication and misunderstanding have separated them for 9 long years. When fate puts them together again they will have to accept that they can't change the past but can only work towards a better and happier future together. J. S. Scott did a really good job with this sweet story. I highly recommend it to all her fans and new readers who didn't yet have the chance to pick up a story written by this amazing author. I can't wait to see what Jan has in tow for the next Sinclair sibling-Seth. I'm giving Entangled 4 stars. |

I'm a sucker for JS Scott's Billionaire books. They always put a huge smile on my face and make my heart and soul soar. Nobody writes them better than her. When she announced that she is going to write another series for Montlake, The Accidental Billionaires series, I was excited beyond words. Especially about the fact that the major characters from the new series are related to the Sinclair Billionaires from her previous books! Entangled is Aiden Sinclair's book and a sweet, heart-warming second chance love story. This is one of my most favorite tropes ever! I love the anticipation of two people re-connecting after a long time and finding their way back to each other. Aiden Sinclair was a commercial fisherman before he suddenly became a billionaire over night. Being rich now has its perks, but things were definitely simpler before the money. Despite being poor Aiden loved his job and made plans to return back from the sea to his girlfriend Skye, so they could move toward something more permanent. Unfortunately his dreams shattered the moment he returned home and discovered that Skye had moved away and was marrying somebody else without any explanation. Now Skye’s back in town after nearly a decade. She’s a single mother and just as beautiful as ever. For some odd reason she appears to harbor some bad feelings towards Aiden, when it should be him who wants nothing to do with the woman who dumped him and broke his heart. But not even nine years of separation could make their scorching chemistry disappear. Despite them both fighting their feelings, they can't seem to stay away from each other. When some unexpected revelations and secrets come to light, both will need to decide if they can get past their issues or move on into a future together. I loved Aiden and Skye. Both were amazing people who loved with their whole heart and soul. Unhappy circumstances led to their separation and left some unresolved things between them. But underneath all the hurt and heartbreak they still cared for each other all these years. I was cheering for them from the start and wanted their HEA badly. All I can say is that Entangled was another intriguing and well written story from JS Scott. She really never disappoints! I'm super excited to read the next books in the Accidental Billionaires series. 4 stars! |

Fantastic! You get drawn in from the first page and you can't put it down until you are done. A second chance romance for Skye and Aiden. It's such a good story and boy is it hot!. Aiden and Skye do have a little bump in the road at the end, but who doesn't? Keep the Sinclair stories coming! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. |
Entangled is a sweet kind of second chance romance. I liked both Skye and Aiden and little Maya stole the show more than once. The entire Sinclair family from both coasts are loving and provided the support these characters needed as they navigated through all the pain and heartache they suffered while being apart. The writing is good and I know that JS Scott has a huge fanbase and incredible popularity. But for me, this book fell flat and I found myself skimming way too much. Inner thoughts, particularly from Aiden just sounded silly. For a successful billionaire (who yes, I know inherited his fortune) he often acted younger and more naive than he should of. And the fact that no one put two and two together that Maya was more than just Skye's daughter, after being back in Citrus Beach for a year was downright ridiculous. Particularly on the part of Jade, Skye's best friend and Aiden's sister. The push and pull from Skye and Aiden never sounded genuine and the longing, the want each should have had for each other after so much time apart didn't resonate with me at all. Again, I know Scott is very successful and has many loyal readers by her side. Sorry, but I just won't be one of them. 2.5 stars. |
Good read. I rate it 3 1/2 to 4 I love the authors books and have read almost all the Sinclair books. I liked this second chance book. It took time to brew but got there. There were just parts that were totally unrealistic to me especially the mafia stuff. I also did not like how Aiden the seemingly perfect guy reacted to the situation at the end. I don’t think I would have been forgiving. Good read overall received a copy from the publisher for an honest review. |

This is the ultimate second chance romance. The one that got away romance. The get you in the feels romance. “Entangled” is a romance readers delight. It has all the sexy times but it’s also emotional and funny, with a fantastic cast of characters. This book was so fantastic that I want to go back and read all the other books all over again. This is what J. S. Scott does every time she brings out a new book and has me coming back for more every single time. Wish I could give more stars than I can and totally love this authors books, this is a prime example of why. Absolutely, definitely, totally, highly and wholeheartedly recommend this book, author and series to all romance readers out there. Go pick up a copy today. |
This was a 3.5 star read for me. I liked it but not as much as I usually love this authors' books. I pretty much figured out the biggest part of it early on and much of the rest of the story...as steamy as it was...didn't hold my interest like it normally would. Later with a surprise twist I was glad I stuck it out but I don't know...it felt like I knew everything that would happen before it happened...probably a danger of reading so many books but I generally enjoy this author and I definitely look forward to the next story in this series. |
