I love Audrey Carlan's stories, and I can't wait to introduce more of my customers to this series - now that it's completed and they can binge it! Carlan has done it again with a great conclusion to her new series. You will fall in love with her characters and I can't wait to read the added novellas that will flesh out the story even further.  There are lots of ups and downs to keeping the plot moving and interesting as well as some tears in the end.  Always a good sign of a good book for me!
The drama, romance, and individualized approach to each job make this series special to the romance genre - yes they're steamy reads, but the amount of heart in each story will have you coming back for more!

Amazingness! Not really a word, but I don’t care. Sad to see this end, it feels like I just started the first one. Can’t wait to see what Audrey does next! If you liked the Calendar Girls, you’ll love this probably even more! Read it!!

I am keeping this short, sweet and to the point: OMG!!!!!! Finally the suspense and mystery comes to ahead and we even get to see a wedding!!!! Parker and the gang take on their final 3 cities and the ending left me content and satisfied while desperately wanting Bo and Royce's stories!!!!! Perfect ending to a wonderful series!!!!

Another great read from Ms. Carlan. Can't wait for the focus to be on the other characters. Excited to read Bo's story.

This last installment of International Guy takes the reader to Madrid, Rio and Los Angeles.  This was my favorite one of the four volumes. There was alot of drama and suspense as stories wrapped up and we got answers to the questions of who was sending the texts, the truth about Annie and would Skylar and Parker get their happy ending.
The growth in the relationship between Sky and Parker was amazing.  The bachelor turning into a family man, the starlet finding her true love and hints of stories to come for Bo and Royce.
In Rio, we also get to learn more about Parker's brother and his love, and how much he loves his family.
As the truth of the text writer is revealed and all the truths that came with it, the author makes you feel so many emotions along with Sky and Parker.
These stories were well written and a gift to the reader for coming along for thr IG adventure throughout the world.

Madrid

Wow Ms. Carlan amped it up big time for Madrid. I've probably said it before but I think this one is my fave so far. Ok maybe it's because this series is just getting so freaking good and intriguing. 

I love the message in this one. Juliet is the newest client who needs help gaining confidence to break into the music industry. I love that the message is to love yourself as you are and not buckle to industry standards and change who you are. 

Now this has so much intrigue and suspense but there are some big revelations. And that ending was just epic!!! I have a pretty good idea whodunit but I'll keep that under wraps. 

Now time to dive into the next instalment. 

Rio

Boom!! Seriously this instalment went boom!

Ok first I have to divulge my love for Paul and Dennis. OMG these two are just perfect for each other.

We finally find out whodunit but not before a lot more explosive action takes place. Thankfully Skyler and Parker are surrounded by family and friends who will do anything to keep them safe. No one messes with these two and gets away with it!

Loved it so much. Now time to finish it all of with Los Angeles.

Los Angeles

Wow what a way to wrap up International Guy!!

Skyler and Parker get their much deserved HEA and we see into their future which was such a treat. Oh and the surprise at the end, absolutely WOWZERS!!!!! 

Can't wait to see what's in store for Royce, Bo and Wendy. 

Such a fabulous series. A definite must read!!!

MADRID

I was starting to miss this couple :-)

Parker and Skyler have grown on me, and before they head to Madrid (my city!), they share a time of bliss and romance. The surprises were abundand too, and totally entertaining, both the bad and the good kind.

There's one thing that they share and make a decision over that I found endearing. Then, they fly to Madrid. I was curious about this city so close to my heart, yet I was comically disappointed when the first character they meet is a walking cliché from an old Italian movie, and he's suppossed to be Spanish? Oh well.

The theme of this installment is about finding beauty and inspiration in our unique and individual assets. What I liked the most of this episode is the deep love this couple exudes for one another and how close they've become against all odds. Those troubles really spike up in a nuclear way. It was awesome and absolutely tragic!

RIO

One of the most dramatic and meaningful chapters in this ever-intensifying serial. Tragedy follows Parker and Skyler through every moment from the aftermath of Madrid's cliffhanger to Brazil and back to Boston.

There's a strong stress on family unity that extends to friends, everybody supporting each other in their bleakest hours. Despite the tremendous hits they suffer, love and understanding shine bright. It was all very intense.

I loved the beauty of Rio de Janeiro, the attention given to the food and thte landmarks, as well as the relationship between Parker's brother and his lover. I could do without the religious vibe, but I understand that the author wanted to leave her spiritual imprint there.

Finally, a huge secret is out, and its heavy toll rains on Skyler with brutal foce. Brace for it!

LOS ANGELES

So satisfying!

Many relationships and friendships coalesce in this finale for the serial. After a long haul of tragedies, there's a bounty of romance and happy endings that had been brewing. As usual, my favourite part is Wendy and Sir Mick. Though I enjoyed Bo and Royce's shenaningans, too.

They're all trying to get back in track while supporting each other, and there's an optimism in the air throughout this final installment. Work takes Parker to LA and lots of unexpected events. Secret plans mix with sexy times in exciting ways, all wrapped up in the glamour of the show business and very public declarations of love.

I really appreciated the epilogues that gave us so much insight into the characters' future life. It's been a rollercoaster of emotion and fun to read this long serial, and I couldn't be happier if the IG world continued with a few characters that need closure ;-)

Audrey Carlan finishes Parker and Site's story with action, family, and love.

As Parker and Skyler attempt to settle into their lives together they are still on the look out for their stalker.

Parker will protect Skyler with everything he is. He takes Skyler on his next business trip to Madrid. Skyler has the insight with his next client and helps a young up and coming pop star transform from a shy and self conscious young women to a bold and beautiful star.

But they head home and danger strikes.

Now, to get off the grid they head to Rio to help Dennis with trouble in his family business.

But Parker sees things in Dennis family that he truelly doesn't like, especially when it hurts his brother Paul. 

Upon the urgent return to the States danger is around the corner. Truths come to light.

This action packed, heart stopping story comes to its conclusion in San Francisco. The client is looking for the exposure from SkyPark.

Love the last 3 books in this series. There is a lot of drama and storyline  revealed. Audrey is an amazing writer and I enjoy all her books

Absolutely amazing ending Volume to an amazing series. I am so excited for what's in store for the characters and their friends and family.  I loved everything about this book. Audrey Carlan is an amazing author and creature of the most wonderful stories ever. I highly recommend all of her books! Hot steamy with a side of sit on the edge of your seat suspense. Love love love.

Tome 10 : Madrid

une lecture qui reste très sympathique même si j'ai trouvé que ce 10ème tome manquait de punch et de nouveautés. Audrey Carlan se focalise plus sur le couple et la menace qui l'entoure que sur IG et les autres membres de l'équipe. Je trouve dommage qu'on en sache plus sur Wendy que sur Bo ou Royce. Nous verrons où Rio va nous emmener dans le prochain tome.

Tome 11 : Rio 

un nouveau tome qui gagne en intensité car les divers intrigues se dénouent progressivement et je me demande donc ce que nous réserve le dernier tome à Los Angeles étant donné que la boucle est bouclée et que certains aspects sont définitivement réglés. Je regrette juste qu'on n'ait pas plus creusé les histoires de Bo et Royce car il aurait été intéressant de s'intéresser aussi à leur vie personnelle.

Tome 12 : Los Angeles 

la saga se termine sur un tome bien plus léger et plus doux après les menaces , les doutes et les dangers. L'amour sous toutes ses formes est au cœur de cette dernière intrigue et j'ai passé un bon moment de lectures avec Parker et Skyler . J'attends de voir ce qu'Audrey Carlan nous réserve donc pour les autres membres d'International Guy

Wonderful book. Love every book in this series so far. I hope Audrey Carlan keeps bringing more in the series. I’d like to maybe see these made into a movie

This was a great final installment to Parker's side of the International Guy series - and yes, it does wrap up his and Sky's story pretty nicely. Without giving away spoilers, I really liked how they dealt with the stalker, although it got WAY more serious than I expected it to. Also, my original thought of who the "bad guy" was was quickly wiped away once Madrid started. 

There are definitely some things that were questionable - mostly the gender stereotypes at play and some of the cloyingly sweet sentiments - but overall, it was still fun watching Parker and Sky come together.

My one real issue with this series is how little we get to know Bo and Royce. I wanted to know so much about their lives - ESPECIALLY during #12 - and it was so frustrating that we couldn't get their stories. I know that Carlan says that we'll get their stories, and even more Wendy, in future books, but I really think that she would have benefited by incorporating those stories into Parker's. 

Overall, a fun read that kept me on the edge of my seat at times and kept me emotionally invested. I'm looking forward to the other stories. Especially Bo...after all those chicklets, I'm ready for him to get his.

Parker, Bo, Royce, and the rest of the gang are at it again.  It picks up from the last book with Parker and Sky still not knowing who their stalker is and trying to figure out that mystery.  Madrid shows off their skills helping a rising star reach her potential.  They get to go to Rio and deal with family issues with Parker's brother and his love.  In Los Angeles, they get a surprise while working on a reality dating show.

Audrey Carlan has given us love, mystery, family, and humor as they work their magic while figuring out who is after them.  It reminds us of what we would do for love and for those we love.  While this brings an end to Parker and Sky's story, she reminds us that there are more stories to be told about the other characters we have met in this series.  I have enjoyed  the roller coaster ride that Audrey has taken me from discovering what IG does for others as well as seeing a love go through the ringer and come out stronger.  I look forward to reading about everyone else I met in the IG family.

It is sad to say that this is the end to International Guy. I have grown a connection with this series. Audrey Carlan makes you feel like you are part of the International Guy family.  It has been an amazing roller coaster.

Madrid 
We see how connected Parker and Sky are with each other. They go to Madrid to help a girl find her inner and outer popstar. They help her feel beautiful and know that she can be a star.  This installment is full of romance, happiness, suspense and definitely an emotional roller coaster. I was upset with the ending and couldn’t wait for the next one. 

Rio
The team does away while some answers need to be found. This next job is to figure out what is going on with Paul’s boyfriends company. Parker learns a lot about his brothers relationship.  We also find answers to the mystery that was going on and again I’m emotional with everything that happens.

Los Angeles
The sweet ending that has me heart broken because I don’t want it to end. I love what Sky does to proof that she is ready and in love. This installment is about closures. Closures with all characters and I cannot wait to see what happens with Bo.

Was I sad to see International Guy coming to an end hell yes but Audrey Carlan gave me everything I wanted and more in her final instalment of this great series.
Madrid; Skylar is just what the IG team need for their next client in Madrid, a young girl who is about to explode on the pop scene problem is she has no confidence and needs a makeover, this was just what Parker needed to make sure Skylar and his puppies were with him and protected but just when he thinks everyone is safe once again danger strikes......
Rio; This is family issue and as always the team protect family and friends so they have no hesitation heading off to Rio to look into Parker’s brother Paul’s boyfriends business which has been leaking money for a couple of months. Family means everything to Parker and he won’t standby and watch Paul hurt especially as Paul stepped up to protect Skylar when her security team were not available.
Los Angeles: The final instalment and what a way to end a series, this book brings all the other 11 books together as we see truths come to light from people the team and Skylar trusted. We get to attend a wedding and we get to learn a bit more about Royce and Bo which hopefully means more books about them and this series would not be complete if Parker and Skylar didn’t get the HEA they so deserve and what a perfect ending for the couple we have all come to love over these 12 books. 
I loved this series, I loved the characters, I loved the plots and I love the idea of 12 stories about friends, families and lovers. Looking forward to were we go next with this very talented author.

Parker is my dream hero and this final installment was everything I could ask for in a finale! With plenty of drama, mystery, and sexy escapades, this series is the perfect escape. I love the international locales and exotic settings almost as much as the hero! Well done, Audrey Carlan!

I can’t get enough of the International Guy family. The love between the guys, Wendy and Skylar is fantastic. 
Book one takes us to Madrid where Sky and Parker are working together, alongside Bo, to help an up and coming popstar gain a little confidence in herself. Of course, the crazy stalker messages are still coming through to Sky and Park. Plus that ending, oh man. Talk about scary!
Book two takes us to Rio and this may be one of my favorite books of the series! We got more of Paul and Dennis. Rio had me on the edge of my seat! I couldn’t stop reading. I definitely had my suspicions of who the stalker was, I figured the correct person, but oh man Audrey Carlan went above and beyond with the craziness of it all. I LOVED IT!
Book three has Park and Royce heading to Los Angeles to be judges on a dating show, but they got way more than what they bargained for in the best way possible. Los Angeles was what everyone needed.
The epilogue was PERFECT. It truly was the perfect ending to Skylar and Parker’s story. I hope to see more of the crew in the future, because I fell for Royce, Bo, and Wendy and I know there is so so much more to their stories, especially with how Los Angeles ended for the boys. 
A must read book and series!
