This is my second Rebecca Raisin book. I like her writing alright, she is very descriptive, which I appreciate. I liked the characters in this book, and the idea of traveling from festival to festival, letting the sun guide you along. The Van Lifers sounded like a fun life! Rosie grew as a character, and I definitely appreciated that. The rest of the book fell a little flat for me. It passed the time just fine, but I wasn’t dying to find out what happens next. I pretty much predicted the whole book immediately. I hate when there is a Jason Momoa character in the book. I didn’t watch that show, and that isn’t my type. Why does everyone default to him? Also, I felt like Rosie could be a little too clueless at time, for as strong of a person as she was. The romance was definitely missing from this book for me. Maybe it wasn’t classified as a romance? It was definitely more chic lit-y.

Bottom Line: It was a sweet read that passed the time just fine.

This is a wonderful book, Rosie is a great character and her story is lovely. The added benefit of the delicious things she makes is just lovely. 

I recommend this book to anyone who likes a great story, with strong characters and fabulous scenery. It may make you hungry however, and it may make you decide to up sticks and go travelling.

This was an amazing book, and i couldnt put it down.
 One day shes married, the next shes single and then has a camper van Poppy so she goes travelling around the UK. This book makes you want to give up your job and go travelling, who wouldnt. 
Brilliant read.

I have always been a huge fan of Rebeccas writing. You may have seen not long ago I reviewed Aria's Travelling Book Shop written by the same author which was amazing. However, that was the book which came after this one. 

I am very disappointed in myself as I read them in the wrong order so I already knew the outcome from reading the second book first. Boo. My fault. Don't make the same mistake as me read them in order. 

This book focuses on Rosie, recently going through a divorce. This is her new start and adventure with her travelling tea shop. Along the way two men emerge. Ollie & Max... Max is another traveller and loves to wind Rosie up and is very kind. Ollie is an online friend, but everything is not as it seems. Who will she choose? Ollie or Max? 

A beautiful story. Where it all began... Leads perfectly into book two (Aria's Travelling Book Shop). Beautifully written. We get to see how Rosie and Aria became best friends. I'd love to see more in this series. It's different, interesting. An escape. Parts had me laughing out loud. A well deserved four stars from me. Highly recommend.

Delightful and uplifting story with a British flair! It was really enjoyable to read. Since finishing Tea Shop, I’ve gone on to read more of Raisin’s fiction. Her voice is happy and escapist.

How have I not read a Rebecca Raisin book before! I instantly fell in love with the characters and the style of writing. It was lovely to go on a trip round Great Britain without leaving my armchair. Rosie and Aria make a great team, who wouldn’t want friends like these in their life. Can’t wait to read more books by Rebecca Raisin.

I enjoyed this book. Although not a taxing read, the story had a real feel-good feeling. The story was predictable. A great holiday read.

This is a story about Rosie, who buys a campervan, while drinking the night that her husband leaves her for another woman. 

I loved the friendship with Aria, they were so sweet. And I loved that Rosie had a tea shop and Aria had a bookshop. 

This book had a wonderful and warm feel to it. But I did feel like there was something missing, that’s why it wasn’t a 5 stars. 

And this was the first book that I read by this author, and I can definitely see myself picking up something more from this author. 

TW: Cheating, dead of a loved one

I absolutely loved this book, so much so that I have persuaded my WI book club to include it as one of their reads this year.

The book starts with Rosie having a brilliant career at a Michelin star restaurant, married to a man she thinks is the one for her. However she is always at work, always tired and does not really have many friends. One night (her birthday) she comes home to find her husband's bags packs and him telling he is leaving her for someone else and what is more it's all her fault as she is no fun any more. What a great guy he is!

His departure is the catalyst for her to change her life for the better. That's when Poppy comes into her life and Rosie finally finds the courage to do something she's longed to do, hit the road and open a travelling teashop. The people she meets along the way are colourful characters, free from the stress of a 9 to 5 job, but the community they create is open and friendly - well most of them anyway. With a few twists along the way Rosie will get her happy ever after and the book gives the reader a lovely cosy journey towards that. With a travelling book shop next door, what's not to love about Rosie's travelling tea shop, books, tea, cake and a bit of romance. 5 stars from me.

I absolutely loved this book.  The character Rosie is so lovable and I really wanted things to get better for her as shes been through a lot. 
The author has written this book so well as it really captures the readers attention and draws you in until you have read that last page.  

A beautiful little story.

This is a good modern romance. I expected more though from reading the synopsis. The storyline was fairly predictable.

Funny, clever and full of heart. Another fabulous book by Rebecca that I couldn't put down and recommended to everyone.

A traveling tea shop.  I was interested in the idea of a business on wheels.  I liked the characters.  So many different reasons for the lifestyle.  At first I thought it was just to escape, but saw it become a place to belong.  The catfish story line was fun.  I admit I was taken in by it!  A light refreshing read.  A good book to read with a great cup of tea!

I don't usually choose this type of book as I find them a little too sweet and predictable but felt in the mood for something light hearted. This one was really quite good and although it had the standard happy ending I felt the characters had some real depth to them.

I love, love, love Rebecca Raisin, so I was super excited to dive into one of her gorgeous books again. Everything from the stunning cover to the story tucked in between the pages appealed to me with 'Rosie's Travelling Tea Shop.' When reading the blurb I was already drawn to Rosie and wanted to see how she pulled through her heartbreak. Moreover, I have always dreamed of owning my own VW Camper Van so it was so much fun living vicariously through Rosie and Poppy.

Rosie is a lovely and endearing character. I enjoyed her goofy moments and that she was always herself; which lead to some laugh out loud awkward scenes that make you love her even more. Her ability to push through her sadness with a determination to learn from her past and make a new life for herself by stepping out of her comfort zone and facing her fears, really had me cheering her on and rooting for her. What she created with Poppy, her bright pink camper van, had me smiling from ear to ear and maybe scouring the web for any VW vans for sale! Her little tea shop was truly delightful. I was drooling at all the descriptions of tea and cakes.

I got very excited about Rosie's plans to jump on the festival circuit with Poppy, it all just sounded so cute and adventurous and I absolutely adored when she met Aria. Aria's camper van book shop sounded like pure heaven. Oh my goodness how I just wanted to curl up inside and read and read, drink tea, and read. I fell in love with Aria; her heart and her story pulled at my heart strings. How she talked about the love of her life brought me to tears. She was so precious. I really loved her spirit.

I was happy that Rosie got to figure herself out a little on the road and it was lovely that after her relationship ended that she was able to find someone more suited to her and who ignited the fire inside her. I loved Max and thought he was an absolute sweetheart. He very much had me melting with how kind, caring and adventurous he was. Their interactions were swoon worthy and also had me chuckling.
