This book was written in a way that would appeal to Millennials, but I found it to be lacking in offering a real solution to how they could lead in the future. It offered some insight into leadership but nothing that was new. I primarily downloaded this book to further aid my studies of leadership at university, however, I did not find it to offer anything that I haven't already covered at university. However, to someone with little or no insight into the study of leadership, and someone who is going into a leadership role, this would be a good book to start with. Definitely do not stop at this title, though, but it's a great starting point nevertheless.

I did not like the writing style of this book as there were a lot of dialogue-like paragraphs going on. Maybe I'm the very traditional reader where non-fiction books are straightforward in their delivery.

This was a great book on leadership in general along with showcasing the strengths of millennials that are in leadership positions. I feel that we need to stop looking at age and just focus on whether the person being considered for a leadership position has a proven track record of success in the role they are aiming for.

Presents solid material to help millennials build the skills necessary to move into leadership positions. Usually thse books focus on CEOs and executives, so it was refreshing to read more attainable information.

As a millennial (albeit barely) leading a large team, I appreciated a leadership book not meant just for executive leadership. With people of my generation moving into more leadership roles, this sort of book is what will be essential for honing in on strength-based leadership practices and for developing the leadership skills of direct reports from this generation. Highly recommended!

Many thanks to NetGalley, the author, and SPCK for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for an unbiased review.

Reading this book made me realize how important the leadership skill is. As we want to lead people, we need to have the skill in leadership. How to coach the team members is very important for leaders to know.

I liked that this book was focusing more on the strength and areas of improvement in order to improve better leadership.

It is very important for people who are leading their team. There are a few tips that I learned while reading this book such as as a leader I need to know my strengths and my weaknesses. The strength can help my team to move forward by focusing on what I do best. And when the weaknesses are known, we know how to improve on that. And it can also help the team.

This book really good for anyone to learn and improve their leadership skills. Recommended.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the ebook in exchange for an honest review.

Finally, a book that does not go on and on about the weaknesses or woes of being a millennial but rather explores the strengths and areas of improvement to better improve leadership.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
