While the conflict was entertaining I really couldn't get into the storyline. Also, there was room for added depth and clarity in the writing. I don't remember walking away feeling like I really understood the motivations of the characters outside of the surface conflicts.

Great story. Only took me a couple of days to finish. Look forward to reading more books by this author.

This book has a little bit of everything. Murder, mystery, humor, and wit. The story moves when it should and relaxes the pace at times to give the reader time to process. Couldn't get enough of the heroine and her in your face attitude and grace.

This was a delightful book, that had all the ingredients for a great tale - intrigue, plot twists, character building, and a thrilling ending.

Great read. The author wrote a story that was interesting and moved at a pace that kept me engaged. The characters were easy to invest in.

Good read however predictable in places.
I did not enjoy the writing or slang used but I did manage to get through it although it’s a forgettable book and will not stay in my memory.

An enjoyable story about marriage and family, about the troubled minds that some people have to go through and at which extent they are taking everything, about strong women and their jobs in a man's world.
There are slangs and words that I personally don't know as I don't live in the states but that didn't deter me to enjoy this well written story.

I was thrilled as I would have liked to be with this novel. Good plot and character development but still somehow predictable. I still believe others will enjoy this novel but it wasnt for me.
