Feel better, moody is a beautifully illustrated story about a little girl going to the hospital to see her mother. A wonderful book to teach kids about hospitals and that they aren’t scary places, a good message especially if you have children going to hospital themselves or a relative. A lovely book

A heartwarming little book that should be in every doctor's office and emergency waiting room. This book does a great job of explaining to Littles that sometimes parents, in this case, Mommy, can get sick or hurt too. The book sensitively explains that even though there might be scary, big, unfamiliar or loud equipment everyone is just working hard to take care of Mommy.

I like that the diagnosis is non-specific, so it can work with any illness or injury and I like that the overarching message is that while it might be a scary time, the love is huge!

Thank you to Risa Kirschner, Warren Publishing, Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA), Members' Titles, and NetGalley for giving me this digital ARC in exchange for an honest review.
