Summer Nights by Jill Sanders
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was Hot and full of Mystery!

Synopsis- The Wildflowers, as the Call themselves, grew up at summer camp together. Many years pass and the wildflower girls bring their money together to rebuild the camp into a wealthy adult retreat! Zoey, one of the 5 wildflowers, hires 3 brothers to work at the camp. But when Zoey first sees Dylan, one of the brothers, her heart starts to race! Little does Zoey know that Dylan and his brothers are searching the camp for clues to there missing father. Will Dylan be able to keep his eyes off Zoey long enough to find his dad?!

Review- Sexy, funny and action- what’s not to love?? I really enjoyed this book! I will definitely read the rest of the wildflower books when they are published! The last bit of the book had me on the edge of my seat, i was not expecting a crazy action scene! Zoey and Dylan are so cute together! So very cute!

This is my second Jill Sanders book and I enjoyed it. It was light reading with easy to follow/like characters. The premise of the adult summer camp was a little out there, but I did enjoy the antics that took place. And, I loved the story behind the girls' friendship. I look forward to seeing what the next story brings for the next 'girlfriend' of the group. It made for a nice, quick read that held my attention. Thanks, Jill!

Summer Nights is the first book I’ve read by Jill Sanders and I can not wait to read more. Summer Nights is about a group of women who have been friends since they were young kids. They met at a summer camp that Elle’s grandfather used to own. They became good friends and shared a special cabin and spent summers together and traveled together and consider themselves like sisters. Elle faces a family tragedy and the girls come together to help her out and decide to invest and rebuild the camp and make it for adults all year round. Three men show up wanting work and have an ulterior motive as well. They are looking for their father who last spoke to Elle and they think she knows where he is. These men are brothers and think flirting with the women will help them out. Dylan is one of the brothers and he meets Zoey. Zoey and Dylan become friends and start to unravel mysteries. Can they survive all the mysteries surrounding the camp while working together? Can they remain friends? If you like rom coms and mysteries you will like this book. It had me laughing at the guest shenanigans and couldn’t have guessed what would happen next. Can’t wait to see what else will happen.

The story of a group of women who meet as young girls at a camp and become sisters! Years later, they decide to bring the camp back to life for adults rather than for kids. The story is wrought with humor as the ladies navigate elderly swingers, bears, missing men, pasts that need to be overcome and hot hunky help who turn out to be spying on them for some unknown reason. A little bit romance, a little bit intrigue, a little bit of life and a whole lot of fun! This is definitely a great book to read to help get your blood steamed up a bit and to laugh out loud a few times along the way. I absolutely can not wait to see what happens in the next book! You won't want to miss out on the journey that this book takes you on and you'll be wanting to keep that journey going with more books too!

This is my first book by the author and it was a light romance with an interesting new idea for a plot about opening a summer camp for adults. It also has a longer story arc of what's happened to Dylan's dad that I'm assuming will be continued in the rest of the Wildflowers series.

Unfortunately, I struggled with the book. I like quite a bit of angst in my romances. I like fights and steamy make up sex. I like tattooed bad boys who get up to mischief while falling for the virgin new girl.

This was far too tame for me personally.

I loved the idea of the summer camp with the cabins and the activities but I don't think there was enough details about a lot of the goings on.

The characters didn't really grab me either. I didn't find myself willing them to get together. I was actually a little indifferent to them all.

This was not my kind of story, unfortunately.

I received an arc of this book for my honest opinion. Honestly, I had high hopes for this book and it fell a little short in my opinion. This book starts off in Zoey's point of view when she first went to the summer camp. Then there are a couple of time jumps before it starts with her and the other "wildflowers"aka her camp friends opening up an adult camp. This book shows the girls opening and running the summer camp. The first book focuses on Zoey and Dylan and their relationship. But how can a relationship bloom when one person has so many secrets? Dylan and his brothers are trying to find their father and as the story continues and Dylan falls for Zoey he has to keep asking himself can he tell her all his secrets? I think the author had this book going in too many directions between Zoey and her relationships with her family, friends and Dylan for just book. I felt the relationship was a little rushed and I just didn't connect with either of the two main characters. I did like that it was in duel P.O.V throughout the story. I think I would read the next one because maybe I just didn't like this one since it was trying to set up too much too fast. I will say I am curious about a few of the other girls that Zoey is friends with and look forward to maybe seeing their relationships bloom.

I had a hard time getting into this book. I was at the half way mark and was just going to stop reading it, However, I hate doing that. It started to keep me interested but by the end I was just glad that it was over. You don't find out what happened to Dylan's father. I'm sure that will come to light in the next few books.

I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Summer Nights by Jill Sanders is the first book in a new series about the Wildflowers, a group of women who met at a summer camp and years later decide to turn it into an adult camp. This book involves Zoey and Dylan and involves romance with some suspense involved. I loved the dynamic of the group of women. I also enjoyed the growing relationship of Zoey and Dylan. I can't wait for the next book in the series!

Too many characters, too many subplots, too much telling and not enough showing. The lead characters didn't have chemistry. I mean, they told us they did, but it was never really shown. The summer camp for adults premise sounded fun but the execution was lackluster and confusing.

I struggled big time with this book. There was so much going on and so many characters, my head was on a constant swivel. I know there is going to be more books in this series, but it could have been handled differently.

What a great new series by Jill Sanders. Summer Nights was nice romance that is filled with fun, laughs and suspense. Dylan and Zoey have an immediate attraction. It takes a bit to get through Zoey's wall and earn her trust, but when Dylan gets through sparks fly. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

I loved the description of this book. Who could pass up a story about adult summer camp? Five friends, called the Wildflowers, return to the camp that was such a big part of their childhood. They intend to re-open the camp, as a retreat for couples.

I struggled to finish this book. I was a little overwhelmed by all the characters and the many plotlines. It felt like there was too much going on and I was having trouble keeping up. Because of that, there wasn’t enough emphasis put on the main characters, Zoey and Dylan. I really wasn’t attached to Zoey or Dylan and I didn’t feel much chemistry between them as a couple.

Summer Nights is a great summer read. It's about 5 girls who form a bond at summer camp and become life long friends. After the death of owner of the camp the girls decide to fix and reopen the camp. Interesting story developes as they go forward with their plans. You'll enjoy their struggles and love development along the way.

The blurb of this one sucked me right in; it promised a unique plotline with potential of a memorable story. And I will say that I found the plot interesting. I had a strong desire to learn the characters' secrets, which kept me reading. However, I personally did not feel any connection to Zoey or Dylan, nor did I feel much of a connection between them. I think the problem for me might have been that as the first book in a new series with many players, this book spent a lot of time setting up the plot that will run throughout, which didn't leave as much time for developing the two main characters in this one or their relationship. Perhaps the upcoming books will not suffer from the multi-focused distraction that I noted in this one. This is the first book that I've read for this author, and because there was so much going on, I'm not sure I got a real sense of her typical writing style. I would be interested in reading the next book in the series, Elle's story, to gage the style in a more focused background.

Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake for providing an ARC for review.

I feel like this book took me forever to finish. I did enjoy the story and it was interesting enough to keep me engaged, however there was so much going on with other characters that I feel it took away from zoey and Dylan. Overall I give it 3 stars. Thank you to netgalley for the ARC.

Zoey first experience of summer camp resulted in a friendship with a group of girls who call themselves The Wildflowers. Now they’re grown the group decide to transform their old camp into one aimed at adults instead. When they start hiring Dylan and his two brothers apply for jobs in the hope of locating their missing father who seemed to have some connection with it. There are a lot of secrets, which makes Zoey and Dylan’s increasing attraction difficult. Fun read but obviously the first book of the series, as many things aren’t resolved by the end. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own

Great start to a new series.

Wildflowers are a group of girls that came together at summer camp.

This story focuses on Zoey and Dylan. I loved seeing them figure things out.

There is an overall story arc that continues into the upcoming books. Can't wait to see how it unfolds.
