So we finally get Dominic's story, Yay!!!!! Our wise cracking, cheesy, over the top pick up lines and very handsome wolf finally meets his match with Mila Devereaux, a Pallas cat! I truly enjoyed this one and boy was Mila the perfect counterpart to Dominic. I liked Mila very much and really loved her family more, the Olympus Pride! Filled with action, a crazy one night stand with a woman (poor Dominic) who was loonier than a loony bin, her delusional Dad and a mixed up true mate, made for a suspenseful and adventurous read. Though this is the last story for the Phoenix pack, we have not seen or heard the last from them. Ms. Wright hints that we will get another spin off to this wonderful group of shifters and I for one, cannot wait to read more about the Olympus Pride. I love them ever so much, especially Vinnie's, the Alpha, children, Elle and Damian. Those two are freaking hilarious, not to mention Tate and Luke. We also meet Alex, Mila's twin brother who is a wolverine shifter, even better and so awesome. He is sneaky and the bouts between him and his sister were so great, Lol. Those pallas cat siblings sure to love fight each other and draw blood, Lol. As the usual we get a glimpse of all our past Alphas, their mates, the Enforces of the Pack and their beautiful children. Just a wonderful, fantastic great read!!!! I always enjoy Ms. Wright books and this was no disappointment! 4.5 AWESOME, STUPENDOUS, AMAZING, STARS*****

This is an awesome series and this book is a wonderful addition, I have been waiting for Dominics story and I loved what I got. This story had it all action, suspense and of course a steamy romance. I loved Mila in the story she was so strong and totally able to manage Dominic, her father and her brother and uncles were hilarious.

3 Overall Pleased Stars

After her true mate imprints on someone else, Mila decides to move to Russia, and have her maternal uncles arrange a mating for her, her cat is more than just a little peeved that their fated mate is with someone else and didn’t recognise them for who they are. But before Mila makes her trip, it appears she has to deal with someone trying to kill her due to her brother owing money and the entrance of pack enforcer and ladies’ man Dominic (Dom).

Dom and Mila didn’t feel like they were settling for each other thank goodness, but their relationship didn’t feel as potently developed as other couples who have imprinted in previous books. There was an emotional layer/tone missing for me. The heat between them was apparent, but something more was needed to make their imprinting/mating one that had me sighing in delight.

Finally, Dom’s packmates get the chance to thank him for all the cheesy lines he has used on their mates, by focusing on Mila.

Mila’s mom was an interesting and amusing character, giving her son (Alex) truth serum so she could know what her daughter’s up to (lol).

Some of the characters in this book – the wolverines, reminded me a tad of the craziness of the honey badgers in Shelly Laurenston’s shifter romance books – hopefully Wright will give Mila’s brother Alex a book of his own.

Having read this so close after Shards of Frost, I can say there are some parallels/similarities in the plots, for example the heroine’s brother positioned as bringing trouble to her door.

I can see myself re-reading this via KU again at some and I’d purchase when on sale (99p).

I have been waiting for this book ever since we met Dominic in the first book. I've been beyond excited, he's certainly my absolute favourite character in all of the books and I just wanted to know more and more about this mysterious flirt who sweet talked every females character with the cheesiest pick up lines. And he found the perfect mate, I was definitely not disappointed with his story.

Untamed Delights by Suzanne Wright is book 8 in The Phoenix Pack Series. This is the story of Dominic and Mila. I have read the previous book but feel you could make this a standalone book if you wish to do so.
Mila's fated mate has chosen someone else so she working to get past that even though she has to still see them. Mila's mind turns to going forward to do an arranged mate and going to Russia. But then Dominic comes into her world. Dominic didn't have a loving childhood in addition to loosing his parents, so commitment for him was never something he seeked. But when he sees and hears Mila singing, something calls to him. Mila knows that Dominic is a player and tries to resist his pull but she can't last long.
Enjoyed their story.

I’m so sad to see the books for the Mercury Pack to come to an end. Dom and Mila were the best couple to end with.

I love this author and series! She has done a fantastic job and I’m sure her heart aches just like ours does. I’m somewhere in other series the Mercury Pack will pop up...fingers crossed at least!

I'm so sad The Phoenix Pack series is ending. I've loved each book in its own way, and yes, I've loved some more than others...but they've all had something special.

I have really been looking forward to Dominic's book. The way he chatted up all the other's mates, tossing out cheesy lines, and just causing general mischief I just knew it was gonna be epic. I felt a vague dissatisfaction with this book for some reason. I mean, I liked Dom and Mila together (plus Mila's a pallas cat, which is awesome). I loved how Mila held her ground and didn't let Dom talk her into doing anything she didn't want to do. I enjoyed the other characters, the danger and suspense, and Wright's trademark sexy-times. I just wasn't "feeling" the book. So I put it aside to think about it before posting reviews. I decided to read it again...and I loved it so much more the second time. I have no idea why but I seemed to connect better with the story and the characters.  And the epilogue was so good. I ended up giving this story 4 stars.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher, Montlake, via NetGalley. My thoughts and opinions are my own and without bias or remuneration.

I have been waiting for Dominic's book for ages.

Dominic meets Mila, a cat shifter who has lose her true mate who has imprinted on her cousin. She and Dominic begin a sexual relationship but it quickly turns into something more serious.

I missed the old Dominic, the one who was always cracking jokes to the other shifters mates, he lost that sense of himself in this book and i missed it. Mila was nice but i didnt feel the connection with these 2 as much as i did with the others. It wasnt as powerful, at least it didnt seem so to me.

There is an 8 year time jump at the end of the book that i felt was rather rushed and there was just too much going in in such very short written pages. It was all a bit baffling. Would have been nice to have made it a bit longer.

I look forward to Suzannes next series The Olympus Pride series which is coming in 2020.

I’m a huge fan of this series, and Suzanne Wright, but I have had a special spot in my heart for Dominic from the very first book so it was bittersweet to get his book as although I was looking forward to it, it also meant that the Phoenix pack series was at an end. Luckily Ms Wright did such a wonderful job, that I was too busy enjoying Dominic and Mila’s story to think about it being the last in the series. I loved everything about it, it felt very fresh, and I loved the angle of them not being true mates but a true mate being in the picture, I also enjoyed the other threads of story that ran alongside with contract killers and crazy ‘latent’ humans as well as the vile extremists, these all added to the pace and excitement of the story. I loved Untamed Delights and would definitely recommend it!

It’s now the turn of Dominic, the Phoenix pack enforcer famous for his innuendoes and flirting, to meet his mate. Mila Devereux is a pallas cat, one of the most unassuming yet vicious breeds of shifter there is. When they meet Dominic feels an instant attraction but, knowing his reputation, Mila is a little more discerning and really makes him work for it.

I am a huge fan of Suzanne Wright, so much so that I don’t need to read the blurb before I pre-order – just seeing her name is enough to have me one click. She has the knack of creating characters that leave you wanting more from them. There are so many things I loved about this book such finding out there was so much more to Dominic than his cheesy one-liners. He had hidden depths but wasn’t afraid to face his fears. I also loved the fact that, unlike most of the other couples in the series, Dominic and Mila weren’t true mates and despite Mila knowing who her true mate was, she chose to be with Dominic and fate be damned.

It’s sad that this is the end of the Phoenix pack series but at least they’re going out on with a bang and there’s also the anticipation of cameo appearances from Trey, Taryn and the rest of the gang in Suzanne’s upcoming Olympus Pride series.

Mila is a pallas cat shifter, which are badass little cats who will tear you to shreds if you piss them off. Most other shifters think of pallas cats as crazy animals who should not be messed with. They might be small but they are fierce.

Dominic is always having a fling with one woman or another and he's always making perverted remarks to those close to him. His sense of humor is weird but most people just shake their head at him and move on. Everyone knows that this wolf shifter is not looking for a relationship, just a one night stand so when he sets his sights on Mila she scoffs at him and turns him down, something he's not used to happening.

When Mila finds herself in danger because of something her brother did, Dominic finds that he feels more possessive of Mila and her cat than he thought he would. Mila has plans to move to Russia and engage in an arranged mating with a shifter there because of a certain person she wants to be away from but she isn't expecting to feel things for Dominic.

There's quite a bit of action because of the danger that both Mila and Dominic are in but that only added to the excitement of this story and it really showed both Dominic and Mila just how much they cared for each other when they other was put in danger or got hurt. It was fun to watch the relationship grow between them. I really liked the twists this story took because it kept me guessing as to who was behind all of the drama until the end of the book.

I've enjoyed this series so much and thought that this story closed the series out nicely even though I am sad to see the series end.

This is one of those books that you look forward to for years and then it just doesn't deliver. It's harsh but I think Dominic was better as a side character. I liked Mila but I don't know what was so special about her to make Dominic change. And it seemed like there were too many stories within the story. It took me awhile to get through it.

But I did like when the pack gave back the lame jokes to Dominic as good as he ever gave it. That was pretty funny. And I absolutely loved the epilogue. It was a great way to say goodbye to the series.

Ahhhhhhh this was just such a wonderful book and I just thoroughly enjoyed myself. I didn’t want to put this book down. I just fell in love with this wonderful story and it’s wonderful characters. I will most definitely be reading more stories from this wonderful author.

Suzanne Wright saved the best for last. No joke, I honestly think that this is the best one of both the Phoenix Pack and Mercury Pack series. Dominic is a wicked flirt and always honest with the ladies, never trying to lead anyone one, he is upfront. When Mila doesn’t fall into his charms as usual, he knows this is a woman he will have to be real with. Mila is going bitter since her true mate imprinted with her cousin. She keeps this from him but having to see them frequently is grating on her well-being. I loved that they got to know each other well before jumping into bed. I would have fallen for Dominic’s wicked charm long before Mila did.
I received an advanced reader copy from the Publisher through NetGalley for my honest opinion. It was a pleasure to read and review this book.

This is one of the best books of the series! Dom and Mila are perfect together. I liked how the previous couples were in the story a lot. The plot was great and the ending was even better. That epilogue was everything the previous couples we got see where they were and Dom/Mila also. Over all amazing book.

I'm slightly devastated that UNTAMED DELIGHTS is the last book of the The Phoenix Pack series.

Each of the Phoenix pack books has had plenty of danger and action and UNTAMED DELIGHTS is no different. There are actually a few different mysteries and dangerous situations coming from different directions in the story which made it that much better.

The romance between Dominic and Mila was one of those slow build situations and I enjoyed their give and take with each other. I really enjoyed the way that Wright built their relationship around them not being each others fated mate after so many fated mate pairs. I also enjoyed that Mila didn't pine after her fated mate after he unknowingly rejected her. She really stood up for herself and it made me like her and her strength even more.

I really enjoyed witnessing Dominic's HEA. Both him and Mila really deserved each other and the life that they ended up in. Again, I hate that this is the end. I love all the characters and I love seeing them and how their life is going along in every book. I did really enjoy the end jump ahead though and appreciated seeing how everyone turned out. This was a great series that I thoroughly enjoyed following.

I love this series and believe it’s the last so I’m sad. But it’s a wonderful read just like all the others, great alpha males, gutsy strong women, action, passion and a fast paced plot. Look forward to new books and series from Suzanne as each gets better all the time

Untamed Delight is the latest, and final, book in Suzanne Wright’s steamy, supernatural Phoenix Pack series. Filled with the steamy romance, suspense, humor, and action Wright has led readers to expect from her novels, this one is a satisfying conclusion to the Phoenix Pack series. It’s a thoroughly entertaining novel about learning to open your heart, soul, and life to the right person and letting yourself be vulnerable enough to trust another person to take a chance on being loved and accepted as you are, imperfections, insecurities, and all.

This time the novel focuses on dominant Phoenix pack beta Dominic, the flirtatious, charmer always ready with a corny, sexual come on line, and Cat Shifter Mila Deveraux from a pride, who is an ally to the pack. Mila is heartbroken from her true mate’s unwitting rejection of her and imprinting on another instead. At the same time, he continues to seek out her company and friendship, making her and her cat, in particular, desperately miserable. To give herself and her cat the time and space to heal free from his presence, she decides to move to Russia and enter an arranged marriage.

In Untamed Delight we finally get to discover whether those brief glimpses hinting that there might be a little more to Dominic than his goofy teasing of his pack member’s mates suggests. Although we do learn that there is more to Dominic than we have been shown in the previous novels, Untamed Delights is not as angsty or intense as the previous novels in the series, and the tone also is lighter and not as dark as the earlier books. Nevertheless, it definitely keeps you guessing who the bad guys are with red herrings all over the place. As usual, Wright’s banter and development of the sexual tension and relationship between the characters is first rate.

Mila and Dominic are a balanced match for each other. In many ways they are just as connected and strongly bonded together as true mates. Possibly the fact the fact that mates who bond through imprinting have to work a bit more at the bond and relationship since they are not created for each other. Unlike previous books in the series this one explores a relationship where one of the couple’s true mates is not only around the hero and heroine on a regular basis but is a close part of the heroine’s life. It was a different dynamic which impacted Mila’s and Dominic’s relationship in all sorts of significant ways. However, I found that the imprinting process was not explored with as much detail in this novel as the imprinting and true mate bond formation in the previous books. That’s unfortunate because the dynamic and relationships in this novel were so complex and a bit different from the previous novels.

Untamed Delights is about the hilarious and sexy Dominic. I have been waiting for his book for what seems like forever, and I have to say I am not disappointed. Suzanne is one of my favorite PNR writers, and this is definitely hands down one of my favorite series. Mila, the cat shifter, was sassy and fierce. I loved her character and the chemistry between these two shifters. I am sad to see this series end, but I am happy we will see glimpses of these shifters in her new spin off series.
