This ARC was courtesy of netgalley - all thoughts and opinions are mine and unbiased I loved this Stunning book full of healthy, quick meals. Lots of tips and tricks for the busy like batch packing and cooking with all the pros and cons. This is a book I will go back to time and again. A fantastic book full of healthy time saving meal ideas. Everything is kept simple without compromising on flavour. The book also includes a weekly meal plan which is very helpful indeed. Meal plans are also included for gluten, low carb and dairy free diets which is very good. I will definitely be putting this book to good use over the coming weeks to see if I can incorporate healthier eating in less time. Great photography is also always a bonus. A recommended book |
