I love Melody Anne, and this book was another reason I love her. Her stories are both easy to read and have wonderful endings.

Melody Anne’s first book, Finn, in the Anderson Billionaires series truly set the bar quite high for the other four brothers’ books to follow. Finn and Brook’s story was rife with drama, tension, sigh worthy moments, and most of all LOVE. Seeing how the life long leader and confirmed bachelor Finn succumb to Brooke within such a short amount of time, after meeting her, was heart warming and so very charming.

As the Anderson family continues to grow, I’m quite anxious to read about Noah and Sarah’s story, the next book in the series.

This ARC book was complimentary, provided by the Publisher and NetGalley. I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

What a wonderful and fulfilling story! This is the first story I have read by this author. Finn and Brooke were amazing strong characters. Joseph Anderson warmed my heart! The relationship that all five brothers have brought out numerous laugh out loud moments throughout. Finn Anderson is a medically retired SEAL who gets taken down, literally, by the beautiful nurse practitioner, Brooke Garrison. She is extremely guarded, but this SEAL never gives up.

I really enjoyed this story. I look forward to his brother's stories as well. Hopefully, the wait will not be too long. Now I am going to go back and read where Joseph first starts his plans for his own children.

After his early retirement from the elite Seal team, Finn Anderson and his four brothers are trying to get used to being filthy rich. Growing up poor they didn’t have much but each other and the love of their Mom. Before her death she had contacted their father’s brother and told him the story of how badly her husband had treated all of them. Apparently they had no idea that they were related to the extremely rich Anderson’s and now have a slew of cousins all over the country. Finn still doesn’t trust his uncle Joseph, the patriarch of the family.

Now that Joseph has offered them each a project in his new venture, opening a center for veterans that need assistance medically after they have served. Here’s the thing about Joseph, he won’t stop meddling in all their lives till they find their soulmate. Finn doesn’t believe in any of that, until he meets Brooke Garrison. After that, it was love at first sight, however, she doesn’t want to have anything with him. This makes Finn want to work even harder to win her trust and love.

I have read the books about the Anderson’s from the beginning and love the fact that this continues. This was very enjoyable.

Finn Anderson and his brothers have found out that they are part of a larger family and one that is wealthy. Finn having to retire from the Seals because of an explosion is leery of the so-called uncle who has shown up after their mother just passed. Now with his brothers all in agreement, they all agree to work on a project for Andersons corp., building a veteran facility in the area that they live in. Brooke Garrison is going through her day and life with the care that this will be as it will always be and she is happy with that. Working as a nurse Assistant she sees her patients and meets with her friends and she is okay with that. After losing her brother to the war, and her mother to cancer she feels that she is destined to be alone. When she first meets Finn she is just as attracted to him as he is to her but she will not admit to her feelings. Not even when he comes in the next day after two of his brothers hit him in the face to cause bruising and he wanted to be checked out by her, she did not fall for the Seal attack. She did fall for his next ploy running a mud run, then taking her to a base where they repelled from a helicopter, then a paintball excursion. She also wanted to be part of the project that he was working on. But does she wants to be part of his life that he kept asking her for? Read this really good book and find out. I really liked the characters and all of the different activities that they did, a very good read. I received this book from Netgalley.com I gave it 5 stars. Follow us at www.1rad-readerreviews.com

I truly enjoyed this book as Joseph Anderson is back at his matchmaking says when 5 new Anderson cousins are discovered. Finn's story is sweet, even a bit sappy at times, sexy and fun. Brooke is the perfect match for him. Now all he needs to do is convince her! Fun read that I think everyone will enjoy. Recommended read.

Finn isn't doing well after the early retirement from the Navy SEALS, and while he's trying to adjust to civilian life, he learns of his extended family, the Anderson clan, who are filthy rich. Finn had some past baggage pertaining to his father, so he's got high walls, and the Anderson family are going to find it super hard to get past them. He meets Brooke, who has her own share of baggage, as she's now by herself in the world after her brother died, and she's drowning. Luckily, she has some very good friends who always have her back, and honestly, they added to the story as entertaining secondaries. The minute Finn sees Brooke, he wants her badly, but she's still reeling from losing her brother, so he has his work cut out for him. The chase starts at this point, and Finn employs some rather questionable ways of getting her attention. So, on one hand, I was applauding his originality, but on the other, I wasn't feeling it. No one can deny they have serious chemistry, which leads to a lot of sexy times that set sheets and/or surfaces on fire. I'm definitely intrigued by this new series, and if you want to join me on this journey, then you'll have to one click Finn! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Finn suffers a bit from being the first book in a new series. Melody Anne spins an entertaining story however the need to introduce the series characters and set up takes up a lot of the book. That makes the balance seem uneven. The main characters are layered and engaging as are the many secondary characters. The romance itself is entertaining and the happily ever after quite satisfying. I will look for the next book in the series, based on this read. 3.5

FINN is the first book in the ANDERSON BILLIONAIRES series. Since Finn has four younger brothers, all with successful careers, I know I’ll be reading each of their stories at some point in the future. The ANDERSON BILLIONAIRES are connected to other series the author has written that also have Anderson family members front and center: THE BILLIONAIRE BACHELORS and THE LOST ANDERSONS. Yet this title easily stands alone.

The prologue is a nice introduction and sets the stage for the story that begins three months later. Finn is ex-military. After being injured in Afghanistan, he’s now a civilian still trying to come to grips with leaving the service since it was his life for seventeen years. Then he and his brothers find out they have family they never knew about.

When they find out that they’re related to the very wealthy and eccentric Joseph Anderson, they don’t know what to think. But Joseph has a plan. He wants to build a veteran’s center and wants Finn and his brothers to work together on it. When they agree to his plan, their lives are literally thrown upside-down, especially when Finn meets Brooke. It’s love at first sight, at least for him.

There are some unexpected surprises in the story as we get to know the characters, all of which have a depth to them. The brothers have a tight bond but can’t resist the teasing that goes with being siblings. At times there was a playfulness to the story, and at other times it was more serious.

Finn is smitten with Brooke. She’s also ex-military and a nurse practitioner who lays him flat in more ways than one. She and her older brother had a rough life due to their dysfunctional parents. They shared a special bond growing up, but since he died she feels alone. Finn and his siblings also had a rough upbringing. Finn has never planned to marry or have kids, but once he meets Brooke, he’s all-in, even if she’s running scared.

The romance is hot and steamy and very loving. The characters are deep, the plot solid, and the references to veterans and their issues is more than relevant today. There are also a lot of family members from various branches of the family tree woven into the plot, which just adds another layer to the already-awesome story.

Melody Anne’s writing reminds me of authors Samantha Chase and Erin Nicholas. I look forward to reading many more of her books.

I rated the book 4.5 stars but rounded up to 5 stars here and on other sites.

Finn and Brooke are two separate strong characters in this book. I was a little disappointed in this book. I normally am a fast reader of Melody Anne's, but this one was a slow go. The fight that Brooke puts up seems a bit too drawn out as well as the fact that Finn is in love after just one look. I get that it's a romance novel, but it just didn't keep me interested, it was too predictable. I kept having to put it down and then come back to it. I do like the characters themselves. The brothers are funny and Joseph Anderson is always one of my favorites. I'm hoping that the next couple of books are a bit less predictable.

Melody Anne has a new series that is kicking off in a hot, sexy and oh so delicious way with a Seal that will make your ovaries explode. Three words to describe Finn Anderson is sexy, hot and courages to everyone except himself. We start with Joseph Anderson who has found his relatives and bringing them closer is his mission in a way that will well benefit all of them. Finn is one tough man to convince that love is possible even when it means fighting for it. Now Brooke is also tough and it is this toughness that has made her weary of believing love is possible. Everyone she has loved has passed or given up on her and Finn is definitely a man that never gives up. First book and it is just wow by Melody Anne and there are three more brothers in the Anderson family that will make you reach for an ice cold water. Loved it.

This was a sweet romance and exactly what I needed the moment I read it!The story follows Finn, a former soldier who has recently been forced into retirement following an injury. He meets Brooke, the town doctor, while teaching a self defense class. It has great characters and I liked the writing! It's a cute story about finding something .

Thank you for the opportunity to read and review one of your author’s titles.

I apologize that it has taken me a while to respond, as I should have been more prompt, however I have chosen not to read or review this title as it was not one that I found was able to hold my interest and my review would not have been positive.

As always, thank you for the opportunity.

It has been a while since I read a book by this author. Finn was a good stat to a new series. Finn is a former soldier who was forced to retire. While teaching a self-defense class he meets the town doctor Brooke. Finn has an instant attraction to Brooke and will have his work cut out for him. She doesn’t let a handsome face sway her in any way. Once things started to change between the two it was sweet. These two people are scared of losing someone they love and trusting others. This was a cute story and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

I was so excited to be back with the Anderson’s and this book did not disappoint, Finn was everything I have come to love and expect from this very talented author.
Finn is the oldest of five brothers and life is about to change for them because when their mother passes away they find out their father was part of the Anderson clan . Joseph Anderson will never turn his back on family in fact this is a man who not only embraces his family his meddling ways have always worked in finding true love for all the single members.....will Finn except the love and the meddling or will he fight Joseph all the way when he try’s to make him see he has a place in this very large family. Brooke is a perfect match for Finn but she is also not ready for love so will these two take a chance on love ............
This felt like I was home with my very large welcoming family, I loved everything about this book, it’s a beautifully written love story that at times will tug on your heartstrings, it has adorable characters, it’s romantic and it’s a captivating romance. Looking forward to what’s next in the Anderson Billionaires series. A must read for all sweet romance lovers.

Love After Service
Upon beginning my foray into Finn by Melody Anne my first thought was “ I have been missing OUT!” There is obviously an already established world that these characters belong to that I plan to lose myself in ASAP.

As my first book by Ms. Anne and I went in with no expectations and left with a cavity. This was a loving story that was able to appease my sweet tooth without ignoring real world issues that can affect our veterans.

Finn returns home from defending his country having to say goodbye to his lifelong career and with a few new scars to spare. If that wasn’t enough Finn also learns that he has a brand new family that he never knew, and they would love nothing more than to fill the father figure sized void he carries with him. As he and his brothers adjust to their new family they must work together to create something that will change the lives of veterans for the better.

They always talk about love bringing you to your knees…but in Finn’s case it was over the shoulder and straight to the ground as his future love quite literally takes his breathe away with a well-timed shoulder throw. Brooke is a badass veteran who works as the resident medical professional in their tiny town and takes it upon herself to ensure that Finn is qualified to teach women self-defense, she approves even after his make-out session with the gym mat. There is an instant connection that neither of them can explain, but Brooke is determined to keep Finn at arm’s length. Still reeling from the sudden loss of her brother, Brooke feels guilt in finding happiness and resists Finn’s advances at all costs.

This book explores many vastly different relationships that are vital to the emotional success of a person who has experienced trauma and loss. The love between Finn and his brothers is obvious despite their past difficulties that had driven them apart, and their verbal sparring left me excited to see what Melody Anne has in store for us. But even with his brother’s support he is reluctant to join the new family that desperately wants to break down the walls he has built around himself. Finn’s dedication to winning Brooke is in complete contrast to his fearfulness of welcoming his new relatives into his life, showing us that a person can be ready to give love, even while being reluctant to receive it.

This was a great introduction to Melody Anne, but there was a touch of bitterness realizing that that I could have been reading about this family SO much earlier! Shame on me, shame on my family. I am excited to explore more of this world and would definitely recommend Finn to anyone looking for a sweet read!
