This has a full range of recipes and I loved how there were sections for substitutions in case of any dietary restrictions. Everything was simple and delicious and I got a lot of new ideas for healthy foods I can get my picky toddler to eat!

Wow, this has to be one of the most beautiful cookbooks I've ever looked through. It's full of stunning photographs of both the recipes and Cheng's environment. Even the recipe pages are beautifully designed. The title is true that these are incredible looking desserts, and I immediately bookmarked several that I want to try. From staples like how to make your own chocolate, to how to make a tiramisu trifle that looks amazing, this book has it all. It's one of those cookbooks that makes you wish you had the real thing in front of you!

The first thing that grabs you about this book is the colors!  The colors and the photography set-ups are absolutely incredible!  The photos are so appetizing that you will want to try every recipe - whether you are a vegan or not.  I'm not a vegan and I am game to try every single recipe in this cookbook.

What to try first??  Blueberry Lemon Muffins with Coconut Crumble ... Classic Buttery Scones ... Berry and Lemon Cheescakes ... Pomegranate Yogurt Cake ... Black Forest Cake ... Rainbow Frozen Yogurt Granola Popsicles ... I can't wait to get started!

These recipes look incredible!!! I can not wait to make so many of these! Very colorful and healthy! Recipes look to be simple enough that a non-experience person like myself can make them.

Huge Thank you to NetGalley and publishers for allowing me this opportunity!!!

Ors in this book are extraordinary but seem to unrealistic for actual results. However I do love the recipes and the few I hav tried are tasty. I had trouble with the scones the texture was off but still yummy. I believe this will be a nice addition to my cookbook collection. I have many gluten free and Vegan friends and I am challenging my self to master a few of these recipes for them. The spelt shortbread cookies are excellent ad have a tasty buttery flavor. The caramel slices did not look appealing a all (my fault I am sure). However they taste delicious so I will practice making them better. I am not a laying extraordinaire and mine blended together in a messy glob but I feel practice will resolve that problem. Overall I am very satisfied with the cookbook.I received this book from NetGalley for an honest review and I would recommend giving it a try.

Delicious Vegan recipes. It’s not easy being Vegan and these recipes need some preparation but the results look mouth watering. You could make these cakes using standard ingredients and it would be interesting to see how they compare. I have one criticism, and this might be because my prepublication copy is on an iPad, The photographs are highly coloured and look like someone has been heavy handed with the food colouring. However I am definitely going to try some Vegan baking,

When you don't have a car for a month due to a predatory car insurance industry, you can get a LOT of reading done!!

I received a temporary digital Advance Reader Copy of this book from #NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

From the publisher, as I do not repeat the contents or story of books in reviews, I let them do it as they do it better than I do 😸.

In Incredible Plant-Based Desserts, Instagram star Anthea Cheng (@rainbownourishments) shares her trade-secret recipes for fun and showstopping vegan sweet treats that are seriously luscious, mouthwatering, and beautiful.

Whether you are an eager home cook or a more experienced chef, Anthea shows you that sponge cakes can still be fluffy and moist and pastry can still melt in your mouth without animal-derived ingredients.

Find playful, modern spins on classic desserts, such as fail-safe tiramisu trifles topped with caramelized popcorn or Snickers transformed into a multi-layered cake with peanut brittle. For when life gets busy, simplify with recipes like three-ingredient pancakes and fruit-filled muffins. If you want something indulgent, the Homer Simpson pink doughnuts, baklava custard tart, and chocolate brownie peanut butter sandwich cookies are for you. You'll also find wholesome choices like a berry chocolate mousse tart and cupcakes with rainbow cashew buttercream.

Anthea has carefully selected ingredients to ensure you won't accumulate odd, once-used stuff in your pantry. And with plenty of options for people avoiding gluten, refined sugar, nuts, and other common allergens, no one misses out on the deliciousness. All of the recipes have been tested and approved by vegans and non-vegans alike.

Accompanied by stunning photography, these recipes will bring some magic to your every day, dinner table, or special occasion.

PLEASE LEAVE MY TIRAMISU ALONE...beyond that, impress me. LOL. Plant-based cuisine is such a hot topic right now and it seems like there are only three things asked for in my library - plant-based food, keto and meal prep (often using an InstantPot for all three of them!) These recipes are varied and good for anyone looking for a slightly more healthy way to eat.

Let me explain "slightly more healthy" - I recently saw vegan "chicken" in the freezer at the grocer's: it had 38 ingredients and the "chicken" nuggets had 73 ingredients. What do you see as more healthy??? Mind you, any book that has these many sweet things in it is a GO for me! The recipes are varied and cover every skill level from super-easy to quite adept in the kitchen. The photos are stunning and made me very, very, very hungry.

This, along with some baking tools would make an excellent wedding shower gift or for a birthday/holiday gift. I am so happy to looking forward to making some amazing desserts using my violently-violet ube flour!

As always, I try to find a reason to not rate with stars as I love emojis (outside of their incessant use by "Social Influencer Millennials" on Instagram and Twitter) so let's give it 🎂🥧🍩🍪🍰

This book is amazing, I’m a non vegan and I am a meat eater but I’m trying t introduce more options, less meat and this book was a fabulous way to show others vegan can be great, tasty and you dint need dairy, eggs etc to bake great things, really colourful and appealing, the pictures alone make you drool with reading the recipes. The recipes are straightforward, using plain English and no complex confusing systems. A fab book

Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for a free copy for an honest opinion
