I really loved this book, was great to see characters of other books make an appearance and kinda get to know where their lives have gone. Really well written and I felt involved in the story characters and lives! Will want more for sure!!

A sweet romantic festive tale of new love, yummy food and misunderstandings. I really enjoyed the previous books and this one was just as good. We get to meet old friends and are introduced to new ones too.
Get cosy and be prepared not to move until the end. Loved it.

Can I just say that the idea of spending even five minutes in a tea shop at Christmas sounds like fun. And when you have Darcie Boleyn as your guide, even better.

A lovely little story this, but there are some distressing moments (for anyone expecting or trying for a baby) so careful about them! Having said that there's some comedy moments too when Fern of the story covers for a friend by saying she's pregnant and not her friend, only to put off a potential love interest. Ethan is the guy who may have been a potential date and who she held hopes for, but well, a little drama would not be the same without some comedy misunderstands now would it?

As well as the comedy, with the words tea shop being in the title, you can imagine there are some delicious moments in the book too. Be prepared to cook or at least go out and buy cakes when reading this.

A festive rom-com with all the right ingredients!

I'm one very happy bunny when I have a new book by Darcie Boleyn coming up in my reading list; I just know it's going to ooze warmth, love and be quite magical!

Fern is never alone, but life can be lonely. She has her business, friends, plenty of pets but no 'someone special' in her life and whilst that has never really bothered her overly much, the arrival of Ethan Clarke in Penhallow Sands somehow piques her interest. With his gorgeous daughter, Tilly, Ethan has caused quite a stirring amongst the female hearts with his good looks but just as the pair begin to hit it off, Fern tells a lie to help out her best friend, Holly, which leads Ethan to believe that she is - after all - unavailable, despite the frisson which sparks between them.

What a super third novel in the Cornish Hearts series this is! Introducing new characters, this expands on the feel-good nature of the previous two books and with a gorgeous Christmas setting, love just sparkles all the way through. This author always adds some mouthwatering meals and snacks into her writing and I so desperately wanted to taste all the flavours - they sounded sooooo good! With some wonderful, magical moments this is a delicious read, with everything you could possibly want in a festive rom-com and perfectly timed to set you up for your own sparkling Christmastime, and absolutely earning a full five shining stars!

My thanks to publisher Canelo for my copy via NetGalley; this is my honest, original and unbiased review.

Well I'm a sucker for any book that is set in a tea shop/bakery in Cornwall and this has the added bonus of being set at Christmas - so I loved this book. It's a really good read that focuses on friendship, family and festiveness! Will certainly look out for more books by Darcie Boleyn in the future!

The story of Fran and Ethan. He is new in town, a single Dad who just wants to make a good life for his daughter.
As he spends more time with Fran will he be ready for a new relationship? But there is a secret Fran is keeping that could change everything.

A great festive read.

This book is well written and has a lot going for it. It has a festive, family feel, funny and heart warming moments. The pregnancy test scene in particular was hilarious. The main characters are all lovable, and Tilly was brilliant.

Overall, this was a fun and festive Christmas romance.

I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Fran's friend Holly thinks she is pregnant. She already has a young son named like. She is separated from Luke's father. She had left before finding out she is pregnant . Now they are back together and strong. The honeymoon and wedding is soon. I got bored with the events.
