A lovely end to this trilogy series. You can read them as standalone books. I enjoyed how this one carried on from the first one and had lots of similar characters. Nice to see Fran happy at the end. I think this was my favourite out of the three.
Thank you for accepting my review. I’d look out for Darcie’s next book.

Heartwarming romance! This is the third book in the series. I had not read the others but it was very easy to catch on, which I think is the sign of a good author. Gave me all the Christmas feels.

Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for the advanced copy.

I didn’t realise this was part of a series when I requested it and don’t have the previous books to be able to catch up

This is a perfect book for the holiday season, packed with Christmas love and cheer. I truly enjoyed reading this book because it upped my mood and spirits and helped me remember the reason and magic of the holiday season. I would highly recommend adding this book to your holiday reading list; it is like reading a Hallmark movie!

I started to read the ARC I was kindly given of the Christmas tea shop at Rosewood, and realised it was part of a Trilogy..... Stopped reading popped to kindle store downloaded the first 2 devoured them and then started this one, what a lovely village, lovely well written thought out characters, easy pleasant read. Loved the detail contained within on how the characters feel. Enjoyed the depth of their history fears nuances and general realistic approach to how it really can feel to fall in love. Bravo Darcie bravo. ❤️

Cute, easy and festive read from Darcie Boleyn. Whilst fairly predictable, it's very light to read and perfect for cosying up to immerse yourself into. I adored Fran's character!

It was a cute contemporary and perfect to read during the winter break/festive season.
Would I read this again? Probably not. It's taken me this long to write a review.
It was well written, funny and enjoyable. Predictable too. I suppose its okay to read even if you haven't read the other 2 books in the series, you pick up on things quite quickly.

The Christmas Tea Shop at Rosewood is a sweet, easy to read, cozy Christmas book. Perfect to sit by a fire and read while drinking hot chocolate.

Thank you to Net Galley for the ARC for an honest review.

Ethan is on his own with his daughter Tilly as her mother left them and he moves to be close to family in Penhallow Sands, he soon meets Fran, but following an embarrassing scene in the Tea Rooms he knows she is pregnant. Fran loves living in her cottage in Penhallow Sands where she is a magnet for homeless animals but when she meets Ethan the sparks fly..... but he thinks she is pregnant after she drops a pregnancy test, but it belongs to her friend who has sworn her to secrecy....... how can she let him know without breaking her word!

Another great story in the Penhallow series and lovely to be back with all the characters from the previous books. A warm lighthearted book perfect for the beach

Fran, single and perfectly happy, is best friends with Holly who owns Greenacres vineyard. Recently Holly has been feeling ever more nauseous so Fran persuades her to take a pregnancy test. POSITIVE! What is she going to do, her grandmother Glenda is unwell and will her soon to be husband Rich be pleased? Holly quickly gives Fran the test to hold. Fran goes to pay and her bag gets stuck throwing the contents everywhere. There on the floor in front of the new handsome chef Ethan, is a positive pregnancy test! How will Fran get out of this predicament ? Will Holly persuade Fran she can let herself love!

The teashop on the cover drew me to this book. I then noticed the author and realised it was the third in he Cornish hearts series. Having read and enjoyed The cottage at plum tree Bay. I was overjoyed to be back in Penhallow sands and to see Catherine and Mark still together. However you would not know this was part of a series when reading it This book makes a great stand alone book, Something I think this author has got down to a fine art.

The first quarter of the book was a slow start and the text felt very simple. However about the first few chapters (1/4 of the book) this subsided and in came a feeling chunkier text which in parts was poetically emotional. Once hitting this part the book is a page turner.

Ethan's raw and sensitive being makes you instantly want to wrap him up in cotton wool. Whilst confident and loving Fran makes you laugh, cry and hold your breath. You will definitely find yourself shouting at the book out loud. Helped along by very well placed dual perspective laced throughout.

Although their are some emotional subjects included in this book such as parents death, single father hood, loneliness and mental health I do not feel this takes away from the romantic feel of the book. All of the characters have their own difficulties and this allows topics to be broached in a way that does not make the book too heavy.

Furthermore the first half of the book did not feel Christmassy. It was lacking the Christmas description. Meaning you had fantastic images that could have been placed anywhere. Eg I am reading this in the sun and my mind kept taking me to a summer
Penhallow sands. Which gave me a Shock when Christmas description was brought in halfway.

Please continue the series!

Looking for a heart warming romance. The look no further!
Darcie Boleyn has a great passion for story telling and it shows. Her settings come alive for me and I can see myself in amongst the characters as the story unfolds. Darcie Boleyn doesn't just create characters she gives them fully fledged lives that are relate able.
I loved The Christmas Tea Shop at Rosewood and would highly recommended giving it a read.

This book came recommended to me on twitter when i shouted out for a christmas cafe read and personally i dont know how i had even missed it in the first place! Because this is a me book all over, it has all i love in it and even just the synopsis i knew i would be in love with it. I was so very right.

We meet Fran, Fran has a good kind soul, she takes in strays, dogs, cats and even bearded dragons - she will always help those in need. Fran is throwing all her love into the animals after having given up on her own love life.

Then we meet Ethan who is moving to Penhallow Sands with his young daughter Tilly to start a new job in the tea shop. Having had little family around him for some time now, its going to be a shock been surrounded by his aunts, cousins and a bustling community. Ethan is used to been independent and struggles to trust others, but there is something about Fran that is changing that.

Just as the pair are getting closer, things start to come between them, a big secret that leaves Fran torn as to were her loyalities actually lie. This book is fab,

It has all the tea shop vibes, delicious sounding cakes, warming hot chocolates. The characters were all so likeable, and Penhallow is just the sort of place you to visit. It really did warm my soul and it was such a delightful read. The festive feels were full on and it was exactly what i needed.

A real winter pick me up.

I had read and enjoyed The House at Greenacres so I was looking forward to starting this one. I wasn't disappointed. I loved all of the characters and it was great to catch up with Holly and Rich and I also loved Fran's animals particularly her westie (being a westie owner myself). A story of relationships, family, community and friendships. Heartwarming and very funny in places.

This could be read as a standalone novel but I would recommend reading The House at Greenacres before this one and recommend both books.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review

I love Christmas book and I love Cornwall books. the most magical place I have lived was Truro in Cornwall and I loved every minute there. As soon as a Cornish book comes onto my radar, I'm straight on it. This book was cute and sweet and cosy and exactly what was needed around Christmas time, especially now I live in a tropical country... I needed a taste of home!

After reading the first book in this series I couldn't wait to tuck into this next one and my goodness was this just as good. I really loved the characters in this book, getting to know new people and revisiting old characters that I have become fond off. The story in this is beautiful and such a delight to read. This is one of the easiest books to read and will be sure to put a smile on your face. Absolutely Perfect!

Christmas Tea Shop at Rosewood had all the best stuff you want in a holiday romance - wonderful people, beautiful setting, small town and holiday spirit. I fell in love with the characters and the story and cannot wait to read more.

Aww , this was such a sweet story, with the highlights being Tilly, Ethan's love for his daughter and the little Westie (I have a soft spot for Westies!). The romance is cute, too. The book is described as "uplifting" and it most certainly is. If you fancy curling up on the sofa with a mug of hot chocolate and a story to warm your heart, then this is the one for you.

Oh, and it might be the third book in the Cornish Hearts series, but it can totally be read on its own.
