Great story and characters, I read it in one sitting because the story kept me hooked and entertained, all the way through the end. |
Second chances at living your best life and doing what is best for your family are always the hardest things in life but when 2 people with each of those dreams meet, more than those dreams are eat and made |
Ooh! Sexy cowboy romance alert! Brock is a single father who is trying to find a balance in his life between his son and his dangerous career of bull riding. He’s fighting some inner demons related to the relationship with his late life. Lincoln just moved to Montana for a fresh start and to gain some independence from her overbearing family. Brock was hard to like in the beginning. I get he had a lot of guilt issues but he was so rude and disrespectful to Lincoln. Lincoln was open, honest, strong-willed, and quite forgiving. Brock redeemed himself with honesty and opening up. I really enjoyed watching their romance build, their families input and Brock’s sweet son definitely was a charmer. Even though their connection happened quickly, it was done well. It was a quick read and I liked all the bantering. They definitely had a hot connection with some steamy scenes! I look forward to the series continuing, so many good characters were introduced. This was my first time reading a book by Kelly Elliot and I will definitely be looking for more! Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake Romance for the opportunity to read this book. |
I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. Thank you NetGalley.. This was my first book by Kelly Elliott. What a great story. The characters were well-developed. The storyline is unique and relatable. I loved this book. I can't wait to read more! |
Ride 'em cowboy! This book has it all. Sexy cowboys, sassy ladies and wacky side characters. There was just the right amount of romance, heat and drama. Brock is suffering with guilt from his past and has a hard time forgiving himself and moving forward with his life. He's convinced he doesn't deserve a second chance at love but Lincoln is able to break down his walls and show him that together they can find happiness. Despite an amazing hero and heroine I must say 5 year old Blayze stole the show! This book contained a lot of details about professional bull riding which I found interesting and terrifying in equal measures. All in all a great read and I look forward to hopefully reading more about these Montana cowboys and the ladies who rope them. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Emotionally thrilling, sexy, fun and engaging romantic journey filled with exciting charters, witty banter, heart racing twists and undeniable passion..... was a great read. Really was an enjoyable adventure! |
I LOVED this book! This is going to be an amazing series!! I can already see all the secondary characters I want to get a book. I want the Shaw brothers but I also need Dirk and Chance! Kelly has once again made me fall in love with her characters! I have to say Brock was a surprise for me. He was a beautifully broken guy. He had his way of dealing with his issues. My heart broke for him. Blayze was a little heartbreaker!!! I loved him!! He was such a flirt. Brock is going to have his hands full with that boy!!! Lincoln was a strong independent woman. Someone you want in your corner. She knows what she wants and she isn’t afraid to go after it. Even if it’s scary. This is going to be another amazing series by Kelly. She’s once again made me fall in love with all the characters! I cannot wait until the next book comes out! I really hope it’s Ty and Kaylee!! |
Book 1 in the Meet Me in Montana Series and what a great start Never Enough is and after reading Brooke Shaw and Lincoln Pratt’s Story I have to say this looks like another hit series for this very talented author. I was excited to meet the Shaw men and I was not disappointed, Brooke Shaw was everything I expected and so much more ......... Brooke Shaw is a making the best of his life trying to get over the guilt and pain he is feeling after his wife’s death, trying to do right by his young son Blaze and still compete on the championship bull riding circuit and sometimes he gets it right and sometimes he gets it very wrong ...... Lincoln Pratt has moved to Hamilton, Montana because she needs to take charge and change her life and she is hoping that this move will be the start of a great career opportunity for her interior design business as well as making her personal life a lot more enjoyable.... This couple may share an instant attraction but that doesn’t mean either are prepared to act on it, sizzling chemistry as well as some witty banter make this an emotional read that will certainly touch you on many levels, the pain Brooke is suffering feels real, the one classic liners from an adorable child feel real and the love this couple end up sharing feels real. This author really knows how to connect her readers with her characters and Never Enough is a perfect example and I can’t wait for more Shaw men!!!! |
Kelly Elliott has done a phenomenal job kick starting this new series. She brought heart, emotion and so many feels for this one. Lincoln has closed her business in Atlanta and moved to the wide-opened space in Montana. When she buys a house on a ranch from Brock she never expected to be attracted to the previous owner, no matter how crabby and grumpy he seems to be. Brock is a single father who is making a living Bull Riding and had resigned to never falling in love again as he doesn't believe he deserves it as he thinks he made such a mess of it before I loved these two characters. Lincoln is such a independent woman, I love her bravery in uprooting her life and starting over. She will need the strength she has found when dealing with Brock. When they first meet the chemistry is explosive but so is the tempers. Lincoln is the perfect woman for him, to help him realise that you can have second chance at life and romance, to open his heart again. Well done Kelly. I am excited to see where this series goes. |
This is the first book in the Meet Me in Montana series and it was a great start to the series. Lincoln and Brock were sooo good together. The attraction and chemistry between them was off the charts. If you love hot cowboys, then you need to pick this book up. Ms. Elliott had done it again and I am can’t wait to read the next book in this series. I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review. |
4.5 stars!!! Never Enough has climbed its way into my heart and is one of my FAVORITE books from Kelly. There were moments that made me tear up and moments I was straight up giggling. Despite the fun moments, this one seemed to have more of a serious moments such as death, injury, and addiction. Because of those reasons, this didn't seem like Kelly's usual work, which is why it's a new favorite. Brock's cute son, Blayze, pretty much STOLE the spotlight though. 😍 I'm going to need Ty's story soon! |
What a great read, packed full of chemistry and a fantastic storyline, I really enjoyed this book from start to finish. Looking forward to more in this series. |
Oh, how I loved this book! There is something about a single dad romance that just does it for me. I absolutely love them. Add in the fact that there is bull riding? Be still my heart. I am a HUGE PBR fan, so when I heard that this book was coming out, I knew I was going to love it. This book did not disappoint. Brock and Lincoln's story was absolutely just what I needed. I loved watching their chemistry together and seeing how their story progressed. Watching Lincoln interact with Blayze was also one of my absolute favorite parts. Everything about Never Enough was awesome. It's light, it's sweet, and it's amazing. |
Hold onto your hearts because Blayze will steal it!!!! He is an adorable little boy who is the apple of everyone's eye. He brings out the best in Brock. Then there is Brock and Lincoln. I loved Lincoln. She is a very strong independent woman who not only doesn't let Brock treat her wrong, but also gives him chances to be better. Brock was a professional bull rider with layers of guilt after his past. But when I read what happened, my heart broke for him. This was such a great loving story with a great family banter and a start of a second story with Ty and Kaylee that I would love to read. Ms. Elliott is a new to me author that I will now be reading more. Never Enough was a very tugging story that brought tears to my eyes, especially the epilogue. I received this book in exchange for an honest review from the publisher through Netgalley. |

Never Enough is the great start to a new series by Kelly Elliott!! Brock is a single dad who is a bull rider. Lincoln moves from a big city to the tiny town in Montana. When she buys his house the chemistry between them can’t be denied. He can be a jerk though. And will he open up again after losing his wife? As with all of Kelly’s stories, I loved Never Enough. She always pulls me in and makes me fall in love with everything about her stories. The story, the characters, the setting. I loved it all. Another job well done! An arc was provided for an honest review. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/46272433-never-enough?from_search=true&qid=5YZCiDuBit&rank=2 |
I loved everything about this fantastically written, swoon worthy story from Kelly Elliott. This new series has definitely gotten me under its spell Brock and Lincoln had an amazing chemistry. Brock's a professional bull rider who's a little broken, carrying guilt for something that wasn't his fault and Lincoln is an Interior designer, new to town with a strong personality. They don't get off to a great start but soon things get a little heated. Can Lincoln break down the walls of Brocks heart and is Brock ready to let someone in. A fabulous start to this new series and add in a very adorable 5 year old what more could you ask for. A fantastic 5 stars from Crazy Cajun Book Addicts. |
I absolutely love everything that Kelly Elliott writes. Never Enough is the first book in her Meet Me in Montana series. This book is told in alternating POVs and has an HEA. Lincoln Pratt is ready to move out of the big city of Atlanta and start a new life in a small town in Montana. She buys a home from a man she has never met and when she does she is less than impressed with him. He is very good looking but is very rude to her and she doesn't have time to deal with that. She simply wants to start her new job and remodel her new home. Brock Shaw spends his life riding bulls for a living. He carries alot of guilt for things that happened in his past. When he first meets the woman buying his house he is very defensive and rude to her. He finds her attractive but knows he is not the relationship type. The more time these two spend together the stronger their feelings get. Will Lincoln be able to handle Brock's life as a bull rider? Will Brock be able to let his walls down and let Lincoln in? I loved the connection between Brock and Lincoln. The secondary characters added lots of depth to the storyline. I absolutely love Blayze and can't wait to watch him grow up in this new series. I am super excited for the next book in this new series from Kelly!! |
Book Review- Never Enough by Kelly Elliot I really like the stories I’ve read from this author and was excited to read this one. She didn’t disappoint. Lincoln is striking out on her own, making a fresh start in Montana. I liked her instantly. She was a nice person and independent woman, not afraid to do things for herself. She is such a strong character living in a small town. Brock is a bull rider who is a hometown boy. He is definitely strong physically and a hot cowboy. However, the baggage he has is almost overwhelming. It makes him real though. His character is far from perfect. Both Brock and Lincoln come across as real people that you could know anywhere. I love how she knocks Brock for a loop. He has no desire to fall in love or let any woman into his heart in anyway. You know what is going to happen by the end, but the fun is watching how it unfolds. I love how Brock fights the impossible. Lincoln is awesome. She fits in well into his family and his hometown. She is brave and smart. She is willing to take a leap of faith which shows her courage. She is the stronger of the two main characters. She realizes Brock is fighting demons when it comes to his past life with Kacy. The dynamics she brings to Brock’s life is exactly what he needs. It was a great story. I give it a 4 out of 5. |

Brock is a professional bull rider and a single father to his five year old son Blayze. He knows that his time on the circuit has a time limit, so he is determined to garner as many wins until it comes to an end especially when riding bull is when he truly feels alive as he is still dealing with the guilt he feels about his wife’s passing. Lincoln is an interior designer who is looking for independence and a new beginning. She has purchased a home from Brock and she and her best friend are excited about their new venture in Montana. From the moment that Lincoln and Brock meet the sparks fly but they are not the good kind. He is abrasive to the point of rudeness, but she is not about to let him put a damper on her happiness especially since she has already fallen in love with his son and family. Brock is confused and angry about the reaction that Lincoln inspires in him as because of his past he is determined to never care for another woman. This is a hot and heartwarming story about love, family, healing and second chances. Everyone around them knows they are perfect for each other and now they just need to convince Brock that he deserves to find happiness. |
Never Enough was a nice read. Lincoln and Brock are people who needed a second chance though for completely different reasons. When the two of them come together it was special. There was a little meet-hate but it was evident there was underlying attraction. Their banter was intriguing and I enjoyed the process of their relationship as the story progressed. I also liked the supporting characters. They were pleasant and the family atmosphere was deep. I was interested to see how the story would go. Overall a fine story. |
