Overall, a fun  read. I love the initial setting in Paris and the premise of a vacation adventure that then becomes real beyond the vacation.

I am absolutely loving this series and the men in the Romano family.  This time it is Mauricio’s turn to realise that his prior playboy ways don’t seem quite as fun when the boot is on the other foot, and I just loved Wren.

I also have to say that the undercurrent of the Corisi family secrets is literally KILLING me.  I am all kinds of agog as I read about young Judy Corisi, whose active and tenacious brain causes both pride and pain in her father as she forces him to remember the childhood he wishes to forget.  So, what an earth is going on, and how is the Corisi family connected to Sebastian and Mauricio Romano???

I’m taking notes like a demon, and making lists!  I want to try and figure out the connection before the information is handed out to us, but like all authors, Ruth Cardello will reveal all in her own time.  Another 5 Star fun, witty and hot read 💙

Wren & Mauricio were a great addition to the Corisi Billionaire series! I loved that even though it is the second book in the series, but can be read as a stand alone! 

Wren & Mauricio together are beyond adorable and I loved how well the fit together!

Another great story in this series! I loved the way Mauricio and Wren met. So unique and funny. These two had sizzling chemistry. I really enjoyed their Parisian affair. Even though it was supposed to be brief, I could feel the way it grew into more. They were both stubborn in their own ways, but I liked how they tried to overcome all of the things that held them back. As always, I love Dominic Corisi and the drama he brings to a story. I am excited to see where things lead with his family secrets.

I was so wrapped up in this story that I finished it in one sitting. This is my first book by this author and I am thoroughly satisfied. There's so much back story that I am missing though from the other books in this interconnected series of standalones. I am desperate to dive into reading the other books, I need to know more! 

Wren and Mauricio meet unexpectedly. And from the start you know that there's more than their willing to admit. Instant chemistry right from the start that blossoms into an explosive,  intoxicating whirlwind. I loved their banter. 

A wonderfully written read that I just fell in love with!

Ruth Cardello has done it again with The Wild One! Such an enjoyable read!

Wren was someone who had never really taken the time to do things for herself, and what better place to go on a new life adventure than in Paris with a sexy billionaire as a tour guide? She enlists the help of Mauricio Corisi and boy to the two of them light up the city together. We all want a wild adventure that ends when you go home, but life has other plans for these two. They've entwined their lives together more than either of them realized, and it was so great getting to see them finally figure things out. Really enjoyed this read and loved seeing previous characters come back as well. 5 stars!

This is set mostly in Paris, so what could go wrong?

Wren and Mauricio meet over...a cancelled...dinner. Sort of.

It's a long story, it's kind of hard to explain without spoilers, and it's a pretty great if somewhat unconventional meet cute.

I liked both of them as characters and I believed in the attraction and in the relationship they were building, even when they were both pretending it was going to end in 5 days when they both left Paris.

I enjoyed the Paris settings, as, well, it's Paris and I really enjoyed that the places they traveled were put into the story as not only great places to visit but also ways to get to know one another, and it worked. Who would doubt the intentions of a man willing to get onto one of those awful hop on hop off buses? (Sorry to those who love the tours, I agree with Mauricio on this.)

I also liked that we got to really see how the relationship would work once they were at home, no longer on vacation, and no longer in Paris. It's easy to be in love in the most romantic city in the world...but can you still be in love at home?

I also liked the tease of the next book and the direction it looks like this one will head.

I enjoyed and recommend this title.

When Mauricio comes across Wren and her friend in a hot tub at his friend's house in Paris, little did he know how much Wren would change his life and playboy ways. 

This book is the definition of a guilty pleasure. I love the chemistry between Wren and Mauricio. The element of family in the story tugged at my heartstrings and lastly, the fact that most of it takes place in Paris, specifically focused on architecture and tourist attraction was the cherry on top. I loved every minute of it. 

The random chapters by Dominic in the beginning and end of the book just posed confusion instead of mystery. I could have done without that as it did not contribute or elevate the story whatsoever. I understand it was setting the premise for the following book but I did not gel with the manner in which it was done.

This Corisi billionaire sure knows how to live life and love life when the women of his future comes into his life. 

Mauricio Romano meets his match in Wren Heath, as they spend a passionate week together,, end of story. But then when two soul mates are destined to meet, love knows no boundaries, coming back home. This is such a sweet and heartwarming story to read. 

Don't miss the first one in the series though, "The Broken One". My absolute favorite so far

Love this book. Ruth does an amazing job with the characters. Wren is amazing I love her character and her whit! I enjoy all the secondary characters with the families. I'm becoming a fan of Ruth Cardello!

Wren has gone to Paris with her friend Cecile. Her friend is wanting to meet up with her sometime guy friend but finds out from Mauricio that he is not to be disturbed he is or was in the hospital for a guy problem which definitely was more than an ouch. 
  Wren meeting Mauricio has something in both of them. Cecile warns Wren from Mauricio warning her about him and his ways. Letting her know that he is not like her down to earth where he is more of s playboy.
  When he calls later that night, he wants to spend the next day with her and though she agrees it is on her terms. When he meets her early in the morning in front of the tour bus ride she is surprised and happy. Here begins a wonderful story of a man and woman spending time together in Paris and as you really get towards the end you are wondering what will happen and what is up with Mauricio’s friend also? I found this to be a wonderful story and read what happens to all of the characters.

I really liked this story.  Wren and Mauricio are fun characters.  Although the second in a series, it can be read as a stand alone. For maximum reading enjoyment I always read in order when reading a series, but it is not necessary to enjoy this book.

Two Americans meeting in Paris and deciding to have a week of passion may seem like a cliche, but Ruth Cardello spins a tale of passion and emotion that is anything but average.  Mauricio and Wren’s intense chemistry will leave you breathless and more than a little envious. 

Mauricio spent a lot of time in the city of lights as a young man doing what any young, rich and handsome man would do, party and sleep with as many women as possible. Now he’s back in town to meet up with his cohort from back then, Felix. And when an  unfortunate accident leaves Felix unable to meet his on and off again girlfriend, it’s up to Mauricio to give her the bad news. It’s there and then that he meets Wren.

Wren is in Paris with her close friend Cecile. She’s never been to the city and is excited to discover all that it has to offer. She’s spent her whole life taking care of her parents and is working at a job that is safe but offers her no challenges or excitement. Plus she’s been having a dry spell for the last years, not that her previous relationships or hookups were anything to brag about. And then, in walks a man who is worthy of any fantasy she can imagine and more. 

Mauricio doesn’t do relationships and is sure that he’s never ever been in love but Wren is unlike any woman he’s ever met before and makes him think that maybe there’s more to life than one night stands and meaningless hookups.

I am ashamed to admit that I’ve never read Ruth Cardello before. I honestly didn’t know what to expect but I just couldn’t put this book down and finished it in less than a day! I just can’t wait to read the next book of the series and Cardello’s previous work. A scorching read!

I really enjoyed this story!

I liked the way that this book was written containing the thoughts of both characters.  The book was really well laid out and I liked the length of the chapters to.

This is book two in the Corisi Billionaires and can be read as a standalone. Mauricio doesn't do relationships, he doesn't like the comment. When he meets Wren meets Mauricio while on vacation with her friend Cecile, she is ready for some fun. She decides to live in the moment and have a good time. Neither of them are looking for attachments. Things start to change for both of them. 
I enjoyed this story and am looking forward to more in this series.

This was just alright for me. I couldn’t connect with any of the characters and I couldn’t get wrapped up in the story the way I wanted to. It was really just a disappointment. I wanted to love this so much and was very excited to dive right in.

Wren Heath very rarely lets loose, and decides to visit Paris to actually have a good time while letting loose. She meets Mauricio Romano, an off the charts sexy billionaire, who definitely knows how to treat the ladies. However he's a playboy, so is worried that the sweet Wren will get too attached, and he won't be able to break it off easily. What he never thought was him getting attached, and yet, he did. The Wild One was an amazing story that I couldn't get enough of. The super talented Ruth Cardello is a word genius, and she seriously transported me to Paris with that talent. The Paris shenanigans were super sexy, making it a fun experience. Ad I'm going along with all of this, there comes a time when BAM! The drama starts when Wren gets unexpectedly called away, and it messes with Mauricio, as he believes that she just left. So do they get through the misunderstandings for a future filled with love?! You'll have to hit that one click button to find out! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the story of Mauricio and Wren. The characters are very intriguing and  you will fall in love with them as you read. The two characters had very hot chemistry between them. This book is beautifully written, has a very engaging storyline and amazing characters. This is another amazing romance read story from this author.
