What a delightful book about a glorious human who bucks the trend of the ego-driven, cashed-up Hollywood mega-star. Keanu Reeves is most certainly a modern-day (little) Buddha, with his sensitivity, his spirituality, his connectedness, and his overall decency. King's book offers snapshots into Keanu's life and career and draws from the very little we know about Keanu just how to be a bit more like him in an effort to foster calm and, of course, excellence in our lives. I enjoyed this journey through Keanu-land, and I'm inspired to go back and watch (and rewatch) a bunch of his films -- and maybe even chuck on those old Dogstar bootlegs. An easily hand-sell-able gift item for film fans, self-help readers, and aficionados of all things Keanu. Thanks for the opportunity to read and be excellent to each other!

During these uncertain times maybe we should all be more chilled and thoughtful like Keanu. “Be excellent to each other” has never been so pertinent.

King has created a guide of witty evaluations on several themes that not only make you smile but give you a positive outlook of life. It’s a fun read with interesting facts and observations that make you glad we have Keanu Reeves in the world spreading his zen-like wisdom and style out into the ether. To quote the great man from an interview on Wittertainment “It’s quantum baby!”
