This book is going to help so many people. I am always a little dubious of self help books and whether they are based on any science/research, or just something someone thought of in the bath one night. I can quite happily say that this one is the former but is written in an approachable, readable, and interesting manner. As bad mental health figures soar I am a true believer in more people buying books like this and helping themselves and others - I also believe that CBT is an incredible tool for those people and this book helps me understand it so I'm sure would help countless others. Thank you for letting me read, I will definitely be recommending to my customers.
