A solid mystery with lots of suspects who have their own reasons for murdering the famous author Julianna and her husband. The close knit Charleston beach community are all harbouring secrets that make them all appear guilty of these murders. The book also deals with dementia, mother/daughter relationships and the unique ability that some artistic people possess to zone out when they are deep into their craft. |

Disclaimer: Thank you to Netgalley and the publishers for a copy of this book. I have been sent a copy of this book for review purposes. This has not influenced or affected my opinions in this review. Sometimes, I struggle with thrillers when the pacing is off. However, Murder, Forgotten was well-paced and thoroughly enjoyable. It is one of the best things I have read in recent times. I enjoyed the writing style and would recommend her work to anyone. However, I felt that this book wasn’t a standout for me. *3 stars* |
I have not read anything by this author before and after reading this book i will definitely be picking more of her books up. The twists and turns were unexpected and i never guessed the ending. The story lead you in so many routes that every time i thought i had it figured out i changed my mind. I loved the writing style and the characters were fantastic. |
This book is dark, devastating, heartbreaking and one of the best things I have read in recent times. Brilliantly thought out plot and characters. An excellent read! LOVED!! |

The twists and turns kept me guessing until the end. I enjoyed the author's writing style and look forward to reading more of her books. Kindly received an ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. |
Brilliantly paced mystery. Grips the reader from the onset. First rate mystery full of intrigue, family secrets and psychological turmoil. |
