Another great book from Molly Potter helping children to understand their emotions. This one is very good for children who feel that they shouldn't cry and to understand that it's OK to.

This book is aimed at boys and their feelings because quite often boys are told to be tough. There are colourful illustrations and easy to follow text. There are a lot of descriptive words for different emotions. There is also a section for parents and carers to encourage boys to express themselves positively.

I chose this book because I have a 4 year old son and at the moment he is very capable of showing his emotions but in time he may not want to if he isn't given the opportunity. I remember last year when my son was crying as he was upset and my older sister told him that boys don't cry. I was quite surprised because for a young child crying is a way for them to express themselves. I would like to encourage my son to express himself preferably by words in time.

I received an e-book from Netgalley.

This book is a must have. A great book for helping children express their feelings and letting them know that its okay to cry. The pages are brightly coloured and eye catching. I think this book is brilliant, it is child friendly and certainly helps children to open up about how they are feeling. I really like the It's good to know sections too. Thank you for the opportunity to review this book.
