I never thought there were so many types of Christmas angels.
It was an entertaining and informative read that made me think about Christmas and learn something.
Well written and well researched.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine

I love this book, its great to see the variety of styles of Christmas Angels.
Made from a variety of materials such as ceramic, wool, tinsel and even straw, the designs span numerous decades and cultures. Lovely to see these cherished individuals and the stories behind them that are hidden away for 11 months of the year.

Angels through the ages and traditions. A different sort of book as you are learning as you read., very interesting and very well written. What are your family traditions and can you relate to this book. 4 stars

I really like books like this that give you a snapshot of the different things that mean so much to different families in the festive season – in this case the Christmas Angel.

When I was younger we had a few that looked like the ones in the book, a few made from card, paper and foil with a bit of tinsel on to the more traditional ones with dolly body and head, again wearing tinsel crowns.

The book was funny, and a fun read – a different way to look at Christmas traditions – 4 stars from me for this one – highly recommended!
