Now more than ever, is the right time to reevaluate our way of life and with Covid-19 disrupting what we knew to be normal, it's imperative that we transform our way of thinking, replace the old with the new because we are clearly not going back to what we called normal.
I wanted to read this book because I keep hearing about transformational leadership and systems and wanted to get some knowledge into this.
This is a very detailed read.
It covers many aspects of leadership and the economy and policies that focused more on control and profit and less about connecting with people.
In being so thorough, in his writing, the author has made this book the kind that you need to take your time on. It's not to be read in one sitting.
I did find myself challenged to think more on creating connections in every endeavor I partake in. Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.

Want to adapt your projects and organization to the emerging Covid-19 reality, step up to the threats of the climate emergency, cope with relentless change in your industry, future-proof your career and make it purposeful, and change the world with your work?

Now Lead The Change inspires readers with both a clear vision for the shift of society, business, and capitalism to be ‘regenerative’—as well as how we can get there by transforming our own careers, enterprises, and communities. Written by one of the world’s preeminent theorists and teachers of change, the book brings together, for the first time, the latest neuroscience, timeless wisdom, and concrete tools for becoming truly transformational: so you can lead your business, life, and community to change for good. The author— who has worked with leaders from organizations as diverse as Nike, the White House, No.10 Downing Street, WWF and Rockefeller Foundation— presents a powerful and profound, yet extremely practical, guide to mastering the skills and qualities of 'transformational leadership’. Instead of resisting, avoiding, stressing about, or denying the need for change, this book shows you how to take charge of all and any change and turn into value.
