A beautifully written story on the cruelty inflicted on some of the orphans sent outside the cities for safety. These girls suffered unbearable pain and depravity for years. Death and heartache overshadow them. Freedom comes at a cost but in the end, there is love and love erases all the overwhelming sadness that threatens to destroy our faith in humanity. |
