This is a good book for kids, I found the brain teasers too simple and a little lame for adults. This book is not like the crime logic book. Small filers when you have nothing to do.

I love problem solving and after 6 long months with no school, thought this might be exactly what my 3 kids needed to get their brains fired up and ready to get back to school in September. As a family, we've enjoyed dipping in and out of this book over weekend breakfasts. It would be a good "car book" to use on long journeys now my kids are older - it might even make them take their earphones out briefly!

Another delightful book of brain teasers.A few decades ago I used to buy the Dell Pencil Puzzles and Word Games religiously, so when I saw this book come up for review, I knew I had to download it. This books is a lot of fun. I like the variety of teasers. Some are instantly obvious, others made me scratch my head. 

This book would be fun for small parties, for car rides, even for audio or video chats. I plan on buying this book for my bookshelf so that I can grab it from time to time to further test my wits.

This book was a great way to pass time while I was waiting at the airport. Some of the puzzles were easy but others really had me thinking.  This is a book that I will give for a gift!

This is a good book for older teens and adults.  I was hoping for younger reader section.  Happy to say the answers are supplied at the end of the book.  The puzzles are heavy in the areas of math and logic. It is a great gift idea for older adults that like to keep their minds active. Short Head-Scratchers from the Easy to Near Impossible by Nathan Haselbauer in exchange for an honest review. It publishes September 15, 2020.
So brain teasers aren’t really my thing, but I wanted to try and I just am not necessarily the smartest for something like this. However, I can’t wait to try this out on my friends and family! 
This will be a great conversation starter, and would definitely make a great gift!

Great fun to be had with this book. Puzzles and brain teasers.
Myself and my husband both tried these and found a mixture of difficulties which was great so some were easier than others

I read through some of these and I really enjoyed them. I wouldn't necessarily call them puzzles but it was still something fun to do during downtime at work.

These are really good for me, since I’m good at languages, but bad at math. I should be able to solve these quickly, and some of them I do, but I tend to overthink. These teasers are great to do with a few friends, as a filler when you have a bit of time, or when you simply want to tease your brain for a bit. I’m sure they are super easy for math enthusiasts, but as the title says, they are short and snappy, not meant to be hard to solve. You just need to use your brain a bit, and remember to read between the lines, and even though you might think it’s a mathematical problem to be solved, it might not be. It just might be solved with your common sense.

I think it’s a good book for people of different ages and backgrounds. Most will shine, I believe, but at times most will also be fooled.

I feel a bit let down by this book. It was advertised as logic, word, and maths puzzles, but all I found were puzzles like you used to get in math books in school, i.e. if Jimmy has 27 boxes measuring X each and his car has a total interior size of X can be fit all the boxes in his car or not etc. If you like math puzzles this is a great book for you, but if you're hoping for a bit more variety I'd go for something else. I was hoping for something a bit more like a this authors other book on crime logic puzzles but sadly it's nothing like it

I very much enjoy doing puzzles so I was excited to see this title and looked at it right away.  The author observes that these short puzzles can be solved in just a minute or two.  Well, some took me longer than that and I wish that I remembered my Algebra better but I still am enjoying them.

This is an engaging and fun book.  Anytime the reader has a bit of time, they can try to stretch their thinking skills with this one. This title could also be a good book for a car trip where the puzzles could be read aloud and solved.  They would certainly help to pass the time.
