Amazing. Outstanding. WOWZA! None of these adjectives does Her Final Prayer by Kathryn Casey justice. Picking up where she left off, Ms. Casey throws Clara into another devastating murder... two mothers and two children are found dead, along with a barely alive father and newborn son. Complicating her investigation are her relationships with her Mothers and the community at large.... Neatly woven into the book is Clara's relationship with Max as she sees parallels with Laurel (one of the victims) and Myles ( a suspect). You will not want to book this book down... heaven knows, I sure didn't. And don't worry if you haven't read the first book - you can jump right in - but you'll be checking out the first book soon afterwards. I love these characters and how Ms. Casey stays so true to Clara... and her heart. It's simply perfect.
