Blueberry Love is an ode to blueberries. Enticingly delightful to peruse, the pictures accompanying the recipes bring depth to the cookbook.

The recipes are categorized into: breakfasts, salads & sides, lunch & dinner, and dessert. Each category has an assortment of recipes and photos dedicated to that section. The photos look so appetizing you can almost smell the yumminess.

I made the Jumbo Bakery Style Ginger Blueberry Muffins and they were so easy to make and enjoy! Definitely a recipe that I will continue making in the future.

This is a great cookbook for anyone who loves blueberries or who has bushes and wants lots of wonderful ways to use their fruits. It's dividing into breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and desserts. Typical recipes include blueberry coffee cake, glazed blueberry donuts, salmon with a blueberry sauce, salads that incorporate blueberries, blueberry pies and cheesecakes, and even some cocktails. It also teaches you how to make staples like blueberry syrup and blueberry vodka.

Beautiful full color photos accompany just about every recipe. Nutritional information is not provided. It tends towards simple recipes using real ingredients (flour, sugar, whole chicken, etc.) instead of purchased premade ingredients. One gluten free recipe is provided (muffins) and some of the savory recipes are gluten free for things like meats and salads. This cookbook will work well for vegetarians, less so for vegans, and not really for paleo or keto folks. For those who just want some traditional, old fashioned, delicious blueberry recipes, it will work perfectly.

I read a temporary digital ARC of this book for review.

I can't wait to put this book and Strawberry Love on an endcap together. In this book, I look forward to trying the blueberry-lemon icebox loaf cake and the salmon fillets with blueberry-onion jam glaze, a combo I never would've come up with myself.

This book was received as an ARC from Storey Publishing in exchange for an honest review. Opinions and thoughts expressed in this review are completely my own.

This book could not have gotten more better and I am reviewing it right at the perfect time. We have so many blueberries in our freezer that we were running out of ideas other than jams, smoothies and desserts and this book solved most of those problems. There is nothing like fresh blueberries when they are in season and we get an abundance of them and we always get so overwhelmed with ideas of what to do and this book was a great solution for that. I can't wait to try the blueberry bread pudding and mustarda.

We will consider adding this title to our TX Cookbook collection at our library. That is why we give this book 5 stars.

Yummmmm!! I can wait until the weekend! I still have frozen blueberries in my freezer and there are many blueberry recipes to make in this book! I'm betting some will freeze well, too! Blueberry Coffee cake sounds like a wonderful way to begin a day, some blueberry-orange scones to freeze. Blueberry-Lavender Lemonade with Buttermilk Blueberry Pancakes for lunch! Buttermilk Blueberry Soup on menu next year! Sauteed Pork with blueberries sounds wonderful for dinner! And a nice blueberry syrup to cover everything! Cobblers are always nice with apple, but blueberries instead sound like heaven! So many wonderful treats in this book with uses for blueberries I have not ever thought of. Genius! Thanks for sharing Ms. Graubart!

Blueberry Love is a beautifully presented collection of recipes developed and collected by Cynthia Graubart.Due out 27th April 2021 from Storey, it's 104 pages and will be available in paperback and ebook formats.

I really love blueberries. Second to strawberries, they're my favorite fruit (sorry). I love them in everything, and honestly there are some dishes which they give a star turn, such as blueberry muffins, cheesecakes, and in smoothies. I am also a keen gardener and the last few years have seen me expanding my blueberry bushes by propagating my bushes and getting starts from my gardening friends. That means the months between the middle of August to October are full of wonderful tart sweet healthy blueberries around here. Normally I make a lot of jam, but this cookbook came at exactly the perfect time for me.

An introduction contains lots of logical tips for handling and cooking with blueberries as well as kitchen notes and some comments on ingredients and pantry choices for best results. The recipes themselves are arranged roughly thematically in chapters: Breakfast, Salads & Sides, Lunch & Dinner, and Dessert.

The recipes have an introduction header and description with ingredients listed bullet style in a sidebar. Ingredient measures are given in US standard only followed by step by step directions. Required ingredients are easily sourced and will be available at any well stocked grocery store. There are a few gluten free and many vegetarian friendly recipes included.

The photography and food styling are exceptionally well done and attractive. I found myself flipping through the recipes and having trouble deciding what I wanted to try first - they all look really good. In the end, we tried the sautéed pork tenderloin with blueberry balsamic mustard glaze and the instant pot blueberry swirl cheesecake (love my intant pot. and cheesecake. and blueberries). Both recipes were easy to follow and gave extremely good results. The balsamic glaze was -amazing- and I've tried it since then with huge success on chicken fillets. I fully intend to use it on a roast chicken and possibly on the Thanksgiving turkey. I'm not joking about the glaze - it's the best marinade/glaze I've ever done ... the author is definitely onto something here.

Five stars. This is a must have for gardeners (or readers with a pick-your-own farm or wild blueberries within driving distance) who are looking for ways to use up those glorious delicious little blue globes.

Disclosure: I received an ARC at no cost from the author/publisher for review purposes.

Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC of Blueberry Love.

I love LOVE LOVE blueberries so I was thrilled when my request was approved.

This is a great book on all recipes revolving around blueberries and I loved it!

The author offers interesting information on the blueberry, its status as a nutritional powerhouse and the different kinds of blueberries, but the best part were the recipes.

There's a little bit of everything; plenty of sweets and cakes (I love carbs!), but also a recipe I've never heard of before (blueberry shrub?!) but also sweet with savory.

Recipes are easy to follow and ingredients easy to find as well, perhaps not like it used to be during our pandemic times so stock up on flour and sugar.

Photographs came through pretty well on my Kindle and looked as delicious as I imagine them to be.
