This book did not pull me in at all. The writing was very one dimensional. The author tells Zoe's dates after the fact making what should be funny dialogue completely lacking. I found that after 1/3 of the book I didnt care about the characters at all and had no desire to continue reading. I had high hopes for this book but it was a let down.

I thought this book was cute and fun! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a book to enjoy on their free time, yet isn't looking for a big story line with tons of angst or emotion.

Quick and easy read. It’s a reminder that dating is terrible. Wasn’t my cup of tea but if you’re looking for a silly easy read then go for it.

when I started reading the description of the book, I was like: wow! finally a book that understands me.
But as I read the book I was disconnected from the story, practically from the beginning it lost me, which at the beginning was designed to be funny, I found it irritating and embarrassing.
The book is funny, but it's also a bit slow.
I think if you are looking for a classic romance story with a little sense of humor, this book may be for you. thanks to #NetGalley for the #ThankYouNext e-Arc in return for an honest review.

I love when I can connect with the characters in the book and I loved the main character in this one! The whole book was funny, lighthearted and easy to read! Would definitely recommend.

I liked the idea of this book but thought that it was pretty boring and just a typical chick lit romance. I thought it was very slow and repetitive and I wasn’t connecting at all with the main character. I’ve definitely read better!

'Thank You, Next,' follows Zoe while she attempts to find someone and ends up on many dating disasters. As a young adult also looking to find someone, I laughed out loud and also cringed along with the many dates she went on.

This novel was lighthearted and fun. Did not feel a hugely deep connection but enjoyed my reading experience. You might enjoy this book if you liked Sophie Kinsella or similar authors in the genre.

When we meet Zoe, she's content with her single life, living above the pub she works in with cat Frazzle but feels like there's something missing. She downloads two apps to her phone and starts using them together to find her perfect match. Firstly, Stargazer, an astrological app which gives her not only her own horoscope but insights into which star signs she'd be most compatible with romantically.  Secondly, Tinder; I can't quite remember if its explicitly named but its a swipe-style dating app. Zoe decides to work backwards from her least compatible star sign, figuring that way the only way is up.

I've read a few books this year where our protagonist starts using dating apps for the first time and its a great way to get in some hilarious, cringe worthy first date stories; this was no exception. Zoe has some fairly terrible dates but they make for some really entertaining reading.

Like most of Sophie Ranald's writing this was an uplifting, easy-reading book which put a modern spin on the tale of a woman kissing plenty of frogs before realising the Prince was already sitting in the corner waiting.

Another book about "swipe" style dating and how a "modern woman" navigates it. A quick and easy read, what I'd typically call a filler book or a break book when I take a pause from reading something more serious. Good for a Sunday afternoon when you need to forget the real world and read a cute book about a young woman and her dating misfortunes, we've all been there. Well maybe not exactly there in this case, she does get herself into some interesting situations.

This is the first book I've read from Sophie. I was pleasantly suprised at how much I enjoyed it. It was fun, sweet and light. The characters were amazing and the storyline was fab xx

Thank you, Next surprised me. Zoe from Just Saying is back, this time as the protagonist. She's finally made peace with the fact that Joe and Alice are together. Tired of being alone, she decides to get back into the dating game and looks to an astrology app for guidance on who to date. What could possibly go wrong? Well, everything!

I loved seeing Adam(from It's Not You, It's Him) back. He is adorable!!

While there are the expected funny moments, this book has some shades of darkness that the writer has tried to explore like in Just Saying, which makes it different from your usual romance/chicklit novels.

I loved the basic idea of this book but the execution of the plot.. not so much.
I felt like the story kept going in circles about Zoe's bad dating experiences.. it was slow and little bit pointless in some moments.
For me it was just okay, little bit boring.

Thank You, Next by Sophie Ranald was a treat to read! There were so many things that I love about this book. As someone who used to live for my horoscope as a teenager, and the fact that Zoe is dating her way through the astrolgical signs made me think of my earlier days. The dates that Zoe goes on made me laugh out loud and feel for her as a person trying to put yourself out into the world. I loved the banter between her assistant Robbie, and her friendship with Dani, both were heart-warming relationships. Being a vegetarian myself, I enjoyed all of food descriptions and Zoe's love for being vegan and a chef. If your looking for a charming read, this one is it. My only negative feedback would be that it felt a little to long and that some of the fluff could have been avoided.

Light, fun and perfect for those of us who love a classic romance, with plenty of frogs until the prince arrives. Yes, happy endings do happen and who doesn’t love one that’s guaranteed.

This book was really hard for me to get through. The premise of this book is really fun. Online dating mistakes and misadventures. I was in! My husband and I met through a dating site and trust me, we both had our fair share of frogs before we found each other to kiss. It was fun talking with him and reminiscing. This book on the other hand was not super enjoyable. The main character, Zoe, is obsessed with her horoscope app and thinks she needs to date through each sign on the zodiac - even though she has no experience with online dating. Why does she spend a huge portion on the beginning of the book going out with guys she doesn’t think will work out anyway and then being frustrated when nothing is working? If my friend was doing this I’d be like, “DUH! It’s not working, you’re not even setting yourself up for success!” All the funny people she dates are given away in the description of this book too which I thought was odd. While Zoe is relatable she is not exactly likable. She gets into a bizarre relationship in the middle of this book she shouldn’t even be in, in the first place? I would have DNF’ed here if I wasn’t reading for NetGalley but I pressed on. The last 40 pages or so were very sweet and I did enjoy the ending of this book but the mid-point will not be worth it for some. If you are also online dating you may enjoy that part or if you really like astrological signs this also might call to you more than it did for me.

This was a fun, easy read. Not a new favorite by any means but definitely something nice to read to get out of a reading slump. I'm also a sucker for any and all heroines who have cats, so Zoe definitely had that in her favor!

- Interesting dating experiment based on horoscope. I feel bad for Zoe for going through all the horrible tinder date but it is hilarious without fail.
- I love how optimistic Zoe is even after so many failed tinder date! She still hopes the best for her next date. Although she probably needs to calm down and stop fantasies the future before meeting the guy.
- Highly recommend if you are after a light and funny reading

Zoe has pretty much given up on finding her soulmate but, with the persuasion of a friend, she decides to try using a dating app. She also relies on an astronomy app and starts dating men of different zodiacs to find her perfect match.

The story idea is what initially pushed me to request this book but, the execution was done poorly, in my opinion. It was fun to read about the different dating situations Zoe got experienced. Some were hilarious and utter failures. I feel the author was able to show the struggles of using dating apps. However, date after date, things got a little too repetitive; I did not feel the story progressed much, especially in the middle of the story. Although, I did like the eventual love interest and the lead up to that.

Other than that, not a big standout for me but still entertaining.

As usual with a rom com I could not put this down and read this in a day.

This about Zoe who works in a pub called the Ginger Cat as a chef and decides that she will try a dating app and date all the men who have all the zodiac signs to see which one is most compatible to her.

She has a car called Frazzle who seems to be.a good judge of character..

Zoe ends uo on some unusual dates but does it put her off no. Will she find her true love or not.

I would recommend this book.

Gloriously gorgeous, silly astrological side notes and an adorable fluffy cat. Who knew Dungeons and Dragons could be so romantic?
