This book seems pretty basic. There are 100 recipes for either the Instant Pot or Air Fryer, and they are divided into chapters on breakfast, appetizers, sides, beef and lamb mains, poultry mains, pork mains, seafood mains, vegetable mains, and desserts. There were more Instant Pot recipes than Air Fryer - in more than one chapter, there were only three air fry recipes. Nothing in here seemed overly unique or special, and there were only photos of a few recipes per chapter. This book could be a good place for someone just getting started with both appliances, but I didn't find any info or dishes that made it stand out as special.
I received an ebook ARC in exchange for an honest review.

So many delicious and simple recipes I can’t wait to try. Every meal, including snacks and desserts!!!, has its own section with recipes for the air fryer and the multi cooker. The step by step instructions are very easy to follow. This book will help alleviate some of the pressure cooker concerns since it walks you through all the steps. I do wish there were more pictures but there are plenty (definitely more than some cookbooks)

This is a pretty standard air fryer/Instant Pot cookbook. There are some photos but not as many as I'd prefer, and some of them are stock photos. There is no nutritional information. They are designed for the Standard American Diet, so those who are gluten free, paleo, keto, vegan, etc. will not find much. If you are brand new to using these appliances and have no other cookbooks for them, then this is likely to be a fun and helpful cookbook.

I read a temporary digital ARC of this book for review.

This cookbook was well organized and jammed pack with recipes I want to try. The book begins with an introduction to the instant pot and includes rookie mistakes to avoid and utensils to keep on hand. Then it moves to the air fryer and offers the same introduction, mistakes, and utensil suggestions. Every section of the book from breakfast to desserts includes recipes for the instant pot and for the air fryer. The index is extensive and helpful! I’m not sure what I want to try first, the butterscotch pecan French toast, the chili dogs, or the chocolate peanut butter brownies!

... I am bi-country at the moment

When life for the entire universe and planet turns on its end and like everyone else you "have nothing to do" while your place of work is once again closed and you are continuing to be in #COVID19 #socialisolation as the #secondwave is upon us, superspeed readers like me can read 300+ pages/hour, so yes, I have read the book … and many more today.

I requested and received a temporary digital Advance Reader Copy of this book from #NetGalley, the publisher and the author in exchange for an honest review.

From the publisher, as I do not repeat the contents or story of books in reviews, I let them do it as they do it better than I do 😸.

Air Fryer Instant Pot Cookbook presents over 100 family-friendly recipes for delicious mains, appetizers, sides, breakfasts, and desserts—complete with an introduction to the appliances' convenient features and solutions to rookie mistakes.

Cooking at home has never been easier. Instant Pots take the pressure out of weeknight dinners with stress-free cooking and air fryers produce delicious fried food that is healthier than fast food and made in the comfort of your own home. Whether you're looking for tasty weekday dinners for the whole family, entertaining your friends on a budget, or are the busy multitasker who never seems to have enough time to cook: these home cookware appliances are just what you need to feed your stomach and your soul.

Vegetarian, vegan, meat lovers, keto, you name it. This book is packed with all kinds of recipes for just about every diet. It includes everything from breakfast to dinner (and all the snacks in between) as well as some desserts, for those of us who have a sweet tooth. Gourmet meals loaded with flavour are within your reach. Here are just a few of over 100 recipes.

Whether you want to explore cooking with new ingredients like adaptogens and CBD or make it a priority to incorporate self-care into your daily routine, these brightly coloured take-along handbooks have the tools you need to succeed.

My two favourite kitchen appliances are an InstantPot and an air fryer - in fact, I have been known to store my coffee and tea paraphernalia in the oven as it is rarely turned on unless I am braising something in my La Cruset. These recipes are very adaptable to however you are cooking and it is easy to make the vegetarian and vegan recipes with added animal proteins and dairy products. This is such an amazing bok that I already bought a copy for myself. (And I thought that reviewing books would save me money ... lol!)

The recipes are well written and understandable by cooks of all levels and the photos make the food very appealing to myself and other lovers of food out there.

What I love about the book is that it uses whole ingredients instead of pre-prepared and packaged foods. I do draw the line at making my own cheese beyond a quickly-made mozzarella, and canning tomatoes but the more "ingredients" you use the better. My one nephew says that I never have any food in my house, only ingredients --- that is why I cook so much. I also refuse to eat or cook with Frankenfoods such as "chick'n" and its 88 ingredients vs. 🐔chicken🐔 having one!)

The fact that they are "brightly coloured take-along handbooks" means that you want to buy the hard copy and not the digital/Kindle one.

As always, I try to find a reason to not rate with stars as I simply adore emojis (outside of their incessant use by "🙏-ed Social Influencer Millennials/#BachelorNation survivors/Tik-Tok and YouTube Millionaires/snowflakes / literally-like-overusers etc. " on Instagram and Twitter... Get a real job, people!) so let's give it 🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲

This cookbook was just what I needed! Currently, two of my favorite cooking appliances just happen to be my instant pot and air fryer. I don't know how I functioned without them.

The recipes contained in this book have easy to follow instructions, great pictures and are well organized. I can't wait to cook quite a few of them. The cauliflower steaks and the crab cakes are two that stand out in my memory, but there truly are so many. Obviously not every recipe appealed to me because of personal tastes, but the majority did. I will definitely be utilizing this cookbook a great deal in the future.

Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with an ARC. I voluntarily chose to review it. I was so impressed by this recipe book that I'll be buying a copy for myself.
