This would be a wonderful story to read as part of a topic on dinosaurs, or just a class story time with a young class. With lots of brilliant rhymes and an easy rhythmic pattern, children will love joining in the Stop That Dinosaur refrain while chasing the Granny-stealing dinosaur through the town. The bright pictures and easy rhythm will engage young children and the heart warming ending will have children coming back to this story again and again.

This is such a cute story, me and my son love rhyming stories so we really enjoyed this one. A lovely tale of being lonely and making friends, my son now says he wants a dinosaur best friend! Haha. We will definitely be reading this again, probably multiple times.

This book is the adventure of a Brachiosaurus stealing Grandma.

I read this to my two toddlers separately and I can say they really enjoyed it. They was attentive to the story all the way through (which is always a good sign). The story flows in a rhyme and it really grabbed their attention as it flowed.

My three year old boy is dino-crazy and he really felt sorry for the brachiosaurus because he didn't have a Grandma. He also laughed outloud as the Dinosaur kept running off with the Grandma and the little girl tried to keep up.

I enjoyed reading it to my children and it's quite short and sweet just before bedtime.

I read this with my six-year-old dinosaur mad son who really enjoyed this story about a dinosaur stealing a gran. He liked the bright colours and the rhymes kept him engaged. it was a lovely story that we will read again.

A lovely little story about a dinosaur who steals a gran. Perfect rhyming story. Lovely message about being kind. Perfect for young ones. My 2 little ones even joined in ‘stop that dinosaur’! The illustrations were great and with lots of detail.

A wonderful rhyming story (always a hit in our house) we especially enjoyed the repeated "stop that dinosaur" with the boys starting to join in with me reading. The story itself is lovely, the message of kindness is always a good one for children's books.

The pictures were bright & engaging. Lots to look at beyond the story too (they loved the playground picture & counting the rabbits in the field).

A brilliant dinosaur story.

I almost cried reading this amazing children's book. It easily shows how important compassion is and how everyone needs it. Even a dinosaur! I like the illustrations and the colour palette. I'll be looking out for the authors' other books.

I read this with my son, and we both really liked that the story rhymed. Another thing I appreciated was that the phrase 'stop that dinosaur' was repeated throughout the book so the children can repeat that part with you and get more involved with the story. A lovely, short children's book!

Perfect bedtime story

I read this to my toddler who loves Dinosaurs,it held his interest and I found it enjoyable to read. It reminded me of Julia Donaldson with the rhyming and the story was cute if a little predictable. I’d definitely look out for the author when purchasing books for my toddler and I can’t help but recommend it for a bedtime story.
