I have been in the real estate business for a long time and have been apart of many transactions. Many real estate books teach you the aggressiveness and assertiveness needed to close a deal. For most part that is not true. This book digs into the proper ways of negotiation and the process of getting a deal done the respectful way. Strong book!

I enjoyed this book on real estate negotiating. Usually in real estate and negotiations in general, we are told to be very aggressive because it's all about us. However, the fairness approach provided in this book is practical and ensures we all win in the end.
I've written down many notes and suggestions on how to be a better negotiator, not just in real estate, but in my other business pursuits as well. Again, the approach is just my style but makes me a much better negotiator.

It was interesting to see how in depth the negotiating of real estate can go when you read this book. The book does give a textbook type of read which can feel like it drags a little bit. And the author did slightly repeat herself a few times. Other than that, great informative book.
