Although related principally to the Business world nevertheless I found there were elements to this publication which I found useful for teaching adults in the FE setting. |

The format that this book came in when I downloaded was not the best. The text and spacing was messed up so much that it made it hard for me to follow. From what I did read about the book, there is some great, practical information that HR leaders can use and implement in their organization. I particularly enjoyed this as I've been wanting to get into the L&D part of HR so it's great book for me as I consider making this move. |
