One man’s experience of WW1, first as an infantryman, then as a stretcher bearer and finally as a prisoner of war. Eloquent descriptions of day to day life as a serving soldier, terrible sights witnessed, the smells and utter devastation of lives and buildings. An extremely moving account of such a brutal 4 years. This should be a must read for everyone.

Thank you for the opportunity read and review this title! I didn't enjoy it as much as I"d hoped, and rather than post a negative review, I chose to not feature it on my blog. I look forward to seeing what new releases you have in store in 2016!
