The book is a great source for supplements. The recipes look easy to make and would be an excellent idea for anyone suffering from digestive issues. She includes symbols to indicate dairy-free, low FODMAP, gluten-free, grain-free, Paleo, specific carbohydrate, no added sugar, vegetarians, and vegan recipes
Unfortunately, I have food reactions and cannot eat certain foods which eliminated many recipes for me.

Interesting read, gives you plenty of information before hitting the recipes. The recipes themselves look lovely! Defiantly a good book to have on the shelf :)

Good common sense ideas for gut health. Easy to understand and follow. Nothing faddy which will cause more problems

An excellent introduction to understanding the gut and how it affects the rest of your body. It is becoming increasingly clear that digestive health plays a major role in a majority of chronic diseases. Bailey discusses not only how things go wrong, but how to begin taking steps to restoring the digestive system and gives you a 30-day plan to kickstart healing.
