Typical Christmas book. Warm feelings, love story and always a happy ending. This was my first book by Steeples. Many thanks to the publisher and netgalley for the chance to review this one.

A wonderful start to a series. Ellie returns to her small town where she grew up, and takes over the local pub. A nice light hearted story just in time for Christmas, and one I highly recommend. This is the first in a series of 4, and I suggest you start with this one, as there are a lot of characters. Fun book and author.

A wonderful feel good read which transports you to the idyllic town of Little Leyton, where Ellie grew up. It's another fabulous story about community spirit, this time at christmas and featuring the pub that is very much a part of village life.

A lovely light hearted read, that fills a nice Christmassy  read. The heroine is likeable, and the plot is fun. Would recommend to anyone who wants a book that is relaxing and full of the countryside (if you are feeling rather couped up in the city).

I really enjoyed this book, it has believable characters and a great story. It moved along at a great pace and I thought it was a page turner. I read it when I was away on holiday and it was an excellent holiday read - 5 stars from me
