Description

What would you sacrifice to give the perfect gift?

It’s Christmas in Pineview Springs, and Jenni Swanson is counting the days until she’s back in the arms of dashing Greek hotelier Niko Psomas. She’s planning a heartfelt surprise—one that might just be the key to making their long-distance love last. But Niko has plans of his own… and his gift comes with life-changing consequences.

Meanwhile, Piper Morris and her girlfriend Sarah Jackson are racing to refurbish the Pineview Inn for a holiday opening. Sarah’s ready to ask a question that could define forever, while Piper is secretly working to make Sarah’s dreams come true. But their savings are stretched thin, and both are preparing to make a sacrifice the other would never allow.

With a winter storm on the horizon and the inn on the brink of chaos, four hopeful hearts must band together to deliver the perfect holiday. Can their well-intentioned surprises lead to happily-ever-afters, or are they gift-wrapping disaster?

I loved this sweet cute holiday romance. No spice but honestly it didn't really need it I'm a sucker for all things holiday related but the characters just made the story come alive in my opinion.

I really enjoyed reading Christmas at the Pineview Inn by Molly Gray because of its heartfelt emotional depth and the cozy, festive atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Christmas.
The story’s exploration of love, sacrifice, and the importance of found family resonated deeply, making the characters and their journeys feel authentic and touching.
The dual narratives allowed for rich storytelling, blending romantic tension with meaningful personal growth and community warmth.
The vivid small town setting amid the winter season added a magical layer that enhanced the reading experience, making it feel like a comforting holiday escape.
This story is a warm, hopeful read that beautifully balances romance and emotional sincerity, perfect for fans of festive, feel good stories.

Woooow, I absolutely loved this one! It had everything I adore in a cozy holiday romance — a charming small-town setting, familiar locals, a new business getting its start, and a couple finding their way back home (and to each other). Add in long-distance love, innkeeping, and queer romance, and it just checked every box for me. This book had me hooked from start to finish and left me with all the warm festive feels. Highly recommend!

what a gorgeous story to feel part of. and perfect for my love of those festive stories this time of year. and i have to say this year they have all upped their game. each on keeps reminding me why i love the stories that hit our shelves this time of year. and maybe its hitting so much better this year because of that very real need for that kind of comfort and joy. and these books seem to bring that in buckets. this story was no different.
you could feel all the feels in this one. the small town touch to the heart was what this book gave to me. and they are my favourite. the ones you wish you could somehow be very much part of. the ones you wonder if are real somewhere and actual people get to live with such warmth and kindness all around them.
that doesn't mean our characters arent facing a few dramas in their lives though. no no, and we get told it from each of their points of view. but dont worry they all have their own distinct voices and it was done so well. i knew straight away when you were hearing from a different character and i love how Molly gave them their own unique touch and voice.
if you read Mollys book before this you might smile as you enter this one. but its not essential. but you will soon find yourself wanting to go back and read that one too if you haven't already. we are very much in a different season with this book though. now in the snow as before we were in the sun.
Molly has such a gorgeous way of writing her characters. like she knows them and knows what her audience needs too.
i also loved the care that each character truly felt for their loved ones. and you see what they are willing to do for them in this book. seeing Piper and Sarah have more of their story told was just the thing i could've wanted even if i didn't know it at the time of the last book.
the only worry i had about this book was the slightest wondering if they would all be ok in the end. as that was MUST. these four needed to be ok. they had my heart now.
i cant wait to read more from Molly. shes becoming "oh look a book from Molly! WOOP" and i smile kind of author.

This was so adorable! It's great to be back with the same characters, but in a different setting. I believe this one can be read as a standalone, but I would strongly suggest reading the first book so you get a broader picture.

The small-town vibes were perfect, as the inn was reopened and remodelled - amazing, I love it so much.

Read if you like:
- multiple POVs
- inn new owners preparing it for the re-opening
- small town vibes
- Christmas miracles

Thank you to NetGalley and Victory Editing for this ARC.
