This is a very short old fashioned romance. Kathryn and MIchael do yoeman's duty to save the estate from the evil Andrew. This could have easily been a longer novel and that would have allowed Spencer=Smith to flesh out her characters more. That said, it was a pleasant read. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC.
