I think what I enjoyed most about this collection is that it feels perfectly tailored. There wasn't a moment or a story that I felt didn't belong or that I didn't care for in the whole book, which is a pleasant surprise when reading a collection. Each story felt like a local urban legend or a familiar ghost story that drift around towns and childhood memories until years later when they are retold over a cup of coffee or a beer. It is this quality, a balance between the weird and the mundane, that makes each story feel so potent and why I want to sneak copies into my friends' bags or leave on their coffee tables for them to find and enjoy. Seriously such a good book.

Comprised of three short stories, this was an interesting ,little collection. The second story was my favorite, but all the stories were good. Recommended for fans of interesting, surprising, and sometimes unsettling stories.
