This is an unusual story with well drawn characters. It keeps the reader guessing till the end which some readers might consider to be a bit of a disappointment . Overall, I am recommending this book but there are times when too much background is given covering the past life of its characters. That could have been edited out with no loss. Indeed, it would have enhanced the story.
